Abstract

The invention refers to the bottles intended for beverage. The bottle neck for beverage is closed by the screw cover consisting of two-pieces. At infringement of the uniting sheaf, one of the parts is separated, and the other one remains on the bottle neck. The separated part of the cover has carving and glass form parts. A short tube is attached to the bottle neck. In the place of short tube and bottle neck connection, there is a ring-shaped dredging with through apertures and cone-shaped thickening. Inside of the separated part of the cover, on the border of carving and glass-form parts, there is a large corresponding to the dredging sizes and form, and on the top part of cover there is a dredging clasping hardly the edge of the short tube. The structure becomes simpler—the cost price is decreased.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The invention refers to the bottles stipulated for the soft carbonated beverage.
  • We know the bottles stipulated for beverage which are closed by a carving cover by the way that during opening the connecting sheaf is broken, and one part remains on the bottle neck, and the another one is disconnected.
  • The beverage is often to be drunk directly from the bottle, especially when the bottle is small (till 1 litre inclusively). In similar cases the person who drinks encounters inconveniences connected with the consequence of beverage dripping which is provoked by difference of pressure between bottle and atmosphere and after several drinks it is necessary to remove the bottle from the mouth for pressure counterbalancing.
  • The different ways of this problem's decision are known.
  • TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
  • “The Liquid Capacity with the complicated stream” (WO 2004/021966, MAD A61J 11/00, 2004) is similar to the offered invention where the film from elastic material is installed between the filled liquid goblet capacity and its cover on which, depending from density of the beverage, several holes are made with such diameter which allows them to be closed due to the film elasticity. The defeat of this device is complexity of its design and using inconvenience.
  • The most close and similar to the offered invention is “the Bottle Neck for beverage” (license of the invention in the RA #1613 A2, MAD B65D23/04, date of publication is Jun. 08, 2005) which has the carving cover consisting of two carving parts, one of which is separated at infringement of the connecting sheaf, and the another one remains on the bottle neck, a short tube is connected to the bottle neck, the through holes are made in the part of the short tube connection and on the separated part of cover there is an additional ring-shaped layer. The through holes are made inside of the ring-shaped dredging, and the ring-shaped layer of separated part of cover has a ledge corresponding by sizes and form to the ring-shaped dredging.
  • GOAL OF THE INVENTION
  • Simplification and reduction in manufacturing price of bottle for beverage and to achieve it the number of cover parts should be decreased. An essence of the invention is that the short tube is connected on the bottle neck for beverage which has a carving cover consisting of two pieces, which one part is separated at infringement of the connecting sheaf, and the another one remains on the bottle neck. The through holes are made in the short tube and bottle neck connection part which are installed in the ring-shaped dredging, and there is a ledge corresponding by sizes and form to the dredging which is located on separated part of the cover.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF GRAPHIC MATERIALS
  • The essence of the invention is explained by drawings, where:
  • FIG. 1—the separated part of the cover is represented
  • FIG. 2—the connecting part of bottle and the short tube
  • FIG. 3—the bottle neck with the open cover
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The bottle (1) (FIG. 3) is closed by the cover which consists of two parts, after opening, remaining on the bottle (2) and separated from it (3) (FIG. 1). A short tube is connected to the bottle neck (4) (FIG. 3) with smaller diameter which is stipulated for installation in the mouth within drinking. There is a ring-shaped dredging (6) with through holes (7) in the part of short tube (4) and bottle neck (5) connection (FIG. 2) The diameter of holes (7) can be 0.01-1.0 mm, it should be preferable −0.25-0.35 mm, and the quantity depends on the sizes of holes and density of beverage. Inside of separated part of cover (3), on the border of connection of carving (8) and glass-form (9) parts, there is a ledge (10) corresponding by sizes and form to the ring-shaped dredging (6). In the part of short tube (4) and bottle neck (5) connection there is a cone-shaped thickening (11) (FIG. 2) which enables it to be attached hardly to the bottle with closing by the cover, providing the tightness of connection. There is a dredging inside of separated part—in the cover top part clasping hardly the edge of the short tube (12).
  • The tight closing of cover is provided by bilateral installation of the ring-shaped dredging (6) and the ledge established inside of it (10) on the one hand and the edge of short tube (4) and dredging clasping it (12) on the other hand. The ring-shaped dredging is stipulated also for simplification of the bottle internal capacity connection with atmosphere within drinking. With bottle using by the specified method, especially at low density of beverage, the occurrence of beverage drops on the holes (7) is not excluded. In the similar cases, the appeared drops on the ring-shaped dredging (6) will slide on the lips what excludes the beverage dripping during drinking.
  • As there are no layers on the top part of cover and on the border of the carving and glass-form parts connection in the offered bottle structure, in difference of the other known bottles, its manufacturing and installation on the cover are dropped out of the technological cycle of bottle manufacturing what will simplify and reduce in price its manufacturing.
  • The production of the offered bottle is possible by technologies applied in food manufacturing, with standard materials and installations using stipulated for this purpose.
