Abstract
A pool table structure is formed by arranging a plurality of support legs to form a rectangular body, a corner connecting seat is installed on said support leg, the corner connecting seat has a base and a clamp portion, the base is locked to the support leg, the clamp portion is connected to the base, the clamp portion has two clamps, the two clamps are respectively disposed with a groove and perpendicular to each other, a surrounding plate is installed between each two said corner connecting seats and the surrounding plate is allowed to install in the groove of the corner connecting seat, and at least one supporting plate is installed between the surrounding plates. The positioning of the surrounding plate is easier by disposing the groove on the clamp of the corner connecting seat, and locking the base of the corner connecting seat to the support leg simplifies the assembly of the pool table and reduces elements to decrease the cost.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a pool table structure, which is simple, convenient for assembly, thereby decreasing a customer's labor cost expenses.
- 2. Description of Related Art
- As we know, billiards is an indoor leisure sport. Because it needs to utilize dynamics principle and abundant experience if you want to play it well, and the playing skill thereof is novelty and the sport itself is highly worth viewing, it is popular in the recent years. Some favorites possess billiards facilities in their own house for exercising and playing it any time they want. To transport a pool table conveniently and decrease the cost thereof, it is detached first, and assembled after being transported to a destination. Please refer to
FIG. 1 . Elements such assupport legs 51, legtop plates 52,corner connecting elements 53, surroundingplates 54,support plate 55 andcorner plates 56 of a conventional pool table 5 are separated while being left the factory to be convenient on transportation and lower on the cost thereof, and a customer himself must then assembles them after they buy the pool table. - But, while being assembled, the leg top plate is easy to flee away when the
leg top plate 52 and thesupport leg 51 of the conventional pool table are assembled; it needs time on a position adjustment. Besides, when the two surrounding plates are coupled to each other, they are locked together through thecorner connecting element 53 and at least sixscrews 57. To obtain the eye appealing and the positioning of the pool table, acorner plate 56 is installed between the two adjacent surrounding plates, allowing the two surroundingplates 54 to be positioned respectively along the two sides of thecorner plate 56, but the neededscrews 57 are increased relatively. Furthermore, the positions of thecorner connecting element 53 and the surroundingplate 54 will be caused to depart from anticipated positions relatedly if the position of theleg top plate 52 is not adjusted after fleeing way, causing the pool table 5 to be in a unstable and nonlevel state to influence the ball playing accuracy of a player. Besides, an assembler must spare one hand to difficult supporting and positioning or ask for other person's help to carry out a locking operation when they assembles thecorner connecting element 53, the surroundingplate 54 and thecorner plate 56, causing the assembly to be very inconvenient. Besides, to improve the stability of the conventional pool table 5, severalcrisscrossing support plates 55 are configured in a rectangular frame surrounded by the surroundingplates 54; it is obvious that the conventional structure not only has very complex components but is time consuming and labor consuming to the assembler. Moreover, the structure is not firm and suitable for a consumer themselves' assembly, and a professional is needed to assemble and adjust the pool table 5 manually; it is not only causes a higher assembly cost but increases a consumer's expenses. - To improve the deficits mentioned above, the present invention is proposed. The present invention mainly forms a rectangular body arranged by a plurality of support legs, a corner connecting seat is installed on the support leg, and the corner connecting seat has a base and a clamp portion; the clamp portion is coupled to the base and has two clamps; the two clamps are respectively disposed with a groove and perpendicular to each other; a surrounding plate is installed between the two corner connecting seats and in the groove of the corner connecting seat; at least one support plate is installed between the two support plates; the positioning of the surrounding plate is easier by disposing the groove on the clamp of the corner connecting seat, and locking the base of the corner connecting seat to the support leg simplifies the assembly of the pool table and reduces elements to decrease the cost.

