Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to the field of oil-changing device, and more particularly to an oil-changing device of a gear box.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- Please refer to
FIG. 1 , a conventional gear box comprises an oil-importingtube 51 and an oil-exporting hole. The conventional method for changing oil of the gear box is to drain the oil by the oil-exporting hole, putting on alid 52 after draining the oil, and then connecting an oil tube with an opening of an oil importing tube to start infusing new oil. Note that the oil tube extends a certain length in the gear box. Thus, the oil level exactly touches a top end of the oil-importing tube when the gear box is refueled. - When the new oil is infused too much so that the oil level is over the top end of the oil-importing tube, there are two ways to drain extra oil. The first way is as described in the first paragraph, and the second way is to use an oil-importing tube capable of adjusting extending length. After adjusting the oil-importing tube to a suitable length, the extra oil can be drained out from the oil-importing tube.
- However, both two ways described above have complex steps to change the oil. And an extra container is needed for containing the oil drained. Although the oil left can be reused, the new oil drained may be polluted or oxidized.
- On the other hand, according to the first way described in the first paragraph, the oil is easy to sprinkle on the ground or users because of a fast sprinkling speed. By the second way, a refueling device has to be removed to drain the oil. But the new oil would leak out from the oil-importing tube to the ground in the process of removing the refueling device, causing an unnecessarily waste. Users have to spend extra effort s for cleaning the oil stains; or the environment would be polluted. Furthermore, passengers would slip and fall or a fire would be occurred easily.
- The main object of the present invention is to provide an oil changing device of a gear box, and more especially to an oil changing device capable of being used to infuse and drain oil directly.
- To achieve the above, the present invention provides an oil changing device including comprising a bucket and an adjusting structure. The adjusting structure is disposed between the bucket and a gear box.
- The adjusting structure comprises a refueling device, an adjusting valve assembly, and an oil-exporting tube. The adjusting valve assembly comprises an oil-importing valve and an oil-exporting switch. The refueling device is used for pressuring gear box oil stored in the containing room of the bucket passing the oil-importing vale and going into the gear box, and the oil-exporting switch drives the gear box oil passing the oil-exporting tube and going out of the adjusting structure.
- As such, the oil changing device of the present invention can infuse the new oil into the gear box and drain the extra oil out from the gear box.
- The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment(s) in accordance with the present invention.

As such, the oil-exportingopening 251 can connect with an extra container to collect the extra oil so that an oil quality of the new oil in thebucket 1 can be kept in the best condition. What is worth mentioning is that the oil-importing valve is unidirectional, so the new oil would not flow back to thebucket 1 from the oil-importing valve. Therefore, the best condition of the oil quality is sure to be kept. - In the fourth embodiment different from the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in
FIG. 7 , the adjusting valve is disposed on the lid. The lid has an inserting hole connecting with the containing room. The adjusting valve includes avalve 229. One end of the connectingtube 23 connects to thevalve 229, and another end of the connectingtube 23 can be used for connecting to the gear box. One end of the oil-exportingtube 25 is engaged with the inserting hole, and another end of the oil-exportingtube 25 connects to thevalve 229. The oil-exportingswitch 223 is disposed with the oil-exportingtube 25 so that the oil-exportingtube 25 connects the connecting tube to the containing room selectively. To increase more perfection to the oil changing device of the present invention, the oil-exporting switch is a speed-controlling valve used for the oil-exporting tube to connect the connecting tube to the containing room selectively. Also, the speed-controlling valve can be used for controlling a flowing speed of the oil. And the adjusting valve is disposed on the lid directly. Under a condition that the connecting tube is still disposed between the gear box and thevalve 229, users can disassemble thebucket 1 from the lid, and dispose an extra bucket used to contain the extra oil with the lid. As such, the best condition of the oil quality is also sure to be kept. - To explain more, cars of different types need different sizes of gear boxes. And a distance between car chassis and the ground is also different from one car to another. In fourth embodiment described above, under the condition that the connecting
tube 23 is still disposed between the gear box and thevalve 229, users can choose a suitable bucket of a suitable size according to the size of the gear box or the distance between car chassis and the ground. And then users can dispose the bucket of a suitable size with the lid. - Please refer to
FIG. 8 , the oil changing device further comprises astorage device 4, and thestorage device 4 includes a tube-shaped member disposed on the bucket, and the oil-exportingswitch 223 with a handle is received in the tube-shaped member so that the tubes and the T-valve would not sway. - In conclusion, apart from infusing the new oil into the gear box, the oil changing device of the present invention can drain the extra oil out from the gear box, recycling the extra oil in the
bucket 1 or the extra container directly. Moreover, the oil changing device of the present invention can also keep a certain efficiency of infusing and draining the oil.
