Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a bottle or beverage container, and more particularly to a bottle including an identification structure or mechanism for identifying the bottle and for preventing the bottle from being used by the others.
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art
  • Typical bottles or beverage containers comprise a bottle or container body including a chamber formed therein for receiving various beverage fluids or water therein, and arranged for allowing the users to drink the beverage fluids or water contained in the bottle or container body.
  • For example, U.S. Pat. No. 4,759,139 to Ricks discloses one of the typical baby bottle identification collars comprising a collar attached or mounted onto a bottle for supporting a label and for identifying the bottle.
  • However, the bottles or container bodies for the various kinds of typical beverage containers are different from each other, such that various kinds of collars of different sizes or dimensions are required to be made or provided for attaching or mounting onto the different kinds of bottles or container bodies of different sizes or dimensions.
  • U.S. Design Pat. No. Des. 434,896 to Haugh et al. discloses another typical bottle identification belt and key holder comprising a belt for attaching or mounting onto the bottle or container body and for identifying the bottle.
  • However, similarly, the bottles or container bodies for the various kinds of typical beverage containers are different from each other, such that various kinds of belts of different sizes or dimensions are required to be made or provided for attaching or mounting onto the different kinds of bottles or container bodies of different sizes or dimensions.
  • The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages of the conventional bottles or beverage containers.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a bottle including an identification structure or mechanism for identifying the bottle and for preventing the bottle from being used by the others.
  • In accordance with one aspect of the invention, there is provided a bottle comprising a container including a chamber formed therein for receiving a fluid, and at least one identification member formed and provided on the container for being marked by a user and for identifying the bottle and for preventing the bottle from being used by the others.
  • The container includes a neck portion having the identification member formed and provided on the neck portion of the container for marking purposes.
  • The identification member includes an upwardly curved structure, or includes a protruded structure for being suitably or selectively depressed or marked by the users, and includes a mark formed and provided on the identification member.
  • The mark may be selected from geographic figures, symbols, alphabetical letters, or digital numbers, or the like for identifying the bottle and for preventing the bottle from being used by the others.
  • Alternatively, the container may include the other portion, such as the intermediate or middle portion having the identification member formed and provided on the middle portion of the container for being marked by the user.
  • Further objectives and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from a careful reading of the detailed description provided hereinbelow, with appropriate reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a bottle in accordance with the present invention;
  • FIG. 2 is a top plan schematic view of the bottle;
  • FIG. 3 is a partial side plan schematic view of the bottle;
  • FIG. 4 is a partial cross sectional view of the bottle taken along lines 4-4 of FIG. 3; and
  • FIG. 5 is a perspective view similar to FIG. 4, illustrating the other arrangement of the bottle.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Referring to the drawings, and initially to FIGS. 1-4, a bottle 1 in accordance with the present invention comprises a bottle body or container 10 including a chamber 11 formed therein for receiving various beverage fluids or water 80 therein (FIG. 4), and arranged for allowing the users to drink the beverage fluids or water 80 contained in the bottle body or container 10, and including an open mouth 12 for allowing the beverage fluid or water 80 to be filled into the chamber 11 of the container 10 and to be flown out of the chamber 11 of the container 10, and including a cover 13 for detachably attaching or engaging onto the mouth 12 of the container 10 and for selectively enclosing or blocking the chamber 11 of the container 10.
  • The bottle 1 further includes one or more identification portions or members 30, 31 formed or provided thereon, such as formed or provided on the upper or neck portion 14 of the container 10, and each identification member 30, 31 having an upwardly curved or protruded structure and having a mark 33 formed or provided thereon, for allowing the identification members 30, 31 to be suitably or selectively depressed or marked by the users (FIG. 4) and for identifying the bottle 1, and for preventing the bottle 1 from being used by the others, such as the unauthorized persons. It is to be noted that the identification members 30, 31 may be easily reached and depressed or marked by the users even when a number of bottles 1 are disposed adjacent or close to each other and disposed side by side.
  • Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 5, the container 101 of the bottle 1 may include one or more identification portions or members 301, 311 formed or provided thereon, such as formed or provided on the other or middle portion 15 of the container 101 for being reached and depressed or marked by the users in order to identify the bottle 1. It is to be noted that the identification members 30, 31; 301, 311 are directly formed or provided on the container 10, 101 without being attached or mounted or secured onto the container 10, 101, such that the identification members 30, 31; 301, 311 may be easily and directly obtained and reached and depressed or marked by the users. The marks 33 may be selected from geographic figures or symbols (not shown), alphabetical letters, digital numbers, or the like.
  • In operation, either or some or even all of the identification members 30, 31; 301, 311 may be depressed or marked by the users in order to identify the container 10, 101 of the bottle 1 and to prevent the container 10, 101 of the bottle 1 from being used by the others, such as the unauthorized persons, and thus for preventing the beverage fluids or water 80 contained in the container 10, 101 from being drunk by the other unauthorized persons, and thus for preventing the germs, the bacteria or the diseases from being contaminated or infected between the people or persons, particularly in a party or the like.
  • Accordingly, the bottle in accordance with the present invention includes an identification structure or mechanism for identifying the bottle and for preventing the bottle from being used by the others.
  • Although this invention has been described with a certain degree of particularity, it is to be understood that the present disclosure has been made by way of example only and that numerous changes in the detailed construction and the combination and arrangement of parts may be resorted to without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
