It involves storing of nail polish, pressurizing using external force, stopping of the flow of nail polish by using the principle of elasticity due to the pressure of stored air and nail polish liquid, and an elastic support, an elastic spring, and an elastic liquid cutoff device, and an elastic tube that restores elasticity when the external force is removed and has a joint that extends to the bottom, an elastic support, an elastic spring, and an elastic liquid cutoff device; a tube shape connector that joins the joint of elastic tube and neck of the container; and a brush support that is fixed as its top is inserted into the joint of the elastic tube and at the same time its catcher that is extended and bended outward is joined to the bottom of the joint, a tube is formed inside the outlet that is tapered downward, and brush is joined through the receiving groove that is connected to the outlet; It consists of a container that stores nail polish to prevent the brush from getting hardened and whose neck is screwed to the connector; and an elastic support, an elastic spring, an elastic liquid cutoff device that are located in the elastic tube and perform buffer function when external force is exerted and stop nail polish from being supplied to the center of brush interior using air pressure and liquid pressure.

Description

    TECHNOLOGY AREA
  • This invention is a container for nail polish, which is essential cosmetics for modern women. It makes a certain amount of nail polish to be supplied smoothly to the center of brush interior by using the dropper method, elasticity principle, air pressure, liquid pressure and liquid cutoff device. And it makes applying of nail polish on the nails of fingers or toes easy and simple by controlling the supply of nail polish.
  • BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY
  • As illustrated in FIG. 1, a conventional nail polish container consists of a container(1) that stores nail polish and a lid cum handle having a support rod(3) with brush(4) at its tip at the center in one. And the lid is screwed on the neck of the container.
  • When using such a nail polish container, a user uses the brush(4) immersed in nail polish to apply it on the nails of fingers or toes.
  • However, when using a conventional nail polish container, the user has to dip the brush(4) into nail polish frequently, which is a nuisance, and put in the brush in the nail polish container(1) and take it out repeatedly, which causes nail polish to harden quickly.
  • As a result, nail polish hardens up before it runs out and the user has to throw it away without using all the nail polish, which is a waste.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Technical tasks
  • This invention is made to solve the problems of conventional nail polish container discussed above. Its purpose is to supply a certain amount of nail polish to the brush smoothly using the dropper method, elasticity principle, air pressure, liquid pressure, elastic support, elastic spring, and elastic liquid cutoff device, and to let the user control the nail polish outlet so that she can control the amount to apply easily and apply it on the nails of fingers or toes easily.
  • While achieving convenience and simplicity, this invention also prevents nail polish from becoming volatized or hardened.
  • Technical solution
  • To achieve the purposes discussed above, this invention consists of an elastic tube that stores nail polish, is compressed by external force, uses air pressure and liquid pressure, has an elastic support, an elastic spring, and an elastic liquid cutoff device, restores elasticity when external force is removed, and has a joint extending to the bottom; a tube shape internal and external connector that screws the brush support, which consists of the joint of elastic tube, module type brush rod, and elastic liquid cutoff device, on the neck of the container by aligning them at the top and bottom in the middle hole of brush support, to which brush is joined through the receiving groove that is connected to the outlet while forming a penetrated outlet, which is tapered downward, as its top is inserted into the joint of elastic tube and the catcher, which is extended and bended outward, is inserted into the bottom of the joint at the same time and becoming fixed; and a container that stores nail polish and whose neck is screwed on the connector;
  • And air pressure, liquid pressure, elastic spring, elastic liquid cutoff device, outlet pin, module type outlet hole brush that are located in the elastic tube, perform buffering function when external force is exerted on the elastic tube and stop the supply of nail polish stored in the elastic tube to the brush temporarily.

