  • EFFECT OF THE INVENTION
  • The invention of the portable toilet according to claim 1 includes a pail can configuring a toilet bowl body; a stool accommodating plastic with most part thereof accommodated in the pail can; and a pair of toilet seat configuring left half-body and a right half-body attached to an opening upper edge part of the pail can facing each other on the left and the right; wherein the toilet seat configuring left half-body and the right half-body respectively have a circular arc shape when seen in a plane along the opening upper edge part of the pail can; a lower surface of a seating part of the toilet seat configuring left half-body and a seating part of the right half-body is arranged with fit-in concave grooves of circular arc shape when seen from a bottom surface along the opening upper edge part of the pail can is arranged at positions shifted to an outer side from a center line in a width direction of the toilet seat configuring left body and the right half-body, respectively, and inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts projecting downward along an inner side edge and an outer side edge of the corresponding fit-in concave groove, a height of the inner detachment prevention convex parts being higher than a height of the outer detachment prevention convex parts of the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts; and thus the structure of the toilet seat portion to be installed on the pail can is very small and thus can be mass produced at low material cost, the manufacturing cost of the toilet seat portion is very low and the portable toilet can be inexpensively provided, and furthermore, the portable toilet is very convenient to carry around since the toilet seat portion, that is, the toilet seat configuring left half-body and the right half-body can be accommodated in the pail can when not being used.
  • Since the fit-in concave grooves arranged at the lower surface of the seating part of the toilet seat configuring left half-body and the seating part of the right half-body are arranged at positions shifted to the outer side from the center line in the width direction of the toilet seat configuring left half-body and the right half-body, when the user sits on the seating part of the toilet seat configuring left half-body and the seating part of the right half-body to use the portable toilet, an acting force applies such that the seating part of the toilet seat configuring left half-body and the seating part of the right half-body enter towards the inner side of the pail can by a so-called rotation moment, but since the height of the inner detachment prevention convex parts is higher than the height of the outer detachment prevention convex parts of the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts projecting downward along the inner side edge and the outer side edge of the corresponding fit-in concave grooves, the acting force by the rotation moment is sufficiently received at the inner wall of the pail can by the higher inner detachment prevention convex part, and thus the seating part of the toilet seat configuring left half-body and the seating part of the right half-body will not enter the inner side of the pail can, and the user can comfortably sit on the seating part of the toilet seat configuring left half-body and the seating part of the right half-body and go to stool.
  • The toilet seat portion, that is, the toilet seat configuring left half-body and the right half-body to be installed on the pail can has a symmetric shape/structure, and thus one toilet seat configuring body of the two toilet seat configuring bodies molded and formed with one die can be used as it is as the toilet seat configuring left half-body and the other toilet seat configuring body is turned so that the front and the back are reversed to be used as the toilet seat configuring right half-body, whereby only one forming die of the toilet seat configuring body is required, the manufacturing cost of the die becomes very low, and the manufacturing cost of the portable toilet can be greatly reduced.
  • The invention of the portable toilet of claims 2 relates to the portable toilet of claims 1, where inwardly downward convex parts are respectively arranged at the side edge on an inner side of the pail can of the seating part of the toilet seat configuring left half-body and the seating part of the right half-body, and thus according to the present invention, the seating part portions that contact the buttock form a curved surface and the seating comfortableness can be further enhanced. Furthermore, the strength of the toilet seat part of the portable toilet, that is, the toilet seat configuring left half-body and the right half-body can be enhanced by arranging the inwardly downward convex parts at the side edge on an inner side of the pail can of the seating part of the toilet seat configuring left half-body and the seating part of the right half-body, respectively.

As for the blindfold cape (5), that which totally covers the entire body of the user (M) and the portable toilet is preferable, and furthermore, the blindfold cape (5) with hood (6) is preferable so that the face of the user (M) cannot be seen.
