Abstract
An integrated golf bag and cart mainly combines the golf bag, internal container and cart into an integral body, which comprises an internal container, a bag body, a pull rod assembly and a wheel assembly, wherein, said internal container is disposed inside of the bag body for accommodating various golf clubs; the pull rod assembly and the wheel assembly are connected to the internal container and can be contained inside or protrudes outside of the bag body respectively; Besides, the internal container can also be used in association with the pull rod assembly and the wheel assembly to achieve the quick and convenient effect in carrying transportation or packing storage of golf clubs.
Description
- The present invention relates to a design of “integrated golf bag and cart”, particularly to one, which combines the golf bag, internal container and cart into an integral body in order to effectively save storing space as well as provide a convenient means for packing storage and carrying transportation.
- Currently, golf sports have already become one of the global fashionable sports, however, during golf sports, several various golf clubs often need to carry by golfer or caddie, so, in order to carry different golf clubs, buying a golf bag to accommodate these different golf clubs becomes necessary. However, the golf bag filled with these different golf clubs has a rather weight, while carrying on the golf matches of 18 holes, he/she must frequently move such golf bag that becomes a straining matter for the golf fan or caddie; Accordingly, for conveniently packing, carrying and transporting such golf bag at any time, buying a cart in order to put golf bag thereon and then convenient to transport the golf bag filled with various golf clubs to follow with golfer among playing golf becomes obligatory.
- Therefore, for the golf fan, he/she must buy golf bag and cart at the same time, which undoubtedly raises the purchasing expenses, he/she must put golf bag and cart separately while packing and storing so that it will cause inconvenience and take up sizable space; And, because conventional golf bag only packing each club into bag without special means for preventing collision issue that not only causes the club head to collide each other but also quite time-consuming while picking up the club. Consequently, how to improve above-mentioned problems becomes the primary issue urgently to be solved in the present invention.
- In view of the foregoing issues and drawbacks, the inventor of the present invention made a lot of efforts and invested tremendous painstaking care, spirit and energy in study, research, design, development and manufacturing in order to accumulate know-how and experience; eventually, the integrated golf bag and cart of the present invention is successfully worked out.
- The primary object of the present invention is to combine the golf bag, internal container and cart into an integral body so as to let golfer save his/her purchasing cost and storing space as well as convenient in carrying transportation during golfing contest.
- Another object of the present invention is to let all the golf clubs stored in good arrangement so that each golf club being well-separated among one another without collision and easy for identification.
- In order to accomplish the above objects, the integrated golf bag and cart of the present invention comprises an internal container, a bag body, a pull rod assembly and a wheel assembly, wherein,
- Said internal container is disposed inside of the bag body for accommodating various golf clubs such that each club separating from each other without any collision between club head; The pull rod assembly and the wheel assembly are connected to the internal container at different position, and can be contained inside or protrudes outside of the bag body respectively; Besides, the internal container can also be used in association with the pull rod assembly and the wheel assembly to achieve the quick and convenient effect in packing storage and carrying transportation of the golf clubs.
- Said pull rod assembly further comprises a pull rod fixing base, a pull rod guiding tube and a pull rod, wherein, the pull rod fixing base is secured on the internal container, the pull rod guiding tube is disposed beneath the pull rod fixing base, and the pull rod is disposed above the pull rod fixing base such that it can slide up and down movement along the pull rod guiding tube and further can achieve the retracting and extending effect.
- Said wheel assembly further comprises a fixing ring, a plurality of wheel brackets and some wheels, wherein, said fixing ring is ringed on the internal container; one end of said wheel bracket is pivoted on the fixing ring such that it can movable thereon, and the other end of said wheel bracket is connected to the wheel so that the wheel brackets can be fixed on the fixing ring and further can achieve the extending and storing effect as well as the convenient effect of carrying movement of entire integrated golf bag and cart.
- Moreover, a plurality of rollers and some fixing blocks are disposed under the lower bottom of the bag body; the integrated golf bag and cart can be easily moved for carrying transportation by means of the assistance of the rollers while the integrated golf bag and cart can be steadily positioned for preventing from sliding or tumbling by means of the assistance of the fixing blocks.

