Abstract

The Shoe Lace Holder is an invention specifically designed to secure a tied shoe lace, thus preventing the unraveling of the shoe lace. The Shoe Lace Holders offer multiple advantages: Parents and caregivers of the young or elderly may use this device as a safety measure to prevent accidents caused by untied shoe laces. The Shoe Lace Holder, may be beneficial to individuals with mental and or physical impairments such as carpal tunnel syndrome or arthritis. The Shoe Lace Holder may also be used across a wide spectrum of areas, i.e. securing the tied strings on handbags, purses, sweatpants or athletic apparel or any clothing that utilizes a drawstring or tying mechanism. The Shoe Lace Holder comes in four distinct Styles. The Velcro Shoe Lace Holder, the Button Fastener Shoe Lace Holder, Snap On Button Shoe Lace Holder, and the Slide Back Shoe Lace Holder.

Description

  • The function of the Snap On Button Shoe Lace Holder is, first open the Snap On Button Shoe Lace Holder on either side of the shoe and place the shoe lace, and loop ends of the tied lace in the middle of the cloth on the Snap On Button Shoe Lace Holder. Fold over the top of the Snap On Button Shoe Lace with the Snap Button Male Component, which goes over the shoe lace and loop ends, to the Button Hole Female Component, to snap together to, secure the shoe lace and loop ends. The function of the Slide Back Shoe Lace Holder is to slide the loop, and the end of the shoe laces firmly beneath the Plastic Mount Binder Arm on to the Plastic Bottom Plate, to hold down the loop and shoe lace of the tied knot. The Plastic Mount Binder prevents the shoe lace and loop from sliding freely from underneath the upper Plastic Mount Binder Arm. The Shoe Lace Holders, can be customized when making in different design styles to hold the tied knot ends of the shoe lace and loop ends. The Shoe Lace Holders can vary in different sizes. The Shoe Lace Holders comes two in a package for one shoe. The Shoe Lace Holder, can be installed by a Shoemaker. The Shoe Lace Holders can be customized to go on any shoe or shoes. Claims (3)

1. The Shoe Lace Holder is an invention specifically designed to secure a tied shoe lace, thus preventing the unraveling of the shoe lace. The various and multiple components or characteristics of tied shoe lace are a knot, loop and lace ends that comprise a tied shoe lace. The shoe lace will be manufactured in several distinct styles: (1) The Velcro Shoe Lace Holder, (2) Button Fastener Shoe Lace Holder, (3) Snap On Button Shoe Lace, and (4) the Slide Back Shoe Lace Holder. The Shoe Lace Holders can be attached by a shoe manufacture by a glue adhesive and/or by stitching to the top side, side, area of the shoe. The Shoe Lace Holders can also be produced on any type of footwear that employs shoe lace. The Shoe Lace Holders can be produced and sold separately as a shoe accessory. The Shoe Lace Holder can be manufactured using a combination of various materials, i.e Nylon, Plastic, and Polyester etc., and in a wide array of colors. In addition the Shoe Lace Holder may be employed to secure buckles and tassels on various types of footwear. The primary function of the Shoe Lace Holder is as follows. The function of the Velcro Shoe Lace Holder is, first opening the Velcro Shoe Lace Holder on either side of the shoe and placing the shoe lace and loop ends of the tied knot inside the center, of the Velcro Cotton, and then fold over the Velcro Holder, thus overlapping and securing the tied knot, loop and ends to the bottom of the Velcro Cotton. The function of the Button Fastener Shoe Lace Holder is: First open the Button Fastener Shoe Lace Holder to place shoe lace and loop ends of the tied knot inside on the middle of the Cloth, of the Button Fastener Shoe Lace Holder, then fold over the top of the Fastener Hole, which goes over the shoe lace and loop ends to secure the Fastener Hole, around the Button.