  • According to the portable toilet of the present invention, the structure of the toilet seat portion, that is, the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) to be installed on the pail can (1) is very small and thus can be mass produced at low material cost, the manufacturing cost of the toilet seat portion, that is, the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) is very low and the portable toilet can be inexpensively provided, and furthermore, the portable toilet is very convenient to carry around since the toilet seat portion, that is, the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) can be accommodated in the pail can when not being used.
  • The toilet seat portion, that is, the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) to be installed on the pail can (1) has a symmetric shape/structure, and thus one toilet seat configuring body of the two toilet seat configuring bodies molded and formed with one die can be used as it is as the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the other toilet seat configuring body is turned so that the front and the back are reversed to be used as the toilet seat configuring right half-body (21), whereby only one forming die of the toilet seat configuring body is required, the manufacturing cost of the die becomes very low, and the manufacturing cost of the portable toilet can be greatly reduced.
  • In the first embodiment of the present invention, a case where the opening upper end (2 a) of the stool accommodating plastic bag (2), with most part thereof accommodated in the pail can (1) of the portable toilet, is placed over the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), and the opening upper end (2 a) of the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) is pushed down from above by the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) may be attached to the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) first, and thereafter, the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) may be opened and most part may be accommodated in the pail can (1), the opening upper end (2 a) of the opened stool accommodating plastic bag (2) may be pulled upward from the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), and the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) may be placed from above the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2).
  • In this case, the distal end of the opening upper end (2 a) of the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) is preferably folded downward at the outer side edge of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21), and temporarily fixed with a fixing tool such as a pinch.
  • FIG. 6 to FIG. 10 show a second embodiment of a portable toilet of the present invention, and correspond to claim 6, claim 10, and claim 11. The difference with the first embodiment lies in that a toilet seat configuring body (30) made of synthetic resin is configured by a wide width left side seating part (31), a wide width right side seating part (32), and a narrow width coupling part (33) for coupling the ends of the same side thereof, and has a substantially U-shape when seen from a plane along the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1).
  • The wide with left side seating part (31) and the wide width right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30) have substantially the same shape as the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) of the first embodiment, and have a substantially circular arc shape when seen from the plane along the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1). The narrow width coupling part (33) of the toilet seat configuring body (30) has a circular arc shape when seen from the plane along the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) so as to connect to the ends on the same side of the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32), and the toilet seat configuring body (30) has a substantially U-shape when in the plane along the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) as a whole.
  • Inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36) projecting downward are respectively arranged at three locations at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape when seen from a plane, that is, the lower surfaces of the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30) and the lower surface of the narrow width of the coupling part (33), and fit-in concave grooves (34) partially lying along the opening upper edge part (3) of the pail can (1) are respectively formed between the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36) facing each other. Of the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36), the height of the inner detachment prevention convex parts (35) is higher than the height of the outer detachment prevention convex parts (36).
  • The fit-in concave grooves (34) are formed at a position slightly shifted to the outer side from a center line in the width direction of the seating parts (31)(32) at the lower surface of the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30), where the fit-in concave grooves (34) are formed at a position on substantially the center line of the width direction of the coupling part (33) at the lower surface of the narrow width coupling part (33), and the fit-in concave grooves (34) partially lie along the opening upper edge part (3) of the pail can (1).
  • In the figure, inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36) are arranged projecting downward at three locations at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially a U-shape when seen from a plane, but a set of such inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36) and the fit-in concave grooves (34) in the middle thereof merely need to be arranged at a plurality of locations at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (3) having a substantially U-shape when seen from a plane.