FIG. 6 is an exploded view of a supporting plate inFIG. 3 . - First, please refer to
FIGS. 2 to 5 . The present invention provides a pool table structure. Amain body 1A of a pool table 1 mainly includes a plurality ofsupport legs 10,corner connecting seats 20, surroundingplates 30 and supportingplates 40. - The
support legs 10 are arranged to form a rectangular body and respectively have ascrew hole 11. - The
corner connecting seat 20 is installed on thesupport leg 10 and has abase 21 and aclamp portion 22, where thebase 21 is disposed with along slot 211 corresponding to thescrew hole 11 of thesupport leg 10, thereby passing alocking element 23 through thesupport leg 10 and thecorner connecting seat 20 to lock them together. Furthermore, theclamp portion 22 is connected to thebase 21 with an inclined angle θ and has twoclamps 220, where the twoclamps 220 are respectively disposed with agroove 221 and perpendicular to each other, and theclamp 220 is disposed with a plurality ofholes 222. A strengtheningplate 223 used for increasing stability of locking thecorner connecting seat 20 to thesupport leg 10 can be disposed between the twoclamps 220. - The surrounding
plates 30 are placed between the twocorner connecting seat 20 and constituted bylong surround plates 31 and short surroundingplates 32, where the long surroundingplates 31 and the short surroundingplates 32 are respectively installed between the twocorner connecting seats 20 oppositely to form a rectangular frame. The two ends of the long and short surrounding plates are respectively disposed withscrew holes holes 222 of theclamp 220, thereby passinglocking elements 33 through thecorner connecting seat 20 and the surroundingplate 30, and two separated side-by-side grooves 312 are respectively disposed on planned positions of the long surroundingplate 31 and ahole 313 is disposed on thegroove 312. - The supporting
plates 40 is a trapezoid plate and slidably disposed on thegroove 312, and the two sides of the supportingplate 10 are respectively disposed with ascrew hole 411 corresponding to theholes 313 of the long surroundingplate 31, thereby passinglocking elements 412 through the long surrounding plate and the supportingplate 40 to lock them together. - While putting the pool table 1 formed by assembling the aforementioned components into practice, a
locking element 23 is passed through thelong slot 211 on thebase 21 of thecorner connecting seat 20 and thescrew hole 11 of thesupport leg 10 to lock thecorner connecting seat 20 and thesupport leg 10 together, and long surroundingplates 31 and the short surroundingplates 32 of the surroundingplate 30 can be respectively positioned in theaforementioned grooves 221 by disposing thegroove 221 respectively on the twoclamps 220 of thecorner connecting seat 20, ensuring that an assembler carries out the assembly without supporting the surroundingplate 30. Furthermore, thelocking element 33 is used to pass through thehole 222 of theclamp 220 and insert into thescrew hole 311 of the surroundingplate 30 to lock the surroundingplate 30 to thecorner connecting seat 20, thereby coupling the surroundingplates 30 to a rectangular frame. Besides, to improve the stability of the whole frame, the supportingplates 40 may be installed in thegrooves 312 of the long surroundingplates 31 along the long surroundingplates 31; the supportingplate 40 is locked to the long surroundingplate 31 by passing thelocking element 412 through thehole 313 of thegroove 312 and then locking and fixing it to the long surroundingplate 31. - Because the
corner connecting seat 20 only has thebase 21 and theclamp portion 22, and thegroove 221 is disposed on theclamp 220 of thecorner connecting seat 20 such that the structure of the present invention is simple. When the pool table 1 is assembled, thebase 21 of thecorner connecting seat 20 can be locked to thesupport leg 10 directly, and surroundingplate 30 can be installed in the groove 231 of theclamp 220 directly; it is different from the conventional pool table 5, where the legtop plate 52 must first be coupled to thesupport leg 51, and thecorner connecting element 53 also needs to be locked to the surroundingplate 54 andcorner plate 56 respectively, thus it can be seen that the assembly of the pool table 1 of the present invention is easier. Moreover, disposing thegroove 221 on theclamp 220 of the corner connecting seat can further be helpful to the positioning of the surroundingplate 30 so as to improve the stability of the pool table 1. Therefore, the present invention has improved obviously the deficits of the complexity of the assembly procedures and the cost increasing of the more elements of the conventional pool table 5. Besides, fleeing-away will not happen when thecorner connecting seat 20 and thesupport leg 10 are locked together such that there is no adjustment to be needed and no deficit of the deflection and the position departing of the surroundingplate 30. - Additional advantages and modifications will readily occur to those skilled in the art. Therefore, the invention in its broader aspects is not limited to the specific details and representative embodiments shown and described herein. Accordingly, various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit or scope of the general inventive concept as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (10)
1. A pool table structure, formed by arranging a plurality of support legs to form a rectangular body, a corner connecting seat being installed on said support leg, said corner connecting seat having a base and a clamp portion, said base being locked to said support leg, said clamp portion being connected to said base, said clamp portion having two clamps, said two clamps being respectively disposed with a groove and perpendicular to each other, a surrounding plate being installed between each two said corner connecting seats and said surrounding plate being allowed to install in said groove of said corner connecting seat, and at least one supporting plate being installed between said surrounding plates.
2. The pool table structure according to claim 1 , wherein said support leg and said corner connecting seat are locked to each other through a locking element.
3. The pool table structure according to claim. 2, wherein said support leg has a screw hole, said base of said corner connecting seat is disposed with a long slot, and said locking element is passed through said long slot and said screw hole.
4. The pool table structure according to claim. 3, wherein said clamp portion is coupled to said base with an inclined angle.
5. The pool table structure according to claim 4 , wherein said surround plates are constituted by long surrounding plates and short surrounding plates, said long surrounding plates and said short surrounding plates are respectively installed pair wise oppositely between two said corner connecting seats.
6. The pool table structure according to claim. 5, wherein said clamp and said surrounding plate is locked together through a locking element.
7. The pool table structure according to claim 6 , wherein said clamp is disposed with a plurality of holes, two ends of said long and short surrounding plate are respectively disposed with screw holes respectively corresponding to holes of said clamp for passing said locking element through and locking up said corner connecting seat and said surrounding plate.
8. The pool table structure according to claim 7 , wherein a strengthening plate is coupled to said two clamps; said strengthening plate is used for improving the stability of locking said corner connecting seat to said support leg.
9. The pool table structure according to claim 8 , wherein said long surrounding plats are respectively disposed with two separated side-by-side grooves on planned positioned thereof, and a hole is disposed on said groove.
10. The pool table structure according to claim 9 , wherein two sides of said supporting plate are respectively disposed with a screw hole corresponding to said hole of said long surrounding plate, thereby passing a locking element through said long surrounding plate and said supporting plate to lock said long surrounding plate and said supporting plate together.