- Said integrated golf bag and cart mainly comprises an
internal container 10, abag body 20, apull rod assembly 30 and awheel assembly 40, wherein, - Said
internal container 10 comprises anupper ring 11, alower ring 12, a plurality oftubes 13 and atop panel 14, wherein, saidupper ring 11 is configured with some throughbores 111, and saidlower ring 12 has aladder stub base 121 disposed with some stabs 122 in corresponding with the throughbores 111 on theupper ring 11 so that the plurality oftubes 13 are located between theupper ring 11 and thelower ring 12 in corresponding with each of throughbores 111 andladder stub base 121 respectively; thetop panel 14 is disposed on the top of theupper ring 11 with somebores 141 in corresponding with throughbores 111 so that various golf clubs can be separately packed and contained in theinternal container 10 without collision, and the rim of eachbore 141 can be marked with club number for quick identification; - Said
bag body 20 is ringed around the periphery of theinternal container 10 having anopening 21 on the top thereof so that thetop panel 14 of theinternal container 10 can match with theopening 21, a plurality ofwheel bags 22 are created on the lateral outside thereof, twosymmetrical wheel pockets 22 in this exemplary embodiment, and aretractable support base 23 and a somerollers 24 as well as somefixing blocks 25 are respectively formed on the lateral outside and beneath of the bottom portion of thebag body 20 thereof; moreover, thecap head 26, which is capped on the of thebag body 20 to protect all the golf clubs in theinternal container 10, has some fasteningclasps 27 disposed around the periphery of the bottom thereof so as to fix thecap head 26 on thebag body 20 and prevent it from dropping off; - Said
pull rod assembly 30 comprises a pullrod fixing base 31, a pullrod guiding tube 32 and apull rod 33, wherein, the pullrod fixing base 31, which being secured on the outer periphery of theupper ring 11, has a guidingbore 311 created thereof; the pullrod guiding tube 32, which being disposed beneath the pullrod fixing base 31, is a hollow tube such that it can be sleeved by theguiding bore 311; and thepull rod 33 inserts into theguiding bore 311 and is accommodated by the pullrod guiding tube 32 such that it can slide up and down movement along the pullrod guiding tube 32; said pullrod fixing base 31 and pullrod guiding tube 32 are contained inside of thebag body 20, while thepull rod 33 protrudes and exposed outside of thebag body 20; And - Said
wheel assembly 40, which comprises afixing ring 41, a plurality ofwheel brackets 42 and somewheels 43, has twowheel brackets 42 and twowheels 43 in this exemplary embodiment, wherein, saidfixing ring 41 is ringed on theinternal container 10 and located between theupper ring 11 and thelower ring 12; one end of saidwheel brackets 42 is pivoted on thefixing ring 41 such that it can movable thereon, and the other end of saidwheel brackets 42 is connected to awheel axle 421, which being coupled to thewheel 43 so that thewheel 43 can rotate around thewheel axle 421; Besides, thewheels 43 can be freely removed from the coupledwheel axles 421 and put into both of thelateral wheel pockets 22. - Please refer to the
FIGS. 3 and 4 , which are the spread up lateral schematic view and the folded up perspective schematic view respectively for combination of the internal container and pull rod assembly as well as wheel assembly of the present invention. - As shown in the figures, the
pull rod assembly 30 including the pullrod fixing base 31 is disposed at one lateral side of theupper ring 11 such that one end of the pullrod guiding tube 32 is secured under the pullrod fixing base 31 and the other end is secured above thefixing ring 41 of thewheel assembly 40 while one end of saidwheel brackets 42 is pivoted on thefixing ring 41 and the other end thereof is connected to thewheel 43 via awheel axle 421 so that saidwheel brackets 42 can move on thefixing ring 41 to achieve the function of spread up or fold up. And, thefixing ring 41 of thewheel assembly 40 is disposed between theupper ring 11 and thelower ring 12 of theinternal container 10 so that thefixing ring 41 can further secure all thetubes 13 therein so as to avoid the shaking and displacement among thetubes 13 for certainly achieving the definite position of thetubes 13. - Please further refer to the
FIGS. 5 and 6 , which are the perspective schematic views in practical application and embodiment of the present invention. - The integrated golf bag and cart of the present invention primarily combine the golf bag, internal container and the pull cart into one integral body.