  • Although not shown, the fit-in concave grooves (34) of substantially U-shape along the opening upper edge part (3) of the pail can (1) are arranged at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape over the entire length of the toilet seat configuring body (30), where the fit-in concave grooves are respectively arranged at a position shifted to the outer side from the center line in the width direction of the seating parts (31)(32) at the lower surface of the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30), and the fit-in concave grooves (34) are arranged at a position on substantially the center line in the width direction of the coupling part (33) at the lower surface of the narrow width coupling part (33), and furthermore, the inner detachment prevention convex parts (35) and the outer detachment prevention convex parts (35) of substantially U-shape when seen from the bottom surface are respectively arranged projecting downward over substantially the entire length of the toilet seat configuring body (30) so as to lie along the inner side edge and the outer side edge of the fit-in concave grooves (34) at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30). Of the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36), the height of the inner detachment prevention convex parts (35) is higher than the height of the outer detachment prevention convex parts (36).
  • In the second embodiment, the inwardly downward convex parts (37) are arranged over substantially the entire length of the toilet seat configuring body (30) at the side edge on the inner side of the pail can of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape when seen from a plane, and the outwardly downward convex parts (38) are arranged over the entire length of the toilet seat configuring body at the side edge on the outer side of the pail can of the toilet seat configuring body (30).
  • At a central part in the longitudinal direction of the coupling part (33) of the toilet seat configuring body (30), the outwardly downward convex parts (38) are arranged at the side edge on the outer side of the pail can, but the inwardly downward convex parts (37) are not arranged at the side edge on the inner side of the pail can of the coupling part (33). This is because there is no need to arrange such inwardly downward convex parts (37) since the user (M) does not sit at the coupling part (33) of the toilet seat configuring body (30). Therefore, the inwardly downward convex parts (37) merely need to be arranged at the side edge on the inner side of the pail can of at least the wide width left side seating part (31) and the wide width right side seating part (32) of the entire length of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape when seen from a plane.
  • The opening upper end (2 a) of the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) with most part thereof accommodated in the pail can (1) is placed over the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), and the opening upper end (2 a) of the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) is pushed down from above by the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape when seen from a plane.
  • When carrying the portable toilet of the second embodiment when not being used, the detached toilet seat configuring body (30), a plurality of folded stool accommodating plastic bags (2), a required number of toilet papers, and the like are placed in the pail can (1) configuring the toilet body, a pail can lid (not shown) is placed and sealed, which are similar to the case of the first embodiment, and thus is very convenient for accommodation when not being used.
  • When using the portable toilet of the present invention, the accommodated articles are taken out from the pail can (1), the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) is opened in the emptied pail can (1) and securely placed on the pail can (1) so that most part of the plastic bag (2) is accommodated therein, and the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2) is placed on the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1).
  • The toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape when seen from a plane is fitted to the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) from above the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2), but first, the inner detachment prevention convex parts (35) arranged at three locations of the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape are loosely fitted so as to be slightly shifted towards the inner side from the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), both hands are placed on the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape, and the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape is pulled towards the body. Since the height of the inner detachment prevention convex parts (35) are higher than the height of the outer detachment prevention convex parts (36) of the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36) arranged at three locations of the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape, when the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape is pulled towards the body, the higher inner detachment prevention convex parts (35) engages from the inner side to the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) by way of the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2), and as a result, the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) are partially fitted to the fit-in concave grooves (34) between the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36) by way of the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2), whereby the opening upper end (2 a) of the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) is pushed down from above by the toilet seat configuring body (30) to the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), and the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape is securely fixed to the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), and the setting is completed.
  • The user (M) can sit on the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30) of the set portable toilet in this state, and go to stool.
  • In the portable toilet according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30) respectively have a circular arc shape when seen from the plane along the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), and the fit-in concave grooves (34) of circular arc shape when seen from the bottom surface along the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) are respectively arranged at a position shifted to the outer side from a center line in width direction of the left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) at the lower surfaces of the left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32).