  • OPTIMAL SHAPE FOR THE EMBODIMENT OF INVENTION
  • In the following, the invented nail polish will be explained in detail.
  • FIGS. 2 and 3 are exploded drawings of an embodiment of this invention. FIGS. 4 and 5 are configuration diagrams of assembled liquid cutoff device shown in FIG. 1. And FIGS. 6 and 7 are configuration diagrams of assembled status of this invention shown in FIG. 1. And FIGS. 8 and 8 illustrate the operation of the embodiment.
  • As shown in FIGS. 2 and 8, this invention has an elastic tube(10) that stores nail polish, is compressed by external force, restores elasticity when external force is removed, and has a joint(11) extending to the bottom; a tube shape internal and external connector that makes the neck(41) of the container(40) to be screwed on by inserting the module type brush rod(200), which consists of the joint of elastic tube(10) and elastic liquid cutoff device(100), into the inside and outside of connector(20,25) by using the female and male undercut(22,23) and aligning the neck(41) of the container(40) at the top and bottom of the middle hole(21).
  • And a module type brush rod(200) that joins the joint(39 a, 39 b), which is extended and bended toward the inside and outside of brush support(30 a. 30 b), is fixed as it is inserted into the bottom parts of the joint(11) and the joint(27), forms a tapered outlet toward the bottom, forms receiving groove(32) at the center of outlet(31 b) by inserting the elastic liquid cutoff device(100) in the inside of receiving groove(35) of module type brush, which consists of elastic support(51 a), elastic support spring(51 b), liquid cutoff plate(53), liquid cutoff projection(52), and elastic body fixing projection(55), when the joint(13) of the cap(15) is inserted into the joint(12) of the elastic tube(10) and the joint(11) of the elastic tube(10) is inserted into the top part of the connector.;
  • And a tube shape module type brush rod(300) of the module type brush outlet that inserts the outlet pin(60) with outlet(42,43) into the module type outlet hole brush(70) with outlet hole and inserting the outlet pin(60) into the outlet(44);
  • And a container(40) that stores nail polish and prevents it from getting hardened and whose bottle neck(41) is screwed on the connector(20); and a liquid cutoff device(100) that is located in the elastic tube(10), performs the buffering function when external force is exerted, and stops the supply of nail polish to the brush(34) temporarily.
  • And the elastic tube(10) has a cap that extends the joint(12) with the thread at the top and is screwed on it.
  • And a band type liquid cutoff device(100) that has a ring structure and is compressed by air pressure and liquid pressure and restores elasticity when the pressure is removed and has an elastic liquid cutoff device(100), an elastic support(51 a), and an elastic support spring(51 b) vertically in the joint(39 a. 39 b) that is projected on the surface of module type brush rod(200),
  • And a liquid cutoff projection(52) that projects and extends from the bottom center, an elastic body fixing projection(55) and a liquid cutoff pressure plate(53) at the center of the liquid cutoff device(100).
  • It is desirable for the liquid cutoff device(100) to be a rotary type where several elastic supports are arranged in a cross or a radial shape, or the elasticity support has a separate spring.
  • The elastic tube(10) shows elasticity characteristics as it ejects nail polish stored inside when it is compressed by external force, and it is desirable for it to be made of synthetic rubber, synthetic fiber, silicone, or nylon.
  • The elastic support(51 a), elastic spring(51 b), and elastic liquid cutoff device(100) show elasticity characteristic as they stop the flow of nail polish stored in the elastic tube to the brush when they are compressed by air pressure and external force, and it is desirable for them to be made of synthetic rubber, synthetic fiber, plastic, silicone, nylon, or elastic metal material.
  • The operation of the nail polish container is as follows.
  • First, hold and rotate the connector(20) to unscrew the container(40). Then the elastic tube(10) that stores nail polish and the container(40) are separated.
  • At the time, nail polish is ejected while the module type brush is immersed in nail polish as the outlet pin(60) with outlet(42,43) is inserted into the module type outlet brush(70) with the outlet hole(44), which is joined to the module type brush(300) and outlet pin(60) is inserted into the outlet hole(44), or the module type brush rod(200) is immersed in the container(40). Therefore, the brush is covered with nail polish. Leave appropriate amount of nail polish on the brush(34) by shaking off a few times at the rim of the container(40). And hold and press the elastic tube(10) with fingers, then nail polish flows through the interior of the brush(34) through the outlet (31 a. 31 b. 31 c) and outlet(42,43) of the module type brush rod(200) because of the external force and enters into the brush(34) and nail polish is automatically supplied to the brush(34).
  • When the elastic tube(10) is pressed, the elastic support(51 a), elastic spring(51 b) and elastic liquid cutoff device(100) perform buffering function so that too much nail polish is not ejected even though strong force is exerted. Moreover, as the outlet(31 a) of the brush support(30 b) is tapered, abrupt ejection is prevented and it is easy to deal with different pressure on the elastic tube(10).
  • According to the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 9, the liquid cutoff device(100) pressurized by the air in the elastic tube(10) and the pushing force of the liquid stops the ejection passage as the elastic support(51 a) is compressed and its length is extended, and the liquid cutoff projection(52) is inserted into the outlet(31 a) of brush support(30 b) and joined to the liquid cutoff projection(52) and receiving groove(35) as it consists of elastic support spring(51 b), and stops the ejection passage as the elastic support spring(51 b) is compressed and elongated and the liquid cutoff projection(52) that is extended and projected at the bottom is inserted into the outlet(31 a) of brush support(30 b).
  • This invention induces automatic supply of nail polish by pressurizing the elastic tube(10). And a certain amount of nail polish is supplied to the center of the interior of brush(34) by stopping the flow of nail polish temporarily by interlocking the liquid cutoff device(100) using the air inside and the force of liquid. And the user can apply the nail polish on the nails of the fingers or toes with the brush(34).
  • And the brush(34) gets to be immersed in the nail polish stored in the container(40) after the connector(20) is screwed on the container(40) to prevent the brush(34) from getting hardened and to preserve the nail polish.
  • This invention enables automatic supply of nail polish by using the pressurization of elastic tube(10) and stopping the flow of nail polish through the pressurization of elastic tube(10) along with the buffering action due to the force of inside air and liquid in the elastic tube(10) using the liquid cutoff device(100) and stops too much nail polish from being ejected to the center of the interior of the brush(34) and allows a certain amount of nail polish to be supplied.
  • In other words, this invention enables the control of nail polish supply by using the elastic tube and module type brush(300) and the liquid cutoff device(100) located inside the module type brush rod(200).
  • An embodiment of this invention is explained in detail but it is possible for anyone with the general knowledge in this area can make variations of this invention within the limit of this invention.
  • Therefore, the scope of this invention is not limited to the embodiment explained in detail above and similar category should be decided based on the technical aspect of claim to be discussed below.
  • INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION
  • As discussed above, this invention prevents ejection of too much nail polish to the center of the interior of brush as the elastic liquid cutoff device buffers pressurized external force because of the force of inside air and liquid and induces the ejection of a certain amount of nail polish to the brush, which makes this product very convenient and economic as it reduces inconvenience, prevents hardening of nail polish, and minimizes the loss of nail polish as it prevents volatilization of nail polish.

