Abstract
A Christmas hanging decoration structure made of a pine cone and integrated with a decorating cover maintains the shape of a pine cone, enhances the overall texture, and provides the function of a bell. The structure includes an arc decorating cover slightly larger than the head of the pine cone. The decorating cover has scale-lines similar to bug scales of the pine cone. The internal bottom edge of the decorating cover is adhered to the head of the pine cone by glue, or a bottom chassis is connected to the decorating cover and a bead to form a bell. The head of the pine cone is adhered onto the bottom chassis to form a pine cone series of Christmas hanging decoration. The invention not only uses the decorating cover to protect the pine cone and prevent the scales from loosened, but also enhances the overall aesthetic appearance and value.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to an improved Christmas hanging decoration structure, and mainly adopts a design of Christmas hanging decoration made of a pine cone and includes a decorating cover glued onto a head of the pine cone for maintaining an overall shape of a pine cone and improving artistic appearance and texture of the Christmas hanging decoration structure. The decorating cover can be made with the shape of a bell and skillfully integrated with the pine cone hanging decoration.
- 2. Description of the Related Art
- Christmas is a very important festival at the end of each year, and a large quantity of pine cones fall down from pine trees in this season. To fit the atmosphere of the festival and the decoration requirement of a Christmas tree and a home, pine cones are picked directly and painted with different colors and then hung on a Christmas tree or a household decoration item for the decoration purpose, in addition to the function as a hanging decoration in form of bells and artificial decorations, so that the decoration can show the warm atmosphere of the festival.
- In present existing pine cone series of Christmas hanging decorations, pine cones are generally painted with different colors such as gold, silver, red and green, etc and then a hanging ring or a hanging hook is installed at the head of each pine cone to make a pine cone hanging decoration in a natural shape. This type of pine cone hanging decorations can be hung to create Christmas warm and joyful atmosphere.
- However, this type of pine cone hanging decorations still has the following problems. Since mature pine cones fall down from pine trees, they are dried and dehydrated to obtain their desired shape. If the pine cones are not processed properly, they will fall apart, fall down or deform if the pine cones are collided by accident, and thus the overall stylish appearance and value of the Christmas hanging decoration will be affected adversely.
- In view of the shortcomings of the prior art Christmas hanging decoration made of pipe cones, the inventor of the present invention based on years of experience in the related industry to conduct extensive researches and experiments, and finally designed a Christmas hanging decoration structure in accordance with the present invention to overcome the shortcomings of the present invention.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a structural design of a Christmas hanging decoration in order to maintain the integrity of the pine cone structure, improve the artistic appearance and value of the Christmas hanging decoration, and provide a more stylish and practical Christmas hanging decoration.
- Another objective of the present invention is to provide a structural design to skillfully integrate a bell structure with a pine cone, such that the Christmas hanging decoration further provides the sound effect of a bell and breaks through the structural limitations of present existing pine cone hanging decorations to improve market competitiveness, in addition to the basic hanging decoration function.
- To achieve the foregoing objectives, the present invention provides a structural design that glues a decorating cover onto the head of a pine cone to maintain the shape of a pine cone, and scale-lines on the surface of the decorating cover can improve the overall stylish appearance and value of a pine cone hanging decoration structure. If needed, the decorating cover can be made into a bell shape, such that the bell can be integrated skillfully into the pine cone hanging decoration.

FIG. 7 is a reference view of another preferred embodiment of the present invention. - The structural assembly, technical measures and performance of the present invention will become apparent by the detailed description of preferred embodiments accompanied with related drawings as follows:
- Referring to
FIG. 1 for an exploded view of a structure of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the structural design of the invention comprises adecorating cover 10 and a pine cone 20 (referring to a nut of a fruit of a plant such as a pine tree), and aglue 30 is used for the adhesion to form a Christmas hanging decoration, wherein the size of the decoratingcover 10 is preferably slightly larger than the size of a head of thepine cone 20, and the decoratingcover 10 comes with an appropriate curvature, such that the head of thepine cone 20 constitutes an appropriate cover and positioning to maintain a secured and stacked structure having a plurality of layers ofscales 21 of thepine cone 20 without having the risk of falling apart or falling down. Further, scale-lines 11 of ascale 21 of thepine cone 20 are disposed on the surface of thedecorating cover 10 to give the overall harmony to thepine cone 20, and ahanging ring 12 is installed at the center of the top of thedecorating cover 10 to provide the hanging function, and abottom chassis 13 is disposed at the bottom of thedecorating cover 10, and a space is defined between thebottom chassis 13 and thedecorating cover 10 for containing abead 14, such that thebead 14 can be rolled and collided between thedecorating cover 10 and thebottom chassis 13 to produce sound. In addition to the adhesion onto thedecorating cover 10 to maintain the structure of apine cone 20, the decoration structure also has the function of a bell. The invention can improve the overall artistic appearance and value of the hanging decoration, and also gives a joyful atmosphere for the festival. - Referring to
FIGS. 4 and 5 respectively for an exploded view of a structure and a schematic view of a structural relation of a decoration structure in accordance with another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the decoration structure comprises adecorating cover 10 and apine cone 20 which are adhered with each other by aglue 30 to form a Christmas hanging decoration. The size of thedecorating cover 10 is preferably slightly larger than a head of thepine cone 20, and the decoratingcover 10 comes with an appropriate curvature, so that the head of thepine cone 20 constitutes an appropriate wrapping and positioning, and the stacked layer ofscales 21 of thepine cone 20 can be maintained securely without the risk of being loosened or falling out easily. In the meantime, scale-lines 11 of ascale 21 of thepine cone 20 are formed on the surface thedecorating cover 10 to provide an overall harmony with thepine cone 20, and ahanging ring 12 is installed at the center of the top of thedecorating cover 10 to provide a hanging function. In this preferred embodiment, no additional structural design is required at the bottom of thedecorating cover 10, but thedecorating cover 10 can maintain the structural function of thepine cone 20 by a simple cover, and such arrangement can also enhance the overall artistic appearance and value significantly. - Referring to
FIGS. 6 and 7 for preferred embodiments of different types ofpine cones 20, thedecorating cover 10 of the invention is not limited to certain specification or size, but it can be designed with different specifications and sizes of thepine cones 20. Basically, the size of thedecorating cover 10 is slightly larger than the size of the head of thepine cone 20, so that when thepine cone 20 is glued onto thedecorating cover 10, anappropriate decorating cover 10 covers and positions thepine cone 20, and thepine cone 20 will not fall out easily, and such arrangement can also provides a complete hanging decoration and a stylish design and value. - From the description above, the structural design of the present invention adopts a decorating cover for covering and positioning the head of the pine cone, so that the structure of scales of the pine cone can be securely maintained without having the risk of being loosened or falling out easily. With the scale-lines on the surface of the decorating cover, the hanging decoration improves its integrity, artistic appearance and value, and thus the invention can break through the simple traditional pine cone hanging decoration structure.
- In summation of the description above, the improved pine cone series Christmas hanging decoration structure in accordance with the invention obviously has broken through the simple pine cone form of existing pine cone hanging decorations and further uses a decorating cover to go with the pine cone to produce a Christmas hanging decoration with a more stylish appearance and a better texture. Therefore, the invention is definitely in compliance with the requirements of patent application, and thus duly filed for patent application.
