Abstract
The present invention pertains to a reusable container with a plurality of tear-aiding lines being adequately configured on the panels, thereby separating the container into the foldable panels and compartments while tearing the tear-aiding lines apart. Further, by means of the designed folding lines, the container is directly transformed into a different configuration with unique designs for keeping a good appearance, whereby the present invention aims to be friendly to the environment and reduce the cost on purchasing by being reusable and increase the extra value of products wrapped by the container.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a container, in particular a reusable container which can be straight reused, so as to facilitate to be friendly to the environment and increase the extra value of products wrapped by the container.
- 2. Description of the Related Art
- Typically, a conventional container usually provides with the light materials and lower price for accommodating goods. For instance of
FIG. 1 , the conventional container 1 comprises abottom panel 11, a plurality ofside panels 12 upwardly extending from thebottom panel 11, and a plurality oftop panels 13 joined to theside panels 12; wherein, aninterior space 14 is defined by the encirclement of thebottom panel 11 andtop panels 13. - Generally, it usually results of difficulties by disposing of the remainder of the conventional container 1 which is useless after taking out the products wrapped therein, thus the container 1 is commonly used for receiving personal articles or for making a recycling and resource recovery instead of being discarded. However, there are still some defects for the aforementioned procedures. That is, for receiving articles, the container 1 can not be folded and usually occupies lots of space by its dimension; for recycling, the container 1 would process into a new formation through the procedure of collecting and separating, which may take some time and cost as well. As a result, the improvement of the conventional container would be required.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a reusable container with a plurality of tear-aiding lines and folding lines for rendering the container to be reusable by straight transforming into a new formation, whereby the present invention is conducive to be friendly to the environment.
- Another object is to provide the reusable container which can cooperate with the products, for instance of a cabinet, so as to reduce the cost on purchasing other containers and potentially increase the extra value of products wrapped by the container.
- Further object is to provide the reusable container which can be coated with colors or designed by various figures, thus maintaining a good appearance of the new transformation of the container.
- The reusable container in accordance with the present invention comprises a bottom panel, a plurality of side panels and top panels. Particularly, the aforementioned panels respectively have a plurality of tear-aiding lines configured thereon, which aims to divide the container into the foldable panels and compartments. Further, by means of the assistance of folding lines and the tear-aiding lines being capable to be directly torn up from the container for resulting of a new formation, the container can be directly reused.
- The advantages of the present invention over the known prior art will become more apparent to those of ordinary skilled in the art upon reading the following descriptions in junction with the accompanying drawings.
-
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a conventional container; -
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an original reusable container relating to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention; -
FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the interior surface of the container ofFIG. 2 ; -
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing new transformations by folding up the container ofFIG. 3 ; -
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing an integral combination ofFIG. 4 to be disposed into a set of cabinets; -
FIG. 6 is a partial schematic view showing a second preferred embodiment that the foldable panels ofFIG. 3 coated with colors thereon; and -
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the integral carton ofFIG. 6 . - Before the present invention is described in greater detail, it should be noted that the like elements are denoted by the same reference numerals throughout the disclosure.
- Referring to
FIG. 2 , areusable container 2 of a first preferred embodiment comprises abottom panel 21, a plurality ofside panels 22 extending from thebottom panel 21, and a plurality oftop panels 23 adjoining to theside panels 22 for an entrance of goods (not shown in Figures). Astorage space 24 is defined by an encirclement of thebottom panel 21, theside panels 22, and thetop panels 23 for accommodating goods. - Further referring to
FIG. 3 , it shows the plan view of the interior surface of thecontainer 2. Particularly, a plurality of tear-aiding lines 25 are configured on thebottom panel 21, theside panels 22, and thetop panels 23, respectively; moreover, the tear-aidinglines 25 with rough black lines are adjoined with each other for dividing thecontainer 2 into a plurality offoldable panels 3 and acompartment 4 and can be torn apart from thecontainer 2. One of thefoldable panels 3 and acompartment 4 of the present invention are respectively adopted to be formed into acarton 5 and apartition 6 as shown inFIG. 4 . Further, a plurality offolding lines 26 with dotted lines are also defined at the interior surface of thecontainer 2, on which variousFIG. 28 can be drawn for a good appearance, for instance of ananimal icon 28 shown inFIG. 3 . - Referring from
FIG. 2 throughFIG. 3 , while in manipulation, users need to unfold thecontainer 2 and expose the interior surface thereof for thoroughly presenting the tear-aidinglines 25 andfolding lines 26, which are initially disposed on thebottom panel 21,side panels 22, andtop panels 23 of thecontainer 2. Simultaneously, thecontainer 2 is divided into thefoldable panels 3 and thecompartment 4 by the tear-aidinglines 25 for being directly separated from thecontainer 2. Subsequently, referring toFIG. 4 , one of thefoldable panels 3 is everted to be fold along thefolding lines 26 to expose the blank of the interior surface of thecontainer 2 to the outside and forms a new formation of acarton 5, and thecompartment 4 is also torn up along the tear-aidinglines 25 to form apartition 6 for being accurately inserted into thecarton 5 and rendering the articles (not shown) to be well arranged therein. Further,FIG. 5 shows thecarton 5 with thepartition 6 disposed therein is put into a set ofcabinets 30, which is originally wrapped by theoriginal container 2 ofFIG. 2 , such that thecarton 5 can be exerted with thecabinets 30. As a result, the present invention is directly reused for reducing the cost on purchasing other containers and potentially increases the extra value of products wrapped by thecontainer 2. - Referring to
FIGS. 6 and 7 , a second preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises the similar elements as the first embodiment, and which are omitted in the following description. Differently, thecontainer 2 ofFIG. 3 can be coated withcolors 27 at the interior surface thereof, thus thefordable panel 3 divided by the tear-aidinglines 25 is everted to present thecolors 27 at the outer surface thereof as shown inFIG. 7 , thereby maintaining a good appearance of thecarton 5. - To sum up, the present invention takes advantages of a plurality of tear-aiding lines configured on the panels for dividing the container into the compartments and foldable panels with the folding lines disposed thereon, which aims the container to be transformed into a new formation and promote to be friendly to the environment by being reusable. Further, the transformation of the container can simultaneously maintain a good appearance by coating with colors or drawn with figures thereon and cooperate with the products, thus reducing the cost and potentially increasing the extra value of products wrapped by the container.
- While we have shown and described the embodiment in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
