Abstract
A structural improvement of a water drainer in a cistern is disclosed. The water drainer has a draining part which has a moving module inside. The moving module has a central hole, in addition, has an upper float-ball and a lower float-ball at inner space to match the upper slot and the lower slot which both are set up on the draining part. Furthermore, an outer convex ring set on a rubber module is fixed into the draining hole on the bottom of the cistern, and an outer convex ring on the cylinder at the lower portion of the draining part is inserted into the hole of the rubber module, meanwhile the latch of the cylinder is hooked onto the bottom of the rubber module to make the water drainer be fixed. With the structural improvement, a purpose of two-stage water draining can be achieved.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention provides a structural improvement of a water drainer of a cistern, especially in one-piece toilet. The water drainer has an upper float-ball and a lower float-ball which both can adjust the output of water according to the user's demand. In addition, the outer convex ring of the rubber module is fixed into the draining hole on the bottom of the cistern, and the outer convex ring of the cylinder at lower portion of the draining part is inserted into the hole of the rubber module, meanwhile the latch of the cylinder is hooked onto the bottom of the rubber module to make the water drainer be fixed.
- 2. Background Art
- It is well known that to assemble the water drainer of the commonly used one-piece toilet, one must move the hook of the water drainer to both side of cistern, then fix the water drainer in the cistern by screws. The operation is not easy because the space of cistern is too small to finish locking the screws, and may spend much time. Thus it may cause the difficulty of the installers, also increase extra cost of parts.
- The present invention of the structural improvement of a water drainer in a cistern intends to solve the technological problem mentioned above. According to the present invention, the outer convex ring of the rubber module is fixed into the draining hole on the bottom of the cistern, and then the outer convex ring of the cylinder at lower portion of the draining part is inserted into the hole of the rubber module, meanwhile the latch on the cylinder is hooked onto the bottom of the rubber module to make the water drainer be fixed. This assembly method is not only simple and fast, but also available for any type of cistern of toilet. The present invention may provide users a more convenient operation, also may save working hours and parts cost.
- In view of this, the inventor of the present invention has developed a structural improvement of a water drainer in a toilet. The water drainer has a draining part which has a moving module inside. The moving module has a central hole, in addition, has an upper float-ball and a lower float-ball at inner space, and has a flush valve at lower portion. The draining part has an upper slot and a lower slot, moreover at the lower portion has a cylinder which is outside tapered. The cylinder has at least one or more than one of outer convex ring and latch on the surface. There is set up a rubber module at outside of the cylinder of the draining part. The rubber module has flanges separately at top and bottom, and has an outer convex ring at middle. The hole of rubber module is hollow shaped with internal taper.
- The present invention of the structural improvement of a water drainer in a cistern of a toilet provides an uncomplicated configuration of lower float-ball and upper float-ball for the object of controlling water draining, and achieves the effect of water-saving.
-
FIG. 1 is an assemble view of the structural improvement of the water drainer in a cistern according to the present invention; -
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A ofFIG. 1 , illustrating the structural improvement of the water drainer in a cistern according to the present invention. -

- Please referring now to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 2 , there is illustrating a structural improvement of a water drainer of a cistern according to the present invention. - The water drainer comprises:
- a moving module(66) which has a central hole(72), and has a flash valve(62) at bottom, and has upper float-ball(60) and lower float-ball(63) inside; at one end of the upper float-ball(60) and the lower float-ball(63) has a plate(65) separately; each plate has an engaging surface(68) on it;
a draining part (59) has an upper slot (61) and a lower slot (64); at the lower portion has a cylinder which is outside tapered; the cylinder has at least one or more than one of outer convex ring(67) and latch(77) on the surface; a base(69)is set up on the cylinder; the base(69) and the inner space of the cylinder are outlet hole(71); the outlet hole(71) has a flange(70) on it; the flange(70)is conjugated with a flash valve(62);
a rubber module(75) which is set at outside of the cylinder of the draining part(59) has a flange(78) separately at top and bottom, and has an outer convex ring(76) at middle; the hole of the rubber module is hollow shaped with internal taper.
a moving module(66) is installed inside of the draining part(59) of the water drainer, the outer convex ring(76) of the rubber module(75) is conjugated and fixed into the draining hole on the bottom of the cistern; next, the outer convex ring of the cylinder which is at lower portion of the draining part(59) is clicked into the hole of the rubber module(75); meanwhile the latch(77) of the cylinder is hooked with the bottom of the rubber module(75) to make the water drainer be fixed. As described above the structural improvement of a water drainer according to the present invention is accomplished. - When the first-stage switch-bar (not shown in figures) is pressed, the flush valve(62) is pulled upwards a distance to make the engaging-surface(68) of the upper float ball(60) of the water drainer fasten with the upper slot(61) of the draining part (59). Thus the water is discharged to the toilet from the outlet hole (71) until the water level is dropped down under the upper float ball(60) of the water drainer; the engaging-surface(68) of the upper float ball(60) is detached with the upper slot(61) of the draining part(59), then the flush valve(62) moves downward to cover the outlet hole(71).
- When the second-stage switch-bar (not shown in figures) is pressed, the flush valve(62) is pulled upwards a longer distance to make the engaging-surface(68) of the lower float ball(63) of the water drainer fasten with the lower slot(64) of the draining part(59). Thus the water is discharged to the toilet from the outlet hole(71) until the water level is dropped down under the lower float ball(63) of the water drainer; the engaging-surface(68) of the lower float ball (63) is detached with the lower slot(64) of the draining part(59). Until the water is discharged completely to the toilet, the flush valve(62) moves downward to cover the outlet hole(71).
- The present invention of the structural improvement of a water drainer of a cistern is performed by the uncomplicated configuration of upper and lower float-balls(60)(63). The installation is easy and the operation is convenient, therefore the present invention would be able to provide two-stage water outflow according to user's demands and achieve the object of water-saving.
- Having illustrated and described the principles of my invention by what are presently preferred embodiments, it should be apparent to those persons skilled in the art that the illustrated embodiment may be modified without departing from such principles. It will be understood that there is no intent to limit the invention by its disclosure, but rather it is intended to cover all modifications and alternate constructions falling within the spirit and the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
