Abstract

The present invention relates to brassiere. More particularly, the present invention relates to a brassiere with a special wire casing and the method of making the wire casing. Wire casing is a tube, covers the wire as the strengthener, prevents the brassiere from deforming and protects the wearer and enhance the contour of the wearer's body.

Description

  • The present invention relates to brassiere. More particularly, the present invention relates to a brassiere with a special wire casing and the method of making the wire casing.
  • Wire casing is a tube, covers the wire as the strengthener, prevents the brassiere from deforming and protects the wearer and enhance the contour of the wearer's body.
  • BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
  • In modern society, women often pay much attention to the looks and hope to have a slim body, so they spend money Like water in making up, keeping fit and losing weight. However, what they ignore is right something so close to body, the brassiere. According to a survey, most of females do not recognize the importance of the brassiere to their health, neither do they know that the body curve changes with the brassiere, For a modern woman, the brassiere is not only a way of adjusting the bust, but also a sign of lifestyle and emotional appeal. The brassieres women wear now may be expensive or branded. But, however fine the brassieres are, they will lose their function gradually in use and finally, even do harm to the body. Therefore, a brassiere is truly rare that can consistently function in shaping body. Essentially, whether a brassiere can effectively keep the bust in good shape depends on its material. Presently, the most effective wire casing as known is woven with nylon yarns. With relatively delicate material quality, the nylon yarn becomes loose in texture and declines in firmness after washed. Consequently, the wire can penetrate through the wire casing to hurt a brassiere wearer. What's worse, without a wire casing inside, some existing brassieres even deform after washed, thus leading to shorter service life and waste.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention generally relates a brassiere with a special wire casing and the method of making the wire casing. The wire casing can effectively reduce deformation degree, prolong the service life of the brassiere and protect the wearer well.
  • In one aspect of the present invention involves a brassiere with a special wire casing in which the wire casing are made from polyester tube, and the polyester tube comprise a plurality of polyester yarns, the number of polyester yarns are no less than 120.
  • Wherein, the number of the polyester yarns is 120-220.
  • The polyester yarns are polyester yarns added with net points.
  • Another aspect of the present invention involves the method of making a brassiere with the wire casing in which the method for making the wire casing includes the following steps:
  • a. weaving no less than 120 polyester yarns into the polyester tube;
  • b. putting the polyester tube into hot water to be cooked for 1 to 3 h with pigment added;
  • c. baking the polyester tube in an oven;
  • d. making the polyester tube into the wire casing,
  • Wherein, in step a, the temperature of the hot water with pigment added is 135-145 DEG C.
  • Further, in step a, the temperature of the water is 135 DEG C.
  • Further, in step a, the cooking time is 2 h.
  • The number of the polyester yarns is between 120-220.
  • The polyester yarns are polyester yarns added with net points.
  • The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the wire casing uses the material of polyester yarns added with net points and the material has the effect of resisting the immersion of chemical substances; in the event of high-temperature treatment, the polyester yarn is more thorough in sterilization and higher in firmness and flexibility; the safety is improved in skin exposure; and the brassiere is more durable and not likely to damage.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is the local structure diagram of the brassiere of the invention;
  • FIG. 2 is the structure diagram of the polyester tube of the invention;
  • FIG. 3 is the structure diagram of a semi-finished product of FIG. 2;
  • FIG. 4 is the structure diagram of the polyester yarns used herein;
  • FIG. 5 is the step diagram for manufacturing the wire casing herein.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • As shown in FIG. 1-4, the brassiere with a wire casing has a cup 1 that is sewn with a wire casing 2. The wire casing 2 is made from a polyester tube 3 that comprises a plurality of polyester yarns 21, and the polyester yarns 21 can be polyester yarns with net points. The number of the polyester yarns 21 is no less than 120. Generally, the number of used polyester yarns is between 120-220.
  • The method of making a brassiere with the wire casing is shown in FIG. 5 in which the method for making the wire casing includes the following steps:
  • a. weaving no less than 120 polyester yarns into the polyester tube;
  • b. putting the polyester tube into hot water to be cooked for 1 to 3 h with pigment added;
  • c. baking the polyester tube in an oven;
  • d. making the polyester tube into the wire casing.
  • Wherein, the proper temperature of the hot water is 135-145 DEG C in step a, with high voltage capable of being used for increasing the boiling point, and the optimum water temperature is 135 DEG C. In step a, the optimum cooking time is 2 h.
  • Wherein, the number of the polyester yarns is between 120-220. The polyester yarns can be polyester yarns added with net points.
  • The wire casing can increase the pull needed for wrapping the wire so that the wire and the wire casing 2 match compactly. Therefore, the wire does not penetrate out from the wire casing 2 and a shaping strength from outside to middle is also available. The wire casing can also effectively offer bearing force to the bust and hip to enhance the contour of the wearer's body.
  • In addition, after high-temperature treatment, the polyester yarns are more thorough in sterilization, improve in both firmness and flexibility, enhance the safety of skin exposure and are more durable, not likely to damage. Not only can the brassiere be prevented from deforming during future process of washing, but also the brassiere can be sterilized completely. The wearer can obtain safer and more comfortable guarantee and present perfect curve, assuming a more attractive charm.
  • During the matching process of the wire casing 2 and the wire, the fit clearance is guaranteed to be proper in size so as to be moderate in compactness, thus being capable of ensuring sufficient supporting force and achieving the optimal effect of the brassiere in shaping body. Therefore, the brassiere can support the bust upwards. Besides, the proper clearance fit can also give full play to the unique strong shape-fixing property of the wire, causing the bust of women to concentrate and collect and to reveal plumpness as well as stereoscopic effect.
  • After the wire is mounted in the wire casing, the last sealing edge can also adopt the polyester yarn with net points after high-temperature treatment, thus not only ensuring the tightness of the seal, but also avoiding an allergic phenomenon caused by the friction of silk thread against the skin.
  • To sum up, the invention provides a novel brassiere with a special wire casing and the method of making the brassiere with a wire casing, accordingly, the application for inventive patent is filed legally. The technical contents and characteristics are disclosed as above. However, one skill in the art still possibly, based on the disclosure, makes various replacements and modifications that do not deviate from the spirit of the invention. Hence, the scope of protection in the invention shall not be limited to the disclosure of the embodiment but cover various replacements and modifications not deviating from the invention, and shall be covered by the scope of the following applying patent.
