Abstract
A Toilet Paper Box that allow use 1 hand to pulling toilet paper and detached desire length without need to touch the whole paper roll that could prevent spread on infection dieses. The device has 2 major components. The toilet paper handler has built or attach on with trigger method by ball-head hammer and partial-gear-wheel styles. The second key component is the contain box that has unique cutting holes and paper arrangement to produce the result from the operating of the handler trigger the swing “L” shape leg to lifting that making the mouth frame biting action. After user tear out toilet paper by cutting teeth, the pulling force is disappear, then the handler's weight will rotate back to its start position, and the mouth frame is open. The extend paper end will stay outside the box as tong for the next pulling.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- This invention relates to washroom's toilet paper device which is allow user to using 1 hand pulling toilet paper and detach the desire length without need touch the whole toilet paper roll that could cause dirty waste, bacteria, and infection dieses to spread on the toilet paper. This device contains a toilet paper roll handler trigger design and a mouth biting action frame. When user pulling the toilet paper and the handler's wheel will rotates to move the mouthpiece up and down repeat to biting on the toilet paper, until the desire length of toilet paper is being pulling out, the user can lift up action and the cutting teeth to detached the toilet paper to be tear it out. The extend paper end stay outside the box ready for the next time to pull.
- 2. Background Art
- When we are using toilet, and release the waste from our body. Without toilet paper, it could be a big mess and stinky. However, there is a hidden problem that how we use the toilet paper. The procedures make the toilet paper become a dirty paper roll. When we need to use the toilet paper, we need to touch the whole paper roll. Most of time requires repeat several times to clean. One hand is doing the pulling paper action and the other hand is to hold the paper roller to let the toilet paper to be tear out. This repeat double touch action that has cause spread the dirty waste on the toilet paper from dirty hands.
- Furthermore, most washrooms are with bath together at house, the hot steam air will make the toilet paper absorb the water and become damp. It becomes the bacteria's best nest.
We clean washroom, toilet often, but never clean the toilet paper and you don't want to spread chemicals on the toilet paper either. Therefore, the best way is to keep the toilet paper as clean as possible, to prevent dirty hand's touches and have a contain box to keep the toilet paper clean.
Especially when using public washroom such as school, hospital, restaurant, or hotel . . . etc. A clean toilet paper device is required. The current device may let you pulling the paper out and detached it; however, many time you need to search on the paper roll to find the paper end to be pull out. In addition, when you want to tear the paper out of it, without using both hands, often the paper roll is just keep rolling. - The above problems are solved by the present invention of Toilet Paper Box. To solve this problem, I have purpose the Toilet Paper Box that allow user use 1 hand to pulling out the paper and the mouth biting frame will keep biting on the paper. When the desire length of paper that user wants, user lifts up the paper direction and the cutting teeth will break the paper to be tearing it out. The mouth-biting frame can be built as simple style as a square frame to be hook on the paper roll handler. In addition the mouth-biting frame can be built as total protect style as a contain box to protect toilet paper for unnecessary touch and reduce the chance by air polluted.

FIG. 5 illustrates the mouthpiece leg swing towers action by spoon head “L” leg design. Thelow mouthpiece 34 has “L”shape leg 35 that built with aspoon head 36. Below thespoon head 36's leg haspinhole 37. To install thespoon head 36 withswing tower smooth pin 39 through theleft swing hole 42 topinhole 37, andright swing hole 40. Thespoon head 36 module is installed in the containbox 17 at the ball-head hammer 5 circlingpath 27 and ready to push on thespoon head 36 from high tolow direction 38 that will lift the “L”shape leg 35 to move from low to high direction and it makes thelow mouthpiece 34 making the biting up and downaction 41. -
FIG. 6 illustrates the mouthpiece leg swing towers action by gear-wheel-head “L” shape leg design. Thelow mouthpiece 34 has “L” shape leg 43 that built with a gear-wheel-head 44. Below the gear-wheel-head 44's leg haspinhole 45. To install the gear-wheel-head “L” leg 43 withswing tower smooth pin 39 through theleft swing hole 42 topinhole 45, andright swing 40. The gear-wheel-head 44 is installed in the containbox 17 at the partial-gear-wheel 9 circlingpath 27 and ready to gear rotatehead 44 from high tolow direction 38 that will lift the “L”shape leg 35 move from low to high direction to make thelow mouthpiece 34 making the biting up and downaction 41. -
FIG. 7 illustrates the present invention in which the complete working procedures of the device's components of by ball-headhammer style view 26. Insidespace 46 of the containbox 17, the ball-head hammer handler 2, spoon head “L”leg 35,swing tower low mouthpiece 34,toilet paper roll 31 are installed. - The
spoon head leg 35 is hook withswing tower spoon head 36 face up in the ball-head hammer's 5 circlingpath 27. When user is pullingpaper end 30, the ball-head hammer 5 is rolling fromstart point direction 50 to pointdirection 49, to point 48, and finally hit on thespoon head 36 at thepoint 51. Thespoon head 36 will followhammer 5 from high to low action that cause the “L”leg 35 to kick up andlow mouthpiece 34 making biting upaction 41. When thehammer 5 reach back to thestart point 50, thespoon head 36 will slip out to be release from the push and swing “L”leg 35 back to its original position to be ready to hit again. Once the user has reach the desire length of toilet paper, the user lift up the paper to the cuttingteeth 47 to tear the paper out. After break the paper, the pulling force disappear, then the weight of ball-head hammer handler 2 will reset itself in thestart point 50. Thelow mouthpiece 34 will stay open. The extratoilet paper end 30 will stay outside the containbox 17 as a extend tong formation and ready to be pulling out by next time. Therefore, with the completed components and procedures, the user will no need to using hands to touch the whole toilet paper roll that could pollute and cause spread bacteria. This toilet paper box invention idea is a dirty hand free toilet paper box that provide the solution for the describe problems above, and provide a cleanness toilet paper roll system. -
FIG. 8 illustrates the present invention in which the complete working procedures of the device's components of partial-gear-wheel style view 33. Insidespace 46 of the containbox 17, the partial-gear-wheel handler 14, gear-wheel-head 44 “L” shape leg 43,swing tower low mouthpiece 34,toilet paper roll 31 are installed. - The gear-wheel-
head 44 of “L” leg 43 is hook withswing tower path 27. When user is pullingpaper end 30, the partial-gear-wheel 9 is rolling fromstart point direction 54 to pointdirection 53, to point 52, and finally when thepartial gear 11 gradually initial biting 10 with gear-wheel-head 44. The gear-wheel-head 44 will be rotated from out-high to in-low direction 55 that cause the “L” leg 43 to kick up andlow mouthpiece 34 making biting upaction 41. When the partial-gear-wheel 9 gradually lostteeth 11 biting and reach back to where thesmooth surface parts 57 of wheel, the gear-wheel-head 44 will be release and “L” leg 43 will back to its original position, andlow mouthpiece 34 back to open position. Once the user has reach the desire length of toilet paper, the user lift up the paper to the cuttingteeth 47 to tear the paper out. After break the paper, the pulling force disappear, then the weight of partial-gear-wheel handler will reset itself in thestart point 54. Thelow mouthpiece 34 will stay open. The extra toilet paper end piece will stay outside the containbox 17 as a extend tong formation and ready to be pulling out by next time. -
FIG. 9 show the drawing of side view of toilet paper roll is pulling and the low mouthpiece is biting up and down.
