Description

  • The “Easy Exercise Chair” is a light-weight, compact, fold up chair capable of sustaining up to four hundred pounds (400 lbs) that makes possible the exercising and strengthening of different muscle groups.
  • The “Easy Exercise Chair” can be designed with the use of stainless steel for durability or other composite material. The seat and arm rest can be designed using synthetic leather, foam and a durable plastic. The weight of the chair is between fifteen and twenty pounds (15-20 lbs.). The largest part of the chair is the seat, (21″ by 16″ with a 2″ optional cushion). The legs are retractable for people of different heights (22″ extension) and without the use of the extension there is a distance of 20″ from the seat to the floor. There is an 18″ bar connecting the legs. The purpose of the bar is to enable the user to perform different exercises like leg extension and shoulder strengthening exercises.
  • The upper back support is 14″ by 6″ with a 2″ optional cushion, and the lower back support is 8″ by 6″with a 2″ optional cushion. The arm rest (retractable “4 to 10” in height) is 8″ long with 2″ optional cushion.
  • The “Easy Exercise Chair” has fourteen metal hooks strategically placed so that exercises can be performed (hook placement can be seen in FIG. 1), exercise bands of various lengths for performance of different exercises (see FIG. 3), an exercise handle to be used with the bands (see FIG. 4), adjustable ankle strap (see FIG. 5), exercise hook (see FIG. 6) (for connecting the bands, handle and strap to the Easy Exercise Chair), the pin that allows the chair to fold (see FIG. 7), carrying case as seen in (FIG. 8) (can also be oblong), and shoe (FIG. 9). p Due to the flexibility of the “Easy Exercise Chair” it can be used for travel, home, hospitals, vacations or place of work place.
