Abstract
The present invention relates to a decorative collar stay comprising a main body of collar stay; a mounting member is arranged on said main body of collar stay, and a decorative member is arranged on said mounting member. By disposing a decorative member and a mounting member on the main body of a collar stay, when the decorative collar stay is used, the main body of the collar stay can not only be inserted into the collar for support, but also can bring beautiful effect by putting out the decorative member from the collar to locate at the neckline. Further, the decorative member is connected to the main body of the collar stay through mounting member, so the brace for the collar will be enhanced.
Description
- The present invention relates to collar stay, more particularly to a decorative collar stay.
- Generally, the existing collar stay is a scleroid plastic sheet. When used, the existing collar stay will be inserted into the collar. Therefore, its structure is simple and its function is single, that is to say, the existing collar stay is used only to support the collar, and it can't play a part in decorative function and aesthetic property.
- One aspect of the invention is overcoming the defects mentioned above, namely, the structure of the existing collar is simple, the function of the existing collar is single and so on, and providing a decorative collar stay.
- The technical solution adopted in the present invention to the technical problem thereof is constructing a decorative collar stay, which comprises: a main body of collar stay, characterized in that a mounting member is arranged on said main body of collar stay, and a decorative member is arranged on said mounting member.
- In the decorative collar stay, said mounting member is fixedly connected to, removably connected to, or integrally formed with said main body of collar stay.
- In the decorative collar stay, the angle between said mounting member and said main body of collar stay is from 60 degrees to 80 degrees.
- In the decorative collar stay, the angle between said mounting member and said main body of collar stay is 65 degrees, 70 degrees or 75 degrees.
- In the decorative collar stay, said decorative member is fixedly connected to, removably connected to, or integrally formed with said mounting member.
- In the decorative collar stay, a slot is disposed on said mounting member; a plug component adapted to be inserted into said slot is disposed on said decorative member; said decorative member is connected to said mounting member by plugging said plug component into said slot.
- In the decorative collar stay, said decorative member comprises a contact pin and a decorative component disposed on said contact pin; said contact pin is adapted to be inserted into said slot.
- In the decorative collar stay, said decorative component is made of gold, silver or platinum.
- In the decorative collar stay, said decorative component is decorated by diamond, gemstone or jade.
- In the decorative collar stay, the shape of said decorative component is square, round, oval or prismatic.
- By using a decorative collar stay, the advantageous effects are as following: after a decorative member and a mounting member are disposed on the main body of a collar stay, when the decorative collar stay is used, the main body of the collar stay can not only be inserted into the collar to support it, but also can bring beautiful effect by putting out the decorative member from the collar to locate at the neckline. Further, the decorative member is connected to the main body of the collar stay through mounting member, so the brace for the collar will be enhanced.
- The further description of the present invention is given below combined with the drawings and embodiments; in the following drawings:
-
FIG. 1 shows a structural diagram of a decorative collar stay according to one embodiment disclosed in the present application. -
FIG. 2 shows exploded views of a decorative member and a mounting member shown inFIG. 1 . -
FIG. 3 shows a side view of a decorative member shown inFIG. 2 . - As shown in
FIGS. 1 to 3 , in this preferred embodiment of the decorative collar stay of the present invention, it mainly includes the main body of acollar stay 1, namely, the existing collar stay only includes a single main body of acollar stay 1, while using, only inserting the main body of a collar stay into the collar for brace. The innovation of the present invention is to solve issues that the structure is simple, and the function is single, by disposing amounting member 21 on the main body ofcollar stay 1, and disposing adecorative member 22 on themounting member 21. Therefore, when the decorative collar stay is used, after inserting the main body of a collar stay 1 into the collar, it can be used to support the collar, and thedecorative member 22 will keep aligned with the neckline and emerge from the neckline, to achieve decorative effect. Further, themounting member 21 can be hided under the collar, while it is used for brace. - In a preferred embodiment, the
mounting member 21 may be fixedly connected to, removably connected to, or integrally formed with the main body of collar stay 1. If themounting member 21 is fixedly connected to the main body of collar stay 1, themounting member 21 could be an independent component to be processed, and then it will be fixed on the main body of collar stay 1 , for example, by means of welding, etc. If themounting member 21 is removably connected to the main body of collar stay 1, themounting member 21 could be disposed on the main body of collar stay 1, for example, by means of block connection, plug connection or threaded connection, etc. So, it will be convenient for maintenance and replacement. As for the kind of connection, an implementation manner is that, as shown inFIG. 2 , a slot is disposed on themounting member 21; a plug component adapted to be inserted into the slot is disposed on thedecorative member 22; thedecorative member 22 is connected to themounting member 21 by plugging the plug component into the slot. In the specific design, the plug component of the decorative member could be a contact pin adapted to be inserted into the slot. The decorative component is disposed on one side of the contact pin; the other side of the contact pin is used to connect with themounting member 21. If themounting member 21 is integrally formed with the main body of collar stay 1, it would be convenient for processing, that is to say, they can be processed by a mold. Similarly, as per to the requirements, the decorative member can be fixedly connected to, removably connected to, or integrally formed with the mounting member. - During the specific designing, the angle between said mounting member and said main body of collar stay could be from 60 degree to 80 degree in order that after inserting the main body of a collar stay 1 into the collar, the
decorative member 22 will keep aligned with the neckline or emerge from the neckline. In a preferred embodiment, the angle between the mounting member and the main body of collar stay could be 65 degrees, 70 degrees or 75 degrees. - The material and the shape of the decorative component could be flexibly selected and designed, that is to say, the decorative component could be made of gold, silver, platinum or other suitable materials. Further, the decorative component could be decorated by diamond, gemstone or jade. At the same time, the shape of the decorative component can be square, round, oval, prismatic or the other designable shapes.
- While the present invention has been described with reference to certain embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the scope of the present invention. In addition, many modifications may be made to adapt a particular situation or material to the teachings of the present invention without departing from its scope. Therefore, it is intended that the present invention not be limited to the particular embodiment disclosed, but that the present invention will include all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
