Abstract
A tablet personal computer cover structure includes a leather cover, a cover board and a foldable member. The foldable member is used to connect the leather cover and the cover board. The leather cover has a housing to accommodate a tablet personal computer therein. The housing has a limit board at one side thereof and stop sides to enclose the tablet personal computer. The cover board has a pull strap and a resilient buckle. The pull strap has one connecting end sewed to an outer edge of the cover board and another connecting end sewed to an outer edge of the leather cover. A central portion of the pull strap is inserted through the resilient buckle. When in use, the resilient buckle is pressed and pulled away from the two connecting ends and the pull strap is adjusted to have a proper length. The cover board and the leather cover are placed back-to-back and then the resilient buckle is pressed and pulled back to approach the two connecting ends. The leather cover and the cover board become a triangular support base to support the tablet personal computer at a proper angle for operation.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a tablet personal computer cover structure, and more particularly, to a cover structure which includes a leather cover, a cover board and a pull strap. The pull strap has one connecting end sewed to an outer edge of the cover board and another connecting end sewed to an outer edge of the leather cover. The present invention can carry the tablet personal computer with ease and allow use of the tablet personal computer conveniently.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- A conventional tablet personal computer cover structure comprises a foldable member to connect a leather cover and a cover interlayer. The leather cover has a chamber at in inner side to receive a tablet personal computer which is inserted from one side of the leather cover. A support frame is provided on an outer side of the leather cover. The cover interlayer has an insertion trough at an inner side thereof to receive a thin-type appliance or paper. When the tablet personal computer is used, the support frame is moved outward with its bottom edge against a plane to form a simple support with the leather cover. The user can direct touch, listen or view the screen of the tablet personal computer. The tablet personal computer can be taken along and protected by the leather cover. However, the user has to operate the tablet personal computer by his/her fingers, which easily causes that the support frame may be collapsed. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve this problem.
- The primary object of the present invention is to provide a tablet personal computer cover structure includes a leather cover, a cover board and a foldable member. When not in use, the leather cover and the cover board are folded face-to-face through the foldable member and then the tablet personal computer is received in the leather cover. The resilient buckle is pulled to approach the two connecting ends of the pull strap to secure the present invention for carry-on.
- When in use, the resilient buckle is pressed and pulled away from the two connecting ends and the pull strap is adjusted to have a proper length. The cover board and the leather cover are placed back-to-back and then the resilient buckle is pressed and pulled back to approach the two connecting ends. The leather cover and the cover board become a triangular support base to support the tablet personal computer at a proper angle for operation.

FIG. 1 is an exploded view of the present invention; -
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the present invention; -
FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing the operation of the resilient buckle of the present invention; -
FIG. 4 is a schematic view of the present invention; -
FIG. 5 is a schematic view of the present invention in an adjusting statue; and -
FIG. 6 is a schematic view of the present invention when in use. - Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 , the present invention comprises aleather cover 2, acover board 3, and afoldable member 4. Thefoldable member 4 is used to connect theleather cover 2 and thecover board 3. - The
leather cover 2 has ahousing 21 to accommodate a tablet personal computer therein. Thehousing 21 has alimit board 211 at one side thereof and stopsides 212 to enclose the tablet personal computer. The tablet personal computer can be an iPad. - The
cover board 3 has apull strap 31 and aresilient buckle 32. Thepull strap 31 has one connectingend 311 sewed to an outer edge of thecover board 3 and another connectingend 311′ sewed to an outer edge of theleather cover 2. A central portion of thepull strap 31 is inserted through theresilient buckle 32. By pressing and pulling theresilient buckle 32, the length of thepull strap 31 is adjusted to control the included angel between theleather cover 2 and thecover board 3. The present invention can carry the tablet personal computer easily and operate the tablet personal computer conveniently. - Referring to
FIG. 2 toFIG. 6 , theleather cover 2 and thecover board 3 are folded face-to-face through thefoldable member 4 and then the tablet personal computer is received in theleather cover 2. Theresilient buckle 32 is pulled to approach the two connectingends pull strap 31 to secure the present invention for carry-on, as shown inFIG. 3 andFIG. 4 . - When in use, the
resilient buckle 32 is pressed and pulled away from the two connectingends pull strap 31 is adjusted to have a proper length. Thecover board 3 and theleather cover 2 are placed back-to-back and then theresilient buckle 32 is pressed and pulled back to approach the two connectingends pull strap 31 is gradually shortened, so that theleather cover 2 and thecover board 3 become a triangular support base, as shown inFIG. 5 andFIG. 6 , to support the tablet personal computer at a proper angle for operation. When not in use, the aforesaid steps can be done reversely to close the cover structure. - The
limit board 211 of thehousing 21 can be folded inward to be at the bottom of the tablet personal computer so as to enclose the tablet personal computer completely. - The present invention can be assembled and disassembly quickly for protecting the tablet personal computer.
- Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