  • Therefore, when the user (M) sits on the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30) to use the portable toilet, an acting force applies such that the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30) enter towards the inner side of the pail can (1) by a so-called rotation moment, but since the height of the inner detachment prevention convex parts (35) is higher than the height of the outer detachment prevention convex parts (36) of the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36) projecting downward along the inner side edge and the outer side edge of the corresponding fit-in concave grooves (34) of the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30), the acting force by the rotation moment is sufficiently received at the inner wall of the pail can (1) by the higher inner detachment prevention convex parts (35), and thus the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30) will not enter the inner side of the pail can (1), and the user (M) can comfortably sit on the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30) and go to stool.
  • In particular, in the portable toilet according to the present invention, since the inwardly downward convex parts (37) are respectively arranged at the side edge on the inner side of the pail can of the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30), the portion of the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) that contact the buttock form a curved surface and the seating comfortableness can be further enhanced.
  • Furthermore, the strength of the toilet seat part of the portable toilet, that is, the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30) can be enhanced by arranging the inwardly downward convex parts (37) at the side edge on the inner side of the pail can of the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30), respectively.
  • After going to stool, the toilet seat configuring body (30) of the portable toilet by the present invention is detached from the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), the opening end of the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) is crumpled up and closed, and the relevant bag is tied and sealed so that it can be taken out from the pail can (1) to be disposed at a predetermined place or to be brought home for disposal.
  • Since the outwardly downward convex parts (38) are arranged over the entire length of the toilet seat configuring body at the side edge on the outer side of the pail can of the toilet seat configuring body (30) of the portable toilet of the present invention, the toilet seat configuring body (30) can be easily detached by lifting the outwardly downward convex parts (38) upward with fingers when detaching the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape when seen from a plane from the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) after going to the stool.
  • Furthermore, the strength of the toilet seat part of the portable toilet, that is, the toilet seat configuring body (30) can be enhanced by arranging the outwardly downward convex parts (38) at the side edge on the outer side of the pail can of the toilet seat configuring body.
  • In the second embodiment as well, the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) and the toilet structure (30) made of biodegradable resin are preferably used. The plastic bag (2) accommodating the stool then can be buried in the ground to be used as a fertilizer.
  • As shown in FIG. 5 etc., the user (M) preferably wears a blindfold cape (5) when using the portable toilet of the present invention. As the blindfold cape (5), that which totally covers the entire body of the user (M) and the portable toilet is preferable, and furthermore, the blindfold cape (5) with hood (6) is preferable so that the face of the user (M) cannot be seen.
  • According to the portable toilet of the second embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the toilet seat portion, that is, the toilet seat configuring body (30) to be installed on the pail can (1) is very small and thus can be mass produced at low material cost, the manufacturing cost of the toilet seat portion, that is, the toilet seat configuring body (30) is very low and the portable toilet can be inexpensively provided. In particular, the toilet seat configuring body (30) made of synthetic resin has a substantially U-shape when seen from a plane along the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), and the circular arc shaped coupling part (33) along the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) for coupling the ends on the same side of the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30) gradually becomes narrower width towards the central part in the longitudinal direction when seen from a plane, and thus the material used for the relevant portion is reduced, and thus the material cost is reduced, the manufacturing cost of the toilet seat portion, that is, the toilet seat configuring body (30) becomes very low, and an inexpensive portable toilet can be provided.
  • In the second embodiment of the present invention, a case where the opening upper end (2 a) of the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) with most part thereof accommodated in the pail can (1) is placed over the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), and the opening upper end (2 a) of the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) is pushed down by the toilet seat configuring body (30) has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the toilet seat configuring body (30) may be attached to the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) first, and thereafter, the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) is opened and the most part is accommodated in the pail can (1), the opening upper end (2 a) of the opened stool accommodating plastic bag (2) may be pulled upward from the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), and the toilet seat configuring body (30) is covered from above by the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2).
  • In this case, the distal end of the opening upper end (2 a) of the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) is preferably folded downward at the outer side edge of the toilet seat configuring body (30), and temporarily fixed with a fixing tool such as a pinch.
