Abstract
This invention offers a kind of magnetic material, which especially refers to wall tiles and floor tiles. This invention contains a building material(1) and at least a magnetic body(3). A magnetic body(3) is connected to the back side or inner part of a building material(1) to make a building material(1) magnetic; and above mentioned a magnetic body(3) can stick to metal sheet(2) and connect to the back of building material(1) to make the front side of building material(1) has large size magnetic effects. By the ways above mentioned, this invention can reach the effects easy to stick and take without ruining its surface.
Description
- This invention involves a magnetic building material, especially for wall tiles or floor tiles.
- Modern wall tile or floor tile can make indoor decoration beautiful. They are all around kitchen, bathroom, restroom, living room, ward, hotel, classroom, aisle, and other places.
- However, these living necessities like mental hooks, racks, towel racks, shelf, bulletin board, soapbox, photo frames, calendars, and clocks have to be drilled on the surface side and fix them with screws by the tubes; or stick them with double-side stickers.
- By applying the ways mentioned above, it is troublesome and ruining the surface side of these living necessities. It is so pity especially for these ones with great cost and high quality.
- Moreover, stickers on these living necessities will make dirty of them. In addition, too much of the pores on the surface side will make them hard to fix.
- For the problems above, this invention has four ways to practice:
- A kind of Magnetic Tile, which includes:
- A building material(1), which can be one of the material as wall tiles or floor tiles and at least one magnetic body(3) on the front and back side of building material(1).
- According to the first implement, said the building material(1) has grooves(11) on the back side, and said magnetic body(3) corresponds to the bottom of grooves(11).
- A kind of Magnetic Tile, which includes:
- At least one piece of magnetic body(3) hidden inside a building material(1) and makes a building material(1) has magnetic effects on the front side. According to the second implement, said building material(1) is combined by front layers(1A) and back layers(1B), and front layers(1A) and back layers(1B) can connect to each other through insertion groove(12). In addition, a magnetic body(3) is covered by front and back side of insertion groove(12).
- A kind of Magnetic Tile, which includes:
- A Magnetic Tile(1), which can be floor tile or wall tile; a metal sheet(2) corresponds to said Magnetic Tile(1); and at least one piece of magnetic body(3) stick to the back side of metal sheet(2) and through metal sheet(2), a Magnetic Tile(1) has big size of magnetic body(3) on the front side.
- According to the third implement, said the Magnetic Tile(1) has grooves(11) on the back side, and said mental sheet(2) is corresponds to the bottom side of grooves(11). In addition, magnetic body(3) stick to the front side of mental sheet(2).
- A kind of Magnetic Tile, which includes:
- A building material(1), which can be floor tile or wall tile; a metal sheet(2) hidden inside of the building material(1) and at least one piece of magnetic body(3) hidden inside of the building material(1) to stick on the back side of a metal sheet(2). In addition, through the use of a metal sheet(2), a Magnetic Tile(1) has the big size of a magnetic body(3) on the front side.
- For the fourth implement, said a Magnetic Tile(1) is combined by front layers(1A) and back layers(1B). Front layers(1A) and back layers(1B) can corresponds to each other on insertion groove(12). Mental sheet(2) and magnetic body(3) is covered on the front and back side of insertion groove(12).
- By applying the implement above mentioned:
- The first implement of Magnetic Tile has magnetic effects on the surface part of the building material(1), and offers metal material or its mental elements to stick on the surface of the building material(1). Thus, it can prevent from ruining the surface of the building material(1) and without the problem of destroying its surface. Moreover, it is easy to made, beautifully designed, easy to apply, and save the tile loose problem.
- For the second implement of magnetic building material, with the advantage of first implement, it can hide magnetic body(3) within a Magnetic Tile(1). This invention can also make magnetic body(3) free from being collapsed and damp.
- For the third implement of magnetic building material, with the advantage of first implement, it can also expend the surface field of the Magnetic Tile(1) through the connection of metal sheet(2) and magnetic body(3) on the back side of building material(1). By this way, it is easy for users to move them in lighter and time-saving way.
- For the fourth implement of magnetic building material, with the advantage of third implement, it can prevent the mental sheet(2) and magnetic body(3) from being shattered and damp by hiding mental sheet(2) and magnetic body(3) inside the building material(1).

