Description
- The present invention relates to a booth for golf training, and more particularly to a prefabricated booth structure for golf training which can be easily assembled by attaching a cushion pad to a frame by using magnets and can be easily disassembled by pulling the cushion pad from the frame.
- Generally, a booth for an indoor driving range includes a plurality of panels which are assembled to form a front wall, left and right walls, so that a golf prayer practices golf in the booth by hitting a golf ball towards the front wall. The booth may be provided with a simulation apparatus using projection which can project an image on the front wall.
- The general booth for golf training is made of wooden panels, and a cushion pad is attached to the inner wall of the wooden panel to absorb noise and shock generated when the golf ball collides into the wooden panel. The cushion pad is made by enclosing a cushion sheet with a cover and stitching the cover, and is attached to the inner wall of the panel by using an adhesive.
- Since the booth for golf training is made of wooden panels and cushion pads attached to the inner wall of the panels, a size of the material is large, and thus carriage and keeping of the booth is cumbersome. Also, since the cushion pads are attached to the wooden panel by using the adhesive, it is not easy to assemble the booth, and it is difficult to move or rearrange the booth.
- Also, since a gap is produced between the cushion pads attached to the inner wall, a golf ball is inserted in the gap.
- In order to solve the above problem, the applicant proposed Korean Utility Model No. 0420593 entitled Booth for Golf Training.
- According to the utility model, the booth includes a
frame 2 configured by connecting metal pipes to form anentrance 9 at one side, andcushion pads 4 fixed to inner walls of the frame to form walls, as shown inFIG. 1 . Theframe 2 consists of a plurality ofhorizontal bars 6, a plurality ofvertical bars 8, and acorner member 10 interposed between thehorizontal bar 6 and thevertical bar 8, so that theframe 2 is assembled or disassembled. - The
cushion pad 4 is formed in a long rectangular plate, as shown inFIG. 2 , and is mounted on theframe 2 in such a way that the sidewall is closely contact with each other. The cushion pad is provided with an extendedflap 16 at the sidewall to cover the surface of theadjacent cushion pad 4 and eliminate a gap between thecushion pads 4. - The cushion pad is also provided on a rear surface thereof with a
fixing member 12 detachably coupled to theframe 2. The fixing member consists of asurface fastener 14. - With the above construction, the booth is easily assembled or disassembled. Since the size of each component is small, the carriage or keeping of each component is also easy. It prevents the golf ball from inserting or passing through a gap formed between the
cushion pads 4. - The cushion pad is easily fixed to the
frame 2 by using the surface fastener, which improves the assembly efficiency. - However, the applicant found a one-touch fixing member to further improve the assembly efficiency.
- Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a prefabricated booth structure for golf training which can be easily assembled by attaching a cushion pad to a frame by using magnets which are attached to the cushion pad as a one-touch fixing member and can be easily disassembled by pulling the cushion pad from the frame.
- Additional advantages, objects, and features of the invention will be set forth in part in the description which follows and in part will become apparent to those having ordinary skill in the art upon examination of the following or may be learned from practice of the invention.
- In order to accomplish the above-mentioned objects, a fabricated booth structure for golf training including a frame configured by connecting metal pipes, and cushion pads fixed to inner walls of the frame to form walls, and a fixing member provided on a rear surface of the cushion pad to attach or detach the cushion pad to or from the frame, comprising: a one-touch fixing member provided on the cushion pad, wherein the one-touch fixing member is easily attached or detached to or from the frame.
- The frame is made of magnetic metal, and the one-touch fixing member is made of magnets.
- With the present invention, the cushion pad is easily attached to the frame by attaching the cushion pad to the frame by using the magnets which are attached to the cushion pad as a one-touch fixing member and can be easily disassembled by pulling the cushion pad from the frame, thereby shortening the assembling time or disassembling time and further improving the assembly efficiency.
- The above and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be more apparent from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
-
FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a booth for golf training according to the prior art; -
FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating the construction of the cushion pad shown inFIG. 1 ; -
FIG. 3 is a view illustrating a cushion pad according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention; and -
FIG. 4 is a view illustrating a cushion pad according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention. - Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
- Now, a fabricated booth structure for golf training according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description of the present invention, the same drawing reference numerals are used for the same elements even in different drawings, and the duplicate explanation thereof will be omitted.
- The fabricated booth structure includes a
frame 2 configured by connecting metal pipes, andcushion pads 4 fixed to inner walls of the frame to form walls, as shown inFIG. 3 . A fixing member is provided on a rear surface of thecushion pad 4 to attach or detach the cushion pad to or from theframe 2. Thecushion pad 4 is provided with a one-touch fixing member that is easily attached or detached to or from theframe 2. - The
frame 2 is made of magnetic metal, and the one-touch fixing member is made ofmagnets 31. - Preferably, the
magnets 31 are enclosed by anencapsulation 32 stitched to the cushion pad, and then are attached to thecushion pad 4. - According to one embodiment of the present invention, the
cushion pad 4 may be provided with themagnets 31 andsurface fasteners 14, as shown inFIG. 4 . - The one-touch fixing member may be made of clips or so forth, as well as the magnet. Preferably, the
frame 2 is made of a rectangular pipe to secure a contact surface to the magnets. - With the above construction, the
magnets 31 are attached to the cushion pad as the one-touch fixing member, the cushion pad is fixed to the frame by attaching the cushion pad to the frame by usingmagnets 31 which are attached to the cushion pad as a one-touch fixing member and can be easily disassembled by pulling the cushion pad from the frame, thereby improving the assembly efficiency. - As a result, the fabricated booth structure for golf training may shorten the time required for assembly and disassembly thereof. Also, assembling or disassembling work is very easy.
- In case the mounting position is set by using the magnets and then the
surface fastener 14 is fastened, the fastening work is further easy and rigid fixing is obtained. - The forgoing embodiments are merely exemplary and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention. The present teachings can be readily applied to other types of apparatuses. The description of the present invention is intended to be illustrative, and not to limit the scope of the claims. Many alternatives, modifications, and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
- As apparent from the above description, according to the prefabricated booth structure for golf training, the cushion pad is easily attached to the frame by attaching the cushion pad to the frame by using the magnets which are attached to the cushion pad as a one-touch fixing member and can be easily disassembled by pulling the cushion pad from the frame, thereby shortening the assembling time or disassembling time and further improving the assembly efficiency.
