Abstract

A vibratable fluid container includes a container body containing a cosmetic fluid and having a bottleneck located on the top end thereof and a fluid applicator fastened to the bottleneck for applying the contained cosmetic fluid to the skin of a person, a cap connected to the container body, a vibrator mounted in between the container body and said cap and having a control switch operable to switch on/off the vibrator, a battery mounted in between the container body and the cap and electrically connected with the vibrator through the control switch, and a cover fastenable to the bottleneck of the container body to protect the fluid applicator and to keep the fluid applicator from sight. When the user switches on the control switch, the vibrator creates vibrations to mix the contained cosmetic fluid, avoiding sediment formation.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a fluid container for containing a cosmetic fluid and more particularly, to a vibratable fluid container, which is equipped with a vibrator for creating vibrations to mix the contained cosmetic fluid before application, avoiding sediment formation.
  • 2. Description of the Related Art
  • When using a fluid cosmetic bottle, the user usually will turn the fluid cosmetic bottle upside down to let the contained cosmetic fluid drop to the user's hand and then massage the skin of the face, neck, arms and/or legs with the hand to apply the supplied cosmetic fluid. In order to enhance rapid absorption of the applied cosmetic fluid by the skin, the user may massage the applied skin area with a massage rod or vibrator.
  • However, it is troublesome to prepare massage rod or vibrator for use with a fluid cosmetic bottle. Further, when a fluid cosmetic bottle is kept in place for a period of time, sedimentation may occur. Therefore, the user must shake the fluid cosmetic bottle before each use. It is inconvenient to use the fluid cosmetic bottle in this way.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention has been accomplished under the circumstances in view. It is the main object of the present invention to provide a vibratable fluid container, which combines a cosmetic fluid container and a massaging vibrator together, facilitating application and enabling the contained cosmetic fluid to be well mixed to avoid sediment formation before application.
  • To achieve this and other objects of the present invention, a vibratable fluid container comprises a container body containing a cosmetic fluid and having a bottleneck located on the top end thereof and a fluid applicator fastened to the bottleneck for applying the contained cosmetic fluid to the skin of a person, a cap connected to the container body, a vibrator mounted in between the container body and said cap and having a control switch operable to switch on/off the vibrator, a battery mounted in between the container body and the cap and electrically connected with the vibrator through the control switch, and a cover fastenable to the bottleneck of the container body to protect the fluid applicator and to keep the fluid applicator from sight. When the user switches on the control switch, the vibrator creates vibrations to mix the contained cosmetic fluid, avoiding sediment formation.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is an exploded view of a vibratable fluid container in accordance with a first embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is an elevational assembly view of the vibratable fluid container in accordance with the first embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 3 is an exploded view of a vibratable fluid container in accordance with a second embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 4 is an elevational assembly view of the vibratable fluid container in accordance with the second embodiment of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a vibratable fluid container 10 in accordance with a first embodiment of the present invention is shown comprising a container body 11, a cap 16, a vibrator 21, a battery 26 and a cover 31.
  • The container body 11 is adapted for containing a cosmetic fluid having a bottleneck 12 located on its one end, namely, the top end, a holder frame 111 located on its other end, namely, the bottom end, and a fluid applicator 13 fastened to the bottleneck 12. Further, the fluid applicator 13 comprises a rolling ball 131 rotatably located on its front end.
  • The cap 16 is connected to the container body 11. According to this embodiment, the cap 16 is capped on the bottom end of the container body 11 around the holder frame 111, having a center through hole 17.
  • The vibrator 21 is mounted in the holder frame 111 at the bottom end of the container body 11 and surrounded by the cap 16, having a control switch 22 extending out of the center through hole 17 of the cap 16 and operable to switch on/off the vibrator 21.
  • The battery 26 is mounted in the holder frame 111 at the bottom end of the container body 11 within the cap 16, and electrically connected with the vibrator 21.
  • The cover 31 is fastenable to the bottleneck 12 of the container body 11 to protect the fluid applicator 13 and to keep it from sight.
  • The operation of this first embodiment is outlined hereinafter.
  • When using the vibratable fluid container 10, remove the cover 31 from the bottleneck 12 of the container body 11 to expose the fluid applicator 13, and then press the control switch 22 to switch on the vibrator 21, enabling the battery 26 to provide electricity to the vibrator 21. At this time, the vibrator 21 creates mechanical vibrations, causing the container body 11 to vibrate and to mix the contained cosmetic fluid. Thus, when the user attaches the fluid applicator 13 to the skin to apply the contained cosmetic fluid to the skin, the vibration waves are transferred from the fluid applicator 13 to the skin to stimulate the nerves for a relaxing and pleasurable feeling.
  • FIGS. 3 and 4 illustrate a vibratable fluid container 40 in accordance with a second embodiment of the present invention. The vibratable fluid container 40 of this second embodiment is substantially similar to the aforesaid first embodiment with the exception that the container body 41 has a retaining groove 412 on the periphery; the battery 56 is positioned in the retaining groove 412; the cap 46 is a cylindrical covering surrounding the periphery and bottom end of the container body 41, having a center through hole 47 on one end thereof through which the control switch 52 of the vibrator 51 extends to the outside of the cap 46 for operation by a user.
  • The other structural details, operation and functioning of this second embodiment are same as the aforesaid first embodiment. Therefore, no further detailed description in this regard is necessary.
  • In conclusion, the invention combines a cosmetic fluid container and a massaging vibrator together, facilitating application. Subject to vibration of the massaging vibrator, the contained cosmetic fluid is well mixed before application, avoiding sediment formation.
  • Although particular embodiments of the invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