An additional idea of the Shoe Lace Holder, is to (“hold the ends of a tied knot in place securing the Shoe Lace ends”) and of the tied knot, and the loop ends, of the tied knot which makes up one complete knot after tying the shoe. The Shoe Lace Holders can be made in the fabric of the shoe by sewing the Shoe Lace Holder, underneath the Fabric of the shoe.
2. The Shoe Lace Holders, can be put on the Fabric of the shoe by sewing the Shoe Lace Holder on top of the fabric of the shoe. The primary function of the Shoe Lace Holders is as follow: The functions of the Velcro Shoe Lace Holder on any is: First to open the Velcro Shoe Lace Holder on either side of the shoe and then place the shoe lace ends and loop ends of the tied knot ends, inside of the center of the Velcro Cotton, and then fold over the top of the Velcro Shoe Lace Holder:Thus over lapping the top of the Shoe Lace ends and loop ends with the Velcro Holder to the bottom of the Velcro Cotton, securing the tied knot ends which is the Shoe Lace ends and loop ends. The functions of the Button Fastener Shoe Lace Holder, on any shoe is: First to open up the Button Fastener Shoe Lace Holder on either side of the shoe and then place the shoe lace ends and loop ends of the tied knot ends inside of the center of the Cloth, of the Button Fastener Shoe Lace Holder: Thus overlapping the top of the shoe lace ends and loop ends with the Fastener Hole, to the bottom of the Button Fastener Shoe Lace Holder, Button, securing the Fastener Hole, around the bottom thread to hold the tied knot ends which is the Shoe Lace ends. The functions of the Snap On Button Shoe Lace Holder, on any is: First to open up the Snap On Button Shoe Lace Holder on either side of the shoe and then place the Shoe Lace ends and loop ends of the tied knot ends inside of the center of the Cloth, and then fold over the top of the Snap On Button Holder, with the Snap Button Male Component: Thus overlapping the top of the Shoe Lace ends and loop ends with the Snap Button Male Component, to the bottom of the Button Hole Female Component to snap together and to secure the shoe lace ends and loop ends.
3. The functions of the Slide Back Shoe Lace Holder, on any shoe is: First to pull and slide back the Shoe Lace ends and loop ends of the tied knot ends up underneath the Plastic Mount Binder Arms, on to the bottom of the Plastic Bottom Plate, to open up the Slide Back Shoe Lace Holder, on either side of the shoe, with the shoe lace ends and loop ends going back into the hollow space underneath the middle of the Plastic Mount Binder: Thus the Plastic Mount Binder is securing the tied knot ends which is the shoe lace ends and loop ends with the tension coming from the Plastic Mount Back Holder, and the Plastic Mount Binder Holder, to prevent the shoe lace ends ands loop ends from sliding freely from upper Plastic Mount Binder Arms. The figures that make up the parts of the Velcro Shoe Lace Holder, are the Velcro Holder, Velcro Cotton, Cloth Side and the Velcro Cloth. The figures that make up the parts of the Button Fastener Holder, are the Cloth Side, Button, Cloth the Fastener Hole. The figures that make up the Snap On Button Shoe Lace Holder, are the Cloth Side, Button, Cloth and the Fastener Hole. The figures that make up the Snap On Button Shoe Lace Holder, are the Cloth, Snap Button Male Component Button Hole Female Component and the Top Snap Button.
The figures that make up the Slide Back Shoe Lace Holder are the Plastic Mount Back Holder, Stitching, Plastic Mount Binder Arm, Plastic Mount Binder, Plastic Bottom Plate and the Cloth Fabric Material. The Shoe Lace Holders can securing the laces on any thing that uses a string lace after tying a knot leaving the string lace ends and loop ends of a tied knot. The Shoe Lace Holders can hold just one string lace ends and loop ends of a tied knot. The Shoe Lace Holders can hold just one string lace ends making a loop in the ends of the string lace on both side of the shoe or etc., to make a knot in one string or shoe lace that has made a knot in the string lace or etc., at the bottom of the string or shoe lace before the string lace is put inside the Shoe Lace Holder just on one side for the Shoe Lace Holder to hold. The Shoe Lace Holder can have no knot at all on the shoe lace or string lace and still go inside of the Shoe Lace Holders to secure the untied shoe lace or the string lace. The Shoe Lace Holders can be made with any kind of materials when using sewing threads when putting the Shoe Lace Holder together.
