Abstract

The present invention relates to a FOOD CONTAINER WITH cutlery to transport prepared food for consumption, composed with a container and lid with diamond shaped with cutlery carrier, the container has three divisions, one side has an extension shallower by way of handle, the lid had made with plastics with two hinges of the same material incorporated into the outer side wall, one on each opposite end, each hinge with a handle of the container; when the lid is placed in the container with a little pressure on the lid and hinges, the food container gets sealed the lid and the container; the lid has a gorge with a hole on each side that allows catch a container; this container keeps three plastic cutlery, a fork, a spoon and a knife.

Description

SUMMARY

The present invention relates a food container for storing cutlery food prepared for consumption. composed of one container and lid, with a diamond shaped, the container is deep with three divisions in one of its sides has a shallower extension with a function of handle, a plastic lid with two hinges of the same material incorporated into the outer side wall, one on each opposite end, each hinge with handle of the container, so when you put the lid on the container, with a little pressure on the lid and the hinges with their handles, lid and sealed container, the lid is formed by a channel or gorge, which has a hole on each side that allows a container to catch, this vessel keeps plastic cutlery, fork, spoon and knife, which is being assembled in the middle of the spoon the other two, since the handle of the knife has a cavity that can assemble the handle of the spoon and fork, forming a base and a cap covered half of the assembly that holds the cover covered container.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

There known many food containers, like the pots, pans dishes, meats and, even utensils known as lunchboxes pewter, aluminum or plastic in various ways, etc. round square. The most modern and practical to hold food for fast consumption are plastic containers, however, They are not easy to grasp and the lid of the container is not sealed, in addition to consuming food in those kind of containers, its needed get these cutlery because those kind of containers don't have them or keep them.
The FOOD CONTAINER WITH cutlery, proposed for invention has been conceived by a design feature that allows to carry, keep and protect the cutlery, so the principal innovative features is the fact, that the food container has a distinctive design of diamond form; It is formed by deep plastic container of irregular form with three inside divisions, one of its sides is less depth making easy to handle for holding the container, It has two stressed lines at the top outer, exactly in thinner wall; A plastic lid with two hinges that allow grab to the container placing the lid on the container with a little pressure and closing the lid hinge until the cover get sealed, the lid with the longest side is formed by a channel or gorge, each side, with a hole on of the gorge which allows catch the cutlery container in the food container, in the cutlery container keeps a plastic fork, plastic spoon and plastic knife, those cutlery get covered grouped in the midst, forming a base retaining the container.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

In view of these figures shows that the present invention relates a container of food with cutlery, composed by a deep container (1) plastic diamond shaped with three internal divisions (7), in one side has a shallower extension by way of handle(17) of container (1), at the top of this, has a relief line (21) in the outer wall and a little further down another line of high relief (6); A plastic lid (2) with two hinges (5) with the same plastic material, embedded in the outer side wall (23), one on each opposite end of the lid (2), each with a relief line or handle (8) of the container(1), in the middle of the inside side wall (23) of the lid (2) has a line of relief (22), so that when you put the lid (2) in the container (1) with a little pressure on the lid (2) and hinges (5) with their handles (8) captures the line of relief (6), sealing the lid (2) and the container (1), in the surface of the lid (2) of the longest side, is formed by a gorge (9), which has a cavity (10) on each side of the gorge (9) that allows to catch a plastic container (3) to covered cutlery;
The container (3) that cover the cutlery the inner wall has a relief line (4) very thin, that keeps the three plastic cutlery: fork (11), spoon (12) and knife (13), these cutlery are assembled that the spoon is in the midst of the other two, and the handle of the knife (13) has a cavity (14) that can assemble the handle of the spoon (12) and fork (13), forming in the middle of the cutlery assembled, a base (16) which has a relief line (20) close to a thin cap (15) that holds the container (3) of the covered cutlery.
When the cutlery get covered in the container, the relief (4) of the cutlery container (3) gets stuck with the relief (20) of the base (16) formed by grouping the plastic cutlery, to get placed in the gorge (9) of the lid (2) with two cavities (10) that are in the middle of the gorge (9) on each side allowing the cutlery container trap (3) with a little pressure.

Claims

1. A FOOD CONTAINER WITH cutlery, known as lunch boxes or lunch boxes to keep food ready for consumption, compound it with a container and lid, characterized by a container of food with cutlery, consisting of a plastic deep diamond shaped container with three divisions, in one side has a shallower extension by way of handle, in the outer wall of the container has a line of relief and a little further down another line of high relief; a lid with two plastic hinges, incorporated into the outer side wall at each end opposite, each hinge with a relief line or handle of the container, in the middle of the inner side wall of the lid has a raised line, so that when you put the lid on the container, with a little pressure on the lid and the hinges with their handles line caught high relief sealing the lid and the container, on the surface of the lid of the longest side is formed by a gorge, which has a hole on each side of the gorge that lets catch a container, this container has an inner wall very thin line relief, keeps three plastic cutlery, fork, spoon and knife, these cutlery are grouped in a way that the spoon gets in the midst of the other two, whenever that the handle of the knife has a cavity that can assemble the handle of the spoon and fork, forming a base in the middle of the cutlery which has a very thin line of raised container that holds the cutlery covered.

2. A FOOD CONTAINER WITH cutlery, as claimed in claim 1 characterized the embossed cutlery covered container gets stuck with the relief on the base formed by assembling the cutlery to be kept in the container.
