Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to a pencil case including a receiving box for receiving stationery, and more particularly, to a pencil case having touch function. The pencil case having touch function includes a micro controller disposed in the pencil case, a plurality of touch buttons connected to the micro controller, used as an input unit and detecting a user's touch signal, a plurality of LEDs connected to the micro controller to respond to the touch signals of the touch buttons, and thus, outputting light signals, and a power source device for supplying a power to the micro controller.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • In the pencil case of the related art, a cap or a cover is formed in the pencil case to be opened or closed such that a writing article or an eraser is got out of the pencil case. A magnetic type of pencil case disclosed in Korean Utility Mode Publication No. 1982-0000176 includes a magnet inserted into an outer surface of the pencil case and a metal attached to a cap such that the cap is opened or closed. The magnetic type of pencil case is the most basic stationery to be used for putting a writing article, an eraser or the like to carry them. There are various types of pencil cases from a most simple type of first stage pencil case to a second or third stage pencil case. Here, the first stage pencil case is configured only with a cap and a receiving body in which writing articles are put, and the second or third stage pencil case is developed to solve demerits of the first stage pencil case receiving space of which is small. Also, pencil cases including amusement members for a basketball, a football, a bowling, or the like have been developed so as to relieve the monotony occurring due to a function of the pencil cases as a receiving means, and thus, to arouse kid's interest.
  • However, because the standard of living is improved, and a computer and a plurality of game consoles come into wide use, kids do not pay attention to the pencil cases to which simple amusement functions are added. Moreover, because the kids easily have an interest in a new object, and easily lose interest in the object, a pencil case such as a related art pencil case having a simple amusement function does not attract user's interest.
  • Therefore, a pencil case with an electronic game console is disclosed in Korean Utility Model Registration No. 353667 and Korean Utility Model Registration No. 380261 so as to attract user's interest and to add a new function to the related art pencil case. However, because a button part for controlling the game console, a display, or the like are detachably coupled to the pencil case, a configuration of the pencil case is so complicated, and the components can be easily lost. Also, because the price of the pencil case is so high, it is difficult to buy the pencil case.
  • DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
  • Accordingly, the present invention is directed to provide a pencil case having touch function, which substantially obviates one or more problems due to limitations and disadvantages of the related art. An aspect of the present invention is directed to provide a pencil case having touch function, which outputs various patterns by using a LED when a button is touched, displays whether a release signal of a locking device is right, by using LED patterns, and thus, attracts kid's scientific interest, and increases a convenience in a use.
  • To achieve these and other advantage and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, as embodied and broadly described herein, there is provided a pencil case having touch function comprising a receiving box for receiving stationery, the pencil case comprising:
  • a micro controller 10 disposed in the pencil case;
    a plurality of touch buttons 20 connected to the micro controller 10, used as an input unit and detecting a user's touch signal;
    a plurality of LEDs 30 connected to the micro controller 10 to respond to the touch signals of the touch buttons 20, and thus, outputting light signals; and
    a power source device 40 for supplying a power to the micro controller 10.
  • ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS
  • According to the embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a pencil case having touch function, which outputs various patterns by using a LED when a button is touched, displays whether a release signal of a locking device is right, by using LED patterns, and thus, attracts kid's scientific interest, and increases a convenience in a use.
