Abstract
The present invention provides a woodwork grinder, which can allow the grinding axle to be positioning quickly for replacement, so that the replacement can be carried out smoothly; it comprises a flexible insert rod on the grinding based of the grinding axle, and at least one insert slot on the side of the rotary axle of the grinding axle, so that the insert rod can be inserted into the insert slot when the rotary axle is stationary to position the rotary axle, and operators can use tools to assemble or disassemble the grinding axle so that the assembling/disassembling process can be carried out conveniently.
Description
- (1) Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates generally to an upstanding grinding axle, and more particularly to a structure which can provide positioning function to the rotary axle for the convenience of assembly/disassembly for replacement or cleaning during the grinding process, in order to make the assembling/disassembling process more convenient and improve the grinding efficiency.
- (2) Description of the Prior Art
- Conventional upstanding grinders, as shown in
FIGS. 4 and 5 , which comprising a working table (11) affixed to the entire machine base (10), a rotary axle (13) protruding from the center of the grinding base (12), and a grinding axle (14) fastened to the center of the rotary axle, so that the sand belt on the grinding axle (14) could carry out grinding quickly. On the overall design, because the sand belt on the grinding axle (14) is considered a frequent consumable product, it needs to be removed from the grinding axle (14) for cleaning or replacement; however, because the grinding axle (14) is located at the center of the working table (11), its rotary axle (13) is confined by the working table (11), so that the assembly/disassembly of grinding axle (14) requires clamping the thread of screw (15) manually with one hand to stop the rotation of the entire rotary axle (13), and rotation the hexagonal axle (16) by the wrench with another hand to rotate the grinding axle (14) for removal or replacement. Because of limited operating space, operators need to hold tools in both hands for assembly/disassembly, which is awkward, time-consuming, reducing the grinding efficiency, and consuming the energy of operators. - In response to the difficulty of replacing sand cloth on the grinding axle of the upstanding grinder for woodwork, the present invention improved the conventional structure, and designed this structure to utilize the limited space on the grinding based to install a set of flexible insert rod component, so that when the rotary axle is still, the rod can be inserted into the insert slot of the rotary axle, and the operators can use one wrench to complete the assembly/disassembly of grinding axle, so that the grinding efficiency could be greatly improved.
- Therefore, the present invention provides a set of flexible insert rod component in the limited space of the grinder, so that operators can use fingers to position the rotary axle, in order to improve the operating efficiency of the grinding axle.

FIG. 2 shows the part components of the woodworking machine of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 shows a partial exploded view of the flexible insert rod component of the present invention. -
FIG. 4 shows a diagram of the conventional woodworking machine. -
FIG. 5 shows a local diagram of the conventional woodworking machine. - The features and the advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood upon a thoughtful deliberation of the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
- Referring to
FIGS. 1 and 2 , thegrinder 20 is installed with a working table 21 in the upper part, and agrinding base 22 in the lower part, and there is arotary axle 23 protruding from the center of thegrinding base 22 and agrinding axle 25 linked to the rotary axle, and sand belt (not shown) is installed on the outside of the grindingaxle 25 for grinding of wood. - Because the
grinding axle 25 rotates at a high school for grinding and polishing, the sand belt is worn in a high speed, so that it needs to be replaced after a period of time. However, due to the limited space of the working table 21, the operators need to assemble/disassemble the grinding axle within the limited space between the working table 21 and grindingbase 22. The present invention installs a flexibleinsert rod component 30 on one side of thegrinding base 22, and allow the end of theinsert rod 41 to be inserted into the insert slot on therotary axle 23, so that therotary axle 23 can remain stationary, and operators only need to use one tool to rotate thehexagonal section 26 under the grindingaxle 25 to assemble/disassemble thegrinding axle 25 quickly. - The structure of the flexible
insert rod component 30, as shown inFIG. 3 , comprises aU-shape positioning base 31 andinsert rod 32, so that theinsert rod 32 is sheathed over thespring 37 and placed inside thepositioning base 31; abuckling ring 35 36 is inserted into the twolimiting slots 33 34 on theinsert rod 32, respectively, so that onebuckling ring 35 can be located on the inside of thelimiting plate 38 of thepositioning base 31, and anotherbuckling ring 36 is located one the outside of thelimiting plate 39; when operators need to assemble/disassemble thegrinding axle 25, they only need to press the front of theinsert rod 42 with hand to insert theend 41 into thevacant slot 24 on therotary axle 23 and to limit the rotation of therotary axle 23 and grindingaxle 25; when the assembly/disassembly of the grindingaxle 25 is completed, the operators only need to press the front of theinsert rod 42 to withdraw theentire insert rod 31 under the limitation of thespring 37 and twobuckling rings 35 36, in order to release the positioning limitation of therotary axle 23. - Therefore, the flexible insert rod component provided by the present invention on the grinding base of the woodworking machine can allow operators to assemble/disassemble the grinding axle conveniently, so that grinding efficiency could be greatly improved.
Claims (3)
1. A type of assembly/disassembly positioning structure of the upstanding grinding axle, which comprising a set of flexible insert rod component installed on one side of the grinding base, so that when pressing the front of the insert rod, its end can be insert into the insert hole on the rotary axle, to limit the rotation of the rotary axle, and after releasing the pressed insert rod, the insert rod can be retracted to the original position.
2. The structure defined in claim 1 , wherein said flexible insert rod component can comprise a positioning base, insert rod, spring, limiting slot, and buckling ring.
3. The structure defined in claim 1 , wherein said the insert slot can correspond to the insert rod on the rotary axle can be more than one.
