  • the rotatable ornamental element has a cavity 40 , formed in which is a semicircular seat 42 , resting on which is the internal support 12 .
  • a leaf spring 44 presses on the side of the internal support 12 opposite to the semicircular seat 42 . The leaf spring 44 withholds the ornamental element 16 stably in each of its positions.