Claims (10)

1. Elastic tube(10) that stores nail polish, ejects an appropriate amount of nail polish when it is pressed by external force and the outlet is blocked automatically by the liquid cutoff device due to the pressure of air and liquid, restores elasticity when external force is removed and has a joint(12.11) that is extended to the top and bottom;
2. Tube shape connector(20,25) that holds the joint(11) of the elastic tube(10), joint(13) of the cap(15), neck(41) of the container(40), module type brush(300) that has liquid cutoff device(100), elastic support(51 a) and elastic spring(51 b) inside the connector(20) and module type brush rod(200), inserts the outlet pin(60) with outlet(42,43) into module type outlet hole brush(70 with outlet(44), inserts the outlet pin(60) to the inside of outlet(44), has brush(34) attachment or has the brush(34) attached on the brush receiving groove(32), and is arranged vertically with the connector(20, 25) that is joined by female undercut(22) on the inside bottom of the connector(2) and by male undercut on the outside of connector(25) and screwed;
3. A synthetic elastic support(51 a) of the elastic liquid cutoff device that is compressed when external force is exerted and restores elasticity when the force is removed, metal elastic support spring(51 b), liquid cutoff pressure plate(53), liquid cutoff projection(52), elastic body fixing project ion(55), and tube shape elastic liquid cutoff device(100):

