Abstract

A clothes hanger that has two safety locks, one is at the hook head of the hanger that can prevent the hanger from falling down. Another one is added to the hook bottom of hanger that can prevent the clothes from being blown away.
The lock at the hook head can be slipped up and down through the hook, but will not be slipped apart from the hanger. Another lock at the bottom of the hook, it has two wings connected, it can be lifted up and down and turned around, and the body of the wings is hollow with thin frame, so the sun can go through it.

  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Many people nowadays are living in tall building, drying their clothes after cleaning is a big headache, many people will hang their clothes outside the building using a hanger. Where there is wind, the hanger will be falling down easily and the clothes will also be blown away from the hanger. If the hanger hit somebody when it falls down from the high, the impact will be high. There is news frequently reporting this kind of case. The design of hanger must be changed
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • In order to make the hanger safer, two safety locks are added, one is added at the hook of the hanger that can prevent the hanger from falling down. Another one is added to the bottom of the hook that can prevent the clothes from being blown away.
  • The lock at the hook of the hanger can be slipped up and down through the hook, but will not be slipped apart from the hanger. When it is slipped up, the lock is opened, it just likes a normal hanger, so the hanger can be hooked to a rope, after hanging to the rope, the lock can be closed by slipping down the lock. The structure of another lock will be more complicated because it needs lock the clothes at two sides, so the lock has two wings that can be lifted up and down and turned. The body of wings is hollow with thin frame, so the sun can be go through it. With this invention, the hanger and the clothes will not be blown away even there is strong wind and people will not get hurt by falling hangers.

  • The invention can be explained in details by several views of drawing. The two locks and wings will be closed and opened.

  • FIG. 1 shows the perspective drawing of the hanger, the head lock is opened and tight fit to the hook of the hanger, so the hook will not be slipped down. The body lock with two wings is closed, the hanger is just like a normal one. 1 is the head lock, 2 is the hook of the hanger, 3 is body hook, 4 is the wings that connected to the body hook and 5 is the body of the hanger.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • When the head lock and body lock is closed, this invention is just look like a normal hanger. The head lock is tight fit to the hook, so it is not easy to slip down, the body lock also cannot be lifted up and turned without force applied.
  • When putting clothes to the hanger, the body lock need to be lifted up and turned, the wings will be followed the body lock to be turned. After putting the clothes, the body lock need to be returned back the original position, so the wings will be closed again and press down the clothes, the clothes is fixed to the hanger and will not be blown away even when there is strong wind. After the hanger is hanged to a rope outside the tall building, the head lock can be slipped down and closed, so it will not be blown away from the rope too even there is strong wind.
  • When the clothes are dry, the head lock can be opened by slipping up easily, the whole hanger with the clothes can be carried inside the building. Lifting up the body lock and turning it, the clothes can then be taken from the hanger easily.

Claims (2)

1. A clothes hanger that has a lock at the hook head, the lock can be slipped up and down through the hook, but will not slip apart from the hanger.
2. A clothes hanger that has another lock at the hook bottom, it has two wings connected, it can be lifted up and down and turned around, the body of the wings is hollow with thin frame, so the sun can go through it.