This chart shows a kind of magnetic material, which includes: - A building material(1), which is the front side and back side on the opposite part of wall tile or floor tile; at least one piece of it connect to the back side of the magnetic tile(1), and makes the building material(1) has magnetic effects with magnetic body(3).
- Said magnetic body(3) is magnets or electric magnet. Magnets have its polarity without any decrease of magnetic power. But for electric magnet, it should have electric effects after the electricity connection and change with electricity power. FIG. 4 shows, this invention is the sectional view of the second implement, and a kind of magnetic material can be known from the fig., which includes: - A building material(1), which is wall tile or floor tile has its front side and back side on the opposite; hides at least a magnetic body(3) inside building material(1) and makes it magnetic. Said the magnetic body(3) hides inside the building material(1), so it is invisible from outside. Thus, this invention is suitable for cement brick, earthenware tile, cement board, Calcium Silicate Board, magnesium board, and plastic board. The advantage of it is that it can prevent the magnetic body(3) from being shattered when moving or pile and damp.
- This implement can be put into practice in the following ways. As
FIG. 5 andFIG. 6 shows, they are the decomposition chart and sectional view of the second implement. The fig. shows the building material(1) is combined by front layers(1A) and back layers(1B), and they connect with each other on insertion groove(12). Magnetic body(3) is covered by front and back insertion groove(12). The advantage of this implement is that double connection is easy to made. The front layers(1A) and back layers(1B) can be made in the same or different material. For example, front layers(1A) is made in the tile with beautiful drawings and high cost and back layers(1B) is made with low cost and easy-made cement brick. The magnetic body(3) is covered by front layers(1A) and back layers(1B) which makes the building material(1) has double side effects. Thus, both front layers(1A) and back layers(1B) can be on outside part. - Front layers(1A) and back layers(1B) can be connected by glues, hot-melt adhesive, cement, or clip.
- As
FIG. 7 andFIG. 8 shows, these are the third implement of decomposition chart. The picture shows a kind of magnetic material which includes: - A building material(1), having the front side and back side of floor tile or wall tile, a mental sheet(2), connect to the back side of the building material(1), and at least one piece of the magnetic body(3) stick to the back side of the mental sheet(2), and by the use of the mental sheet(2), a building material(1) has large portion to stick with the magnetic body(3).
- Said mental sheet(2) can connect to the back side of the building material(1) through the magnetic body(3). On the other way, as
FIG. 7 andFIG. 8 shows, on the back side of the building material(1) has grooves(11), and said mental sheet(2) corresponds to the bottom side of grooves(11). And the magnetic body(3) sticks to the surface side of mental sheet(2). - The advantage of this implement is that after the connection of mental sheet(2) and the magnetic body(3), it broadens the magnetic effects on the building material(1). In this way, producers can save the cost without making too many the magnetic body(3) but can still with the strong effects. The users can easily take up and place down this invention.

And metal sheet(2) and magnetic body(3) are covered by front and back insertion groove(12).
- As the fig. shows, the magnetic body(3) is hidden inside the building material(1), so the magnetic body(3) is invisible from the outside of the building material(1). The advantage of this implement is to broaden the magnetic effect of the building material(1) and the magnetic body(3) can be free from shatter when moving. It is also free from damp.
- The following implement can be done as
FIG. 11 shows, the other example of sectional view. The metal sheet(2) and magnetic body(3) are hidden inside the building material(1) as the fig. shows, and the building material(1) is made in mold such as cement brick, Ceramic tiles, Cement board, Calcium silicate Board, Magnesium oxide board, and plastic plate. The advantage of this invention is that the magnetic body(3) is free from being shattered when moving. It is also free from damp. - The combination of front layers(1A) and back layers(1B) is explained in the second implement.
- As
FIGS. 12 and 13 shows, these are the schematic drawing of magnetic drawing and its application on the kitchen wall. The building material(1) can be the decorative wall tile or the floor tile, which is not shown in the fig. The building material(1) has the magnetic body(3) so the building material(1) can have the effect of the magnetic fields(10) to fix the mental material such as metal fitting(4), notepad metal material(5), golden hoe(6) and so on. This invention makes users easy to take things down without breaking the surface of the building material(1) and solve the loose problem. This improved magnetic tile is also easy to made, beautiful and good for use.
Claims (8)
1. A kind of magnetic tiles which includes: a building material(1) with front and back side of wall or floor tiles; and at least said a building material(1) on the back and a magnetic body(3) with magnetic effects on the front of the building material(1).
2. A improved Magnetic Tiles of claim 1 is characterized in that said building material(1) has a groove(11) and said magnetic body(3) corresponds to the bottom of grooves(11).
3. A kind of magnetic tiles which includes: a building material(1) with front and back side of wall or floor tiles; and there are at least a magnetic body(3) hidden in the front side of building material(1) and makes the front side of the building material(1) magnetic.
4. A improved Magnetic Tiles of claim 3 is characterized in that said a building material(1) is the combination of front layers(1A) and back layers(1B); insertion groove(12) is made on said front layers(1A) and back layers(1B), and magnetic body(3) is covered by a front and back insertion groove(12).

A kind of magnetic tiles which includes: a building material(1) with front and back side of wall or floor tiles and a metal sheet(2) connected with the building material(1); there are at least a magnetic body(3) hidden in the back side of the mental sheet(2) and makes the front side of the building material(1) with big size magnetic effects.
6. An improved Magnetic Tiles of claim 5 is characterized in that on the back of said building material(1), there is an grooves(11) and said metal sheet(2) is on the bottom side of grooves(11) and a magnetic body(3) is on the surface of metal sheet(2).
7. An improved Magnetic Tile is characterized in that: a building material(1) with front and back side of wall or floor tiles and a metal sheet (2) hides in this building material(1); and there are at least a magnetic body(3) hide in the front side of building material(1) and the back side of the metal sheet(2); through the use of the metal sheet(2) makes building material(1) with big size magnetic effects.
8. A improved Magnetic Tiles of claim 7 is characterized in that said building material(1) is the combination of front layers(1A) and back layers(1B); said front layers(1A)and back layers(1B) has a corresponding insertion groove(12);
the metal sheet(2) and the magnetic body(3) is covered on the inside part of insertion groove(12).