Elastic liquid cutoff device(100) that forms receiving groove(35) on the inside top of brush support(30 b) and inside bottom of brush support(30 a) and has elastic support(51 a), and fixing groove support(37) where elastic spring(51 b) is placed, and tube shape brush rod(300) with outlet(31 a. 31 b), brush receiving groove(32), joint(39 c), and brush support(30 c), and brush rod(200);

A brush support(30 b) where the joint(11) of elastic tube(10) and inside top part of middle hole(21) of connector(20)are inserted, tapered undercut fixing groove support(37) at the inside top of brush support(30 b)and outside elastic body fixing projection(55) of the elastic liquid cutoff device(100) are inserted, the joint(39 b), which is extended and bended outward, and the joint(39 a) are joined and fixed at the bottom of the joint(27) and elastic tube(10) through the brush support(30 a) and middle hole(21), female undercut(22) on the inside bottom of connector(20) and top part of the male undercut(23) on the outside of connector(25) are inserted, brush rod(300) and brush rod(200) are fixed, and tapered outlet(31 a, 31 b) is formed downward, and the brush(34) is joined through the liquid flowing through the outlet(31 a, 31 b, 42, 43) and brush receiving groove(34, 35)
6. A container(40) that stores nail polish to prevent the brush(34) from getting hardened and whose neck is screwed on the connector(20);
7. A nail polish container that has elastic support(51 a) that is located in the elastic tube(10), performs buffer function when external force is exerted to the elastic tube(10), stops the flow of nail polish stored in the elastic tube(10) to the center of the interior of brush(34) because of the outlet pin(60) and module type outlet brush(70), has elasticity due to the air pressure and liquid pressure, is made of synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, synthetic fiber, plastic, or nylon, metal elastic support spring(51 b) made of iron, gold, silver, or copper, and elastic liquid cutoff device(100) and can be used as all types of container.
8. Elastic material such as synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, synthetic fiber, plastic, silicone, nylon, or metal such as iron, gold, silver, or copper can be used for the container.
2. Regarding claim 1, for the elastic liquid cutoff device(100), synthetic elastic support(51 a), metal elastic support spring(51 b), liquid cutoff pressure plate(53), liquid cutoff projection(52), elastic body fixing projection(55) are located inside the brush rod(200) vertically, and it has elastic support(51 a) with the ring structure that has elasticity characteristics, and spring(51 b); Liquid cutoff pressure plate(53) at the top center of liquid cutoff device(100) and liquid cutoff projection(52) that is extended and projected from bottom center;
A container that has elastic body fixing projection(55) at the bottom of the elastic support(51 a).
3. Regarding claim 1, module type tube shape brush rod(300) that forms receiving groove(35) inside the brush support(30 a. 30 b) of the brush rod(200), and makes the nail polish to flow inside the brush(34) by inserting the outlet pin(60) with outlet(42,43) into the module type outlet brush(70) with outlet hole(44) and fixing groove support(37), where elastic liquid cutoff device(100) and spring(51 b) can be placed, and inserting the outlet pin(60) into the outlet(44) at the center of brush(34), and a brush rod that has outlet((31 a. 31 b. 31 c) and tube shape top and bottom in one brush rod(200) of the brush receiving groove because of such structure.
