Abstract
An anti-snoring massage pillow comprises a pillow body provided with a sound sensing unit, a control unit, an inflator unit, at least one exhaust unit and an air bag system including at least one air bag. When the user who lies on the pillow body snores, the sound of snoring will be sensed by the sound sensing unit, and then the control unit will drive the inflator unit to inflate the air bag system. After being inflated for a center period, the control unit will stop driving the inflator unit to inflate the air bag system, and the air in the air bag system will be exhausted through the exhaust unit. By such arrangements, the head posture and position of the user can be adjusted by inflation of the air bag system, and the air bag system can further offer a massage to the head of the user during the inflation process.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a pillow, and more particularly to anti-snoring massage pillow.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- Human beings nearly spend ⅓ of theirs lives sleeping, and a suitable height of the pillow is very important to health, therefore, lots of ergonomics pillows are developed on the market. However, such pillows are mostly made of soft material, so that when head lies on the pillow, a portion of the pillow will become compressed and enclose the human head. Physics shows that pressure can be better dispersed by increasing contact area, so that the discomfort caused when a specific part of the body is pressed continuously can be prevented. Nevertheless, such pillows cannot maintain a constant height and become excessively compressed over time, and thus muscle fatigue in the neck and breathing problem (snoring) might be caused when sleeping on such a too low pillow. If hard pillow is used to maintain the pillow thickness at a certain value to overcome the above problems, the contact area between the head and the pillow is reduced, leading to increase of the pressure which will make the head discomfortable.
- The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide an anti-snoring massage pillow which comprises a pillow body provided with a sound sensing unit, a control unit, an inflator unit, at least one exhaust unit and an air bag system including at least one air bag. When the user who lies on the pillow body snores, the snoring will be sensed by the sound sensing unit, and then the control unit will drive the inflator unit to inflate the air bag system. After being inflated for a certain period of time, the control unit will stop driving the inflator unit to inflate the air bag system, and the air in the air bag system will be exhausted through the exhaust unit. By such arrangements, the head posture and position of the user can be adjustedd by inflation of the air bag system, and the air bag system can further offer a massage to the head of the user during the inflation process.
- The secondary objective of the present invention is to provide an anti-snoring massage pillow the air bag system of which, in order, includes two head air bags, a neck side air bag, a back neck air bag and two shoulder air bags, so that the user can press control buttons of the control unit to allow desired parts to be massaged. Since the control unit intermittently drives the inflator unit to supply air into the respective airbags, the intermittent inflation of the air bags will push against the body of the user to offer a massage function, effectively relieving fatigue.
- Hence, in order to achieve the above objectives, an anti-snoring massage pillow in accordance with the present invention comprises a pillow body which is a hollow structure, a control unit, an air bag system, a sound sending unit, an inflator unit, at least one exhaust unit. The control unit includes a control panel disposed on a side surface of the pillow body and is electrically connected to a power supply unit, and the control panel includes a switch. The bag system includes at least one air bag. The sound sending unit is disposed in the pillow body and electrically connected to the control unit. The inflator unit is disposed in the pillow body and electrically connected to the control unit while being connected to the at least one air bag of the bag system. The at least one exhaust unit is disposed in the pillow body and is equal in quantity to the at least one air bag of the air bag system. The at least one exhaust unit is disposed between the at least one air bag and the inflator unit, and when the control unit stops driving the inflator unit to inflate the air bag system, the air in the air bag system will be exhausted through the at least one exhaust unit.
- Preferably, the pillow body includes a working surface, and the air bag system, in order, includes two head air bags, a neck side air bag, a back neck air bag and two shoulder air bags. Between the respective air bags and the inflator unit is disposed one exhaust unit.
