Abstract

A quick open envelope comprises one polygonal hollow envelope body and one flap wherein the envelope body has one surface and one opening edge as well as plural seal edges which constitute the surface's one opening edge, and the flap connected to the envelope body is used for closing the opening edge. One tearing line prepared on the surface has both ends connected to one identical seal edge or different seal edges and surrounds an area on the surface being lifted to develop the envelope body's opening from which a letter receiver is able to take articles held inside an envelope with the tearing line torn down.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention is one envelope, not the least of which is an easily-opened envelope.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • As shown in FIG. 1, one well-known envelope 1 with its cover 11 developing one tearing line 12 which defines one zipper-pattern splinter 13 equipped with one puller 131 for a user opening the envelope 1 by applying force to remove the splinter 13 from the envelope 1. Using two auxiliary tearing lines 14 which extend to both laterals of the envelope 1 from two reversed directions of the tearing line 12, a letter receiver after removing the splinter 13 can open the envelope 1 along auxiliary tearing lines 14 to develop a larger opening in favor of this receiver taking letters held inside the envelope 1. Still, a receiver has a two-stage action to tear the tearing line 12 as well as auxiliary lines 14 sequentially for development of one larger opening on the envelope 1 that is not an ideal model in use.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Against this background, the present invention aims to supply one easily-sealed quick open envelope without articles which are held inside damaged.
  • As a result, this new quick open envelope comprises one polygonal hollow envelope body and one flap wherein the former owns one surface, and one opening edge as well as plural seal edges to form the surface's boundaries, and the latter connected to the envelope body is used for sealing the opening edge. One tearing line designed on the surface has both ends linking edges of an identical seal or different seals. When this tearing line is torn down, an area surrounded by the tearing line will be lifted.
  • The effect of the present invention is to form the envelope body's opening which a letter receiver can take articles held inside the envelope by using one tearing line designed on the envelope body's surface wherein the tearing line is linked to edges of the envelope body's identical seal or different seals and an area surrounded by this tearing line will be lifted when the tearing line is torn down.
  • With the following detailed descriptions and attached figures, advantages and essences correlated with this invention can be further realized.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a lateral view indicating a well-known envelope;
  • FIG. 2 is a top view interpreting one first preferred embodiment of this invention;
  • FIG. 3 is a bottom view interpreting the first preferred embodiment;
  • FIG. 4 is a stretched-out view interpreting the first preferred embodiment before assembly; and
  • FIG. 5 is one view similar to FIG. 3 and interpreting one second preferred embodiment of this invention of a new quick open envelope.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Correlated with the present invention, the technical contents, properties, and effects, previously-mentioned or unmentioned, will be completely described with two preferred embodiments clearly shown in the following diagrams.
  • The present invention of one quick open envelope is not restricted in one letter envelope but applied to one document envelope (or bag), western-style, Chinese-style, big or small. Refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 with one letter envelope as an example. One envelope 3 comprises one polygonal hollow envelope body 4 and one flap 5. The envelope body 4 used for holding documents such as letters has two surfaces 41 and 42, two opening edges 43 and 44, and three seal edges 45, 46, and 47. The opening edge 43 and three seal edges 45, 46, and 47 collectively constitute boundaries of the surface 41; the opening edge 44 and three seal edges 45, 46, and 47 collectively constitute boundaries of the surface 42. With one flap 5 linked to the envelope body 4, two opening edges 43 and 44 can be sealed. One window 48 designed on the surface 41 is used for exposing some words written on one letter, for instance, a receiver's address, name, etc. for convenient reading.
  • One tearing line 61 prepared on the surface 41 has both ends connected to the identical seal edge 45. When the tearing line 61 is torn down, an area on the surface 41 surrounded by the tearing line 61 can be lifted. Another tearing line 62 prepared on the surface 42 has both ends connected to the identical seal edge 46. When the tearing line 62 is torn down, an area on the surface 42 surrounded by the tearing line 62 can be also lifted.
  • Two curve- shaped tearing lines 61 and 62 have different curve sizes because two tearing lines 61 and 62 are designed to match widths and lengths of general letters held inside the envelope 3 and folded to become a rectangular shape. When one of two tearing lines is torn down by a receiver, an area surrounded by this tearing line can be lifted to develop one proper-size opening on the envelope body 4 from which a receiver is able to take unfolded letters.
  • Refer to FIG. 4 showing the envelope 3 fabricated with one single paper cut to separate different areas such as one central piece 71, three lateral pieces 72, 73, and 74, and one flap 5 along four folding lines wherein the flap 5 and three lateral pieces 72, 73, and 74 connected to the central piece 71 are separated from the central piece 71 with folding lines, and the central piece 71 is equipped with one window 48 and one tearing line 61. Another tearing line 62 is designed at another edge of the lateral piece 72 connected to the central piece 71. When three lateral pieces 72, 73, and 74 are folded at one edge of the central piece 71 to make the lateral piece 72 stacked over lateral pieces 73 and 74, their overlapped areas stuck with adhesive can develop one envelope body 4 with two surfaces 41 and 42. Simultaneously, the flap 5 is also folded over the surface 42 along another folding line to develop the envelope 3. Fabricated with one method similar to the method manufacturing one traditional envelope generally, the envelope 3 has a different design with two tearing lines 61 and 62 printed on surfaces 41 and 42 through a simple processing step to reach an effect of easily opening one envelope.
  • In this embodiment with both ends of the tearing line 61 connected to the identical side edge 45 and both ends of the tearing line 62 connected to the identical side edge 46, a practical application is not limited in this case but one tearing line's both ends are designed to link different seal edges. Furthermore, a tearing line can be prepared on one of two surfaces 41 and 42 only, or plural tearing lines are designed on one identical surface. In addition, instead of one window 48 opened on the surface 41 in this embodiment, the envelope 3 can be designed to another style without the window 48.
  • Refer to FIG. 5 for the second preferred embodiment of this new quick open envelope. Having a whole structure similar to the first preferred embodiment in general, the second preferred embodiment has a difference with one broken line designed for the tearing line 62 on the surface 42 or another tearing line design with another shape such as polygon without being restricted in the case exposed in this embodiment.
  • According to descriptions mentioned above for one tearing line designed on a envelope body's surface and with both ends linked to one identical seal edge or different seal edges, an area surrounded by the tearing line torn down by one receiver can be lifted to develop one opening from which a letter receiver is able to take articles held inside one easily-opened envelope with all articles kept completely during unsealing and the objective of this invention substantially materialized.
  • Although the present invention is disclosed through a better embodiment as above, yet it is not used to limit the present invention, anyone that is familiar with this art, without deviating the spirit and scope of the present invention, can make any kinds of change, revision and finishing; therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be based on the scope as defined by the following attached “what is claimed”.
