Abstract

A hair clip includes a main body provided with plural holes, which can be respectively inserted by a small bunch of hair so that a user is able to make a great diversity of hair styles, advancing practicality a lot.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention
This invention relates to a hair clip, particularly to one provided with plural holes, which can be respectively inserted by a small bunch of hair so as to originate a great diversity of hair models, enhancing hair beauty and practicability.
2. Description of the Prior Art
Commonly, as shown in FIG. 1, a conventional hair clip mainly has a top decoration 90 pivotally connected with an elastic fastener 91 underneath to keep hair secured under the top decoration 90. The hair clip can only be diversified by changing the shape and the color of the top decoration 90. Or, as shown in FIG. 2, another conventional hair clip can only be diversified by changing the shape and the color of a main body 92, with a lack of integral whole appearance.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The object of this invention is to offer a more practical hair clip so as to widen diversity of hair model.
The hair clip includes a main body provided with plural holes, which can be respectively inserted by a bunch of hairs so as to originate a great diversity of hair models, enhancing hair beauty and practicability.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a first preferred embodiment of a hair clip in the present invention consists of a main body 1, a fastener 2 and a hooked bar 3.
The main body 1 is integrally formed with an arc-like surface 10 and a plurality of holes 11 that can be shaped as a circle, a square, a triangle, a rhombus or other irregular geometric figures. The main body 1 is provided with a pivotal base 12 formed at one end, an engaging base 13 formed at the other end and slightly curved inwards, and a smooth bottom surface 14.
The fastener 2 is employed to keep hair fastened by the hair clip, provided with a pivotal hole 20 bored in one end to correspondingly work with the pivotal base 12 of the main body 1. In addition, the fastener 2 is also provided with a pivot 21 inserted in the pivotal hole 20 and the pivotal base 12 of the main body 1 to combine the main body 1 with the fastener 2, and an engaging portion 22 formed at the other end and slightly curved to engage with engaging base 13 of the main body 1.
As shown in FIG. 4, when hairs are fastened by the hair clip, the hooked bar 3 can be inserted through the holes 11 of the main body 1 to push a small bundle of hair inside the hair clip out of the holes 11 for being randomly woven to enrich diversities of hair style.
A second embodiment of the hair clip, as shown in FIG. 5, has the same components as the first embodiment does, except having a plurality of projecting bars 16 formed spaced apart equidistantly at the bottom surface 14 of the main body 1 for advancing fastening effect.
Next, as shown in FIGS. 6˜8, a third preferred embodiment of a hair clip in the present invention consists of a main body 1, a fastener 2A and a hooked bar 3.
The main body 1 is made the same as the first embodiment, provided with a plurality of holes 11 and an engaging member 4 to be fixed with the fastener 2A.
The fastener 2A is made of an elastic material for circling and pinching hair by engaging with a bolt 40 of the engaging member 4.
After hair is pinched by the hair clip, the inserting bar 3 can be inserted through the holes 11 of the main body 1 to push some hair inside the hair clip out of the holes 11 for being randomly bound to enrich diversities of hair styles, as shown in FIG. 8.
FIGS. 9 and 10 respectively show a fourth and a fifth embodiment of the invention, including similar components as a main body 1 and plural holes 10 in the previous embodiments do.
In FIG. 9, the fourth embodiment has a main body 1B with plural holes 11 and a fastener 2B integrally formed with the main body 1B together. An engaging member 5 is formed at one side of the main body 1B for being hooked by one end of the fastener 2B to fasten hair.
In FIG. 10, the fifth embodiment includes a main body 1C with plural holes 11, two connecting bases 6 fixed under the main body 1C, and a fastener 2C having one end pivotally fixed with one of the connecting bases 6 and a free end used to engage with the other connecting base 6 to fasten hair.
After hair is pinched by the hair clip of the fourth and the fifth embodiments, the pivot 3 can be inserted through the holes 11 of the main body 1 to push some hair inside the hair clip out of the holes 11 for being randomly bound to enrich diversities of hair styles.
FIGS. 11, 12 and 13 respectively show a sixth, a seventh and an eighth embodiment of the invention, including similar components such as a main body 1 and plural holes 11 in the previous embodiments.
The sixth and the seventh embodiments have a main body 1D made of rigid material. The seventh embodiment includes additionally a fastener 2D having two ends respectively connected with two ends of the main body 1D.
The eighth embodiment has a main body 1E made of flexible material, with a pivotal hole 7 formed in two ends of the main body 1E respectively. A fastener 2E has a through hole 71 formed in two ends respectively to correspond to the pivotal hole 7 of the main body 1E. With a pivot 70 inserted in the through hole 71 and the pivotal hole 7, the main body 1E and the fastener 2E can be combined movably together.
As soon as hair is fastened by the hair clip, as shown in FIG. 14, the inserting bar 3 can be inserted through the holes 11 of the main body 1 to push plural little bundles of hair out of the holes 11, as shown in FIG. 15, showing one of hair styles.
FIGS. 16 and 17 respectively show a ninth and a tenth embodiment of the hair clip. As mentioned previously, the holes 11 of the main body 1 can be a geometric figure such as a circle, a square, a triangle or rhombus. FIG. 18A shows the holes 11 of the main body 1 are formed irregular. FIG. 18B shows that side holes 110 are vertically or horizontally bored from a side edge 15 to communicate with each of the holes 11. FIG. 18C shows that the side holes 110 are not formed vertically or horizontally. FIG. 18D shows that plural notches 11A are formed along the edge 15 to substitute the holes 11. FIG. 18E shows that plural projections 150 are formed along the edge 15, with a clipping groove 11B formed between every two adjacent projections 150. In addition, a positioning hole 11C can be formed near each of the holes 11, as shown in FIGS. 19A˜19D. FIGS. 19A˜19C show that the positioning hole 11C is located above the hole 11. And the positioning hole 11C is formed beside the hole 11 in FIG. 19D. The positioning hole 11C can be completely connected with the main body 1, as shown in FIG. 19A, or partly combined with the main body 1, as shown in FIG. 19B. Moreover, the positioning hole 11C can be formed in any geometric figure, such as a circle, a square, a triangle or a rhombus, etc.
In using, after hair is fastened by the hair clip, the inserting bar 3 can be inserted through the holes 11 of the main body 1 to push some hair inside the hair clip out of the holes 11. As shown in FIGS. 18A˜18E, a small bundle of hair can be drawn through the side hole 110 into the hole 11, the notch 11A or the clipping groove 11B. Or, with inserting bar 3.
Moreover, some hair can be kept remained in the side hole 110 while drawing hair through the side hole 110 with the inserting bar 3. Then the hair in the holes 11 can be inserted in the positioning holes 11C to let a user bind the hair in any style freely.
While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims

1. A hair clip at least comprising:

a main body provided with plural holes respectively to be inserted by a bunch of hair; and

a fastener fixed under said main body to work with it to keep hair pinched and plural small bunches of hairs pushed out of said holes and extending on said main body.

2. The hair clip as claimed in claim 1, wherein said holes of said main body are formed as a circle, a square, a triangle, a rhombus or an irregular geometric figure.

The hair clip as claimed in claim 1, wherein said main body is provided with a pivotal base located at one end and an engaging base formed at the other end, said fastener provided with a pivotal hole bored in one end to correspondingly work with said pivotal base of said main body, a pivot inserted in said pivotal hole and said pivotal base of said main body to combine said main body with said fastener.

4. The hair clip as claimed in claim 1, wherein plural projecting bars are formed spaced apart equidistantly at a bottom surface of said main body.

5. The hair clip as claimed in claim 1, wherein an engaging member is set at a bottom of said main body for being fixed with said fastener.

6. The hair clip as claimed in claim 1, wherein said fastener is made of a flexible material.

7. The hair clip as claimed in claim 1, wherein said main body and said fastener are integrally formed together, with an engaging member formed at one side of said main body for being hooked by one end of said fastener to pinch hair.

8. The hair clip as claimed in claim 1, wherein said main body is provided with two connecting bases located at a bottom to combine with said fastener.

9. The hair clip as claimed in claim 1, wherein said main body is provided with a pivotal hole formed in two ends respectively and said fastener is provided with a through hole formed in two ends respectively, with a pivot inserted in said through hole and said pivotal hole.

10. A hair clip at least comprising:

a main body provided with plural holes respectively to be inserted by a small bunch of hair, plural positioning holes correspondingly formed with said holes to keep hair positioned; and

a fastener fixed under said main body to work with it to keep hair pinched and plural small bunches of hair pushed out of said holes and extended on said main body.

11. The hair clip as claimed in claim 10, wherein said positioning holes of said main body are formed on a top or at a side of said main body.

12. The hair clip as claimed in claim 10, wherein said positioning holes are integrally formed together with said main body, with a surrounding wall defined each said position hole completely connected with said main body or partly connected with said main body with an opening.

13. The hair clip as claimed in claim 10, wherein plural side holes are bored from a side edge of said main body to communicate with each said hole of said main body respectively.

14. The hair clip as claimed in claim 12, wherein said side holes are vertical to or parallel with said holes of said main body.

15. The hair clip as claimed in claim 12, wherein said side holes and said holes of said main body have an included angle larger or less than 90 degrees.

16. The hair clip as claimed in claim 10, wherein plural notches are cut along an edge of said main body to substitute said holes of said main body.

17. The hair clip as claimed in claim 10, wherein plural projections are formed along an edge of said main body, with a clipping groove formed between every two adjacent said projections.

18. A hair clip at least comprising:

a main body provided with plural holes respectively to be inserted by a small bunch of hair, which exposes on said main body.