- During use, the
wheel brackets 42 can be pulled out of thebag body 20, thewheels 43 can be taken out of thewheel pockets 22 and mounted on thewheel axles 421 under thewheel brackets 42 to achieve the carrying transportation effect by means of thewheels 43 together with theroller 24 under thebag body 20; Besides, thepull rod 33 can also be pulled out of thebag body 20 as carrier pulling tool in association with thewheels 43 androller 24 to achieve the quick and convenient effect of carrying transportation. - By means of the
support base 23 under thebag body 20 and the twowheels 43, the entire integrated golf and cart can be steadily supported in tripod manner with adequate inclination of suitable angle for quickly picking up and packing reposition of the golf clubs by the golfer; Moreover, the wrong picking up and packing reposition of the golf clubs can be prevented by means of the mark on thetop panel 14. - Reversely, during collecting store up and packing reposition after use, the
pull rod 33 can be pushed back, thewheels 43 can be taken out of thewheel axles 421 and put back into thewheel pockets 22, then thewheel brackets 42 can also be pushed back into thebag body 20 so that the entire integrated golf bag and cart can be in stand manner as shown in theFIG. 1 to achieve the better effect of storing up; Further, thebag body 20 can steadily stand up on the ground by means of somefixing blocks 25 under thebag body 20. - During carrying transportation of the integrated golf bag and cart, the
cap head 26 can be used to cap on the top opening 21 of thebag body 20 to protect all the club heads of various golf clubs in the golf bag of the present invention; Besides, thecap head 26 can be secured on the top portion of thebag body 20 by fasteningclasp 27 to prevent it from dropping off, in this exemplary embodiment, the fasteningclasp 27 is Velcro, but the buttons or other equivalent fastening means can be available and suitably useful. - Additionally, please further refer to the
FIG. 7 , in order to avoid the collision among the club heads of various golf clubs in the integrated golf bag and cart of the present invention during carrying transportation, a clubprotective cap set 50 is further contrived in the present invention, said clubprotective cap set 50 is made of manyprotective caps 51 in series chain with both ends free so that eachprotective cap 51 can cap on each club head respectively with both ends of theprotective cap 51 being pulled taut and tied so as to prevent all the club from shaking for achieving the protecting effect of the club heads. - In conclusion from above descriptions, the design of the integrated golf bag and cart in the present invention possesses creativeness and improvement, the application of the technological means also possesses novelty un-doubtfully, the practical effects are conforms with the expected objects too, which means meeting with the patentable criterion of novelty, non-obviousness and utility apparently.

Claims (9)
1. An “integrated golf bag and cart” comprises:
an internal container, which is used to accommodate various golf clubs;
a bag body with a top opening on the top end, which wraps around the outer of said internal container;
a pull rod assembly, which is secured on said internal container, can move retracting down or extending up along pull rod guiding tube outside of said bag body; And
a wheel assembly, which is pivoted on said internal container with spreading up and folding up functions and used for connecting wheels so as to achieve the effect of carrying transportation by spreading up function.
2. The integrated golf bag and cart as recited in the claim 1 , wherein, said internal container comprises an upper ring, a lower ring and a plurality of tubes ; said upper ring is configured with some through bores, and said lower ring has a ladder stub base disposed with some stabs in corresponding with the through bores on the upper ring so that the plurality of tubes are located between the upper ring and the lower ring in corresponding with each of through bores and ladder stub base respectively so that various golf clubs can be separately contained in the internal container.
3. The integrated golf bag and cart as recited in the claim 2 , wherein, said internal container comprises a top panel disposed on the top of the upper ring with some bores in corresponding with through bores so that various golf clubs can be marked with club number over the rim of each bore.
4. The integrated golf bag and cart as recited in the claim 1 , wherein, the lateral outside of said bag body is disposed of at least one wheel pocket.

The integrated golf bag and cart as recited in the claim 1 , wherein, said pull rod assembly further comprises a pull rod fixing base, a pull rod guiding tube and a pull rod, wherein, the pull rod fixing base, which being secured on the outer periphery of the upper ring, has a guiding bore created thereof; the pull rod guiding tube, which being disposed beneath the pull rod fixing base, is a hollow tube with concentric center as said guiding bore such that it can be sleeved by the guiding bore; and the pull rod inserts into the guiding bore and is accommodated by the pull rod guiding tube such that it can slide up and down movement along the pull rod guiding tube.

The integrated golf bag and cart as recited in the claim 1 , wherein, said wheel assembly further comprises a fixing ring, a plurality of wheel frames and some wheels, wherein, said fixing ring is fixed on the internal container and located between the upper ring and the lower ring; one end of said wheel frames is pivoted on the fixing ring such that it can movable thereon, and the other end of said wheel frames is connected to a wheel axle, which being coupled to the wheel so that the wheel can rotate around the wheel axle.
7. The integrated golf bag and cart as recited in the claim 1 , wherein, said bag body further comprises a cap head to cap on the top opening of the bag body.
8. The integrated golf bag and cart as recited in the claim 1 , wherein, the lower bottom of said bag body further comprises a plurality of rollers and some fixing blocks.
9. The integrated golf bag and cart as recited in the claim 1 , wherein, said integrated golf bag and cart further comprises a club protective cap set, which is made of many protective caps in series chain.