  • FIG. 11 to FIG. 15 show a third embodiment of a portable toilet of the present invention, and correspond to claim 7 to claim 11. The third embodiment is substantially similar to the second embodiment in that the toilet seat configuring body (30) made of synthetic resin has a substantially U-shape when seen from a plane along the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), but differs from the second embodiment in a reinforcement rib structure on the back surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) made of synthetic resin.
  • As shown in the figure, a first reinforcement rib (41) in a longitudinal direction is arranged over substantially the entire length of the substantially U-shaped toilet seat configuring body (30) at a position slightly shifted towards the outer side from a central part in a width of a back surface of the synthetic resin toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape when seen from a plane.
  • When using the portable toilet of the present invention, the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2) is placed over the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), and thereafter, the synthetic resin toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape in plane is fitted to the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) from above the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2), so that the first reinforcement rib (41) in the longitudinal direction at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) is placed on the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) by way of the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2) over the entire length of the first reinforcement rib (41), and the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2) is pushed down by the toilet seat configuring body (30).
  • In the third embodiment as well, an inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36) projecting downward are respectively arranged at three locations at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape when seen from a plane, that is, the lower surfaces of the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30) and the lower surface of the narrow width of the coupling part (33), where the height of the inner detachment prevention convex parts (35) is higher than the height of the outer detachment prevention convex parts (36) of the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36), similar to the second embodiment.
  • The first reinforcement rib (41) in the longitudinal direction is positioned at three locations at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape between the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36) facing each other, where when the first reinforcement rib (41) in the longitudinal direction at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) is placed on the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) by way of the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2) over the entire length of the first reinforcement rib (41), the toilet seat configuring body (30) is inhibited from slipping off the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) by the detachment prevention action of the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36).
  • In the third embodiment, three second reinforcement ribs (42) in the width direction are respectively arranged between the inner detachment prevention convex parts (35) arranged at three locations at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape and an inwardly downward convex parts (37) at the side edge on the inner side of the pail can of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape. The three second reinforcement ribs (42) in the width direction are respectively arranged to a slightly tapered form between adjacent ribs, where each second reinforcement rib (42) in the width direction is arranged in a direction towards a center point of a virtual circle including the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape when seen from a plane.
  • Three third reinforcement ribs (43) in the width direction are respectively arranged between the outer detachment prevention convex parts (36) arranged at three locations at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape and outwardly downward convex parts (38) at the side edge on the outer side of the pail can of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape. The three third reinforcement ribs (43) in the width direction are arranged on extended lines of the three second reinforcement ribs (42) in the width direction.
  • Furthermore, three fourth reinforcement ribs (44) in the width direction are respectively arranged between the inner detachment prevention convex parts (35) and the outer detachment prevention convex parts (36) arranged at three locations at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape so as to transverse across the first reinforcement rib (41) in the longitudinal direction at the middle thereof. The three fourth reinforcement ribs (44) in the width direction are arranged on the extended lines of the three second reinforcement ribs (42) in the width direction, where the three second reinforcement ribs (42) in the width direction, the fourth reinforcement ribs (44) in the width direction, and the third reinforcement ribs (43) in the width direction form a total of three linear ribs in the width direction, as shown in FIG. 14.
  • As shown in FIG. 15, the second reinforcement ribs (42) in the width direction are the highest and have a height of 15 to 10 mm etc. The third reinforcement ribs (43) in the width direction have an intermediate height and have a height of 10 to 5 mm etc. The fourth reinforcement ribs (44) in the width direction are the lowest and have a height of 6 mm etc.
  • The height of the inner detachment prevention convex parts (35) is set high to 23 to 27 mm, and the height of the outer detachment prevention convex parts (36) is set low to 12 to 8 mm.
  • The second reinforcement ribs (42) in the width direction have a height of about two thirds of the convex parts (35) at the coupled portion with the inner detachment convex parts (35), and the inner end is coupled by the lower surface to the inwardly downward convex parts (37) of the toilet seat configuring body (30).
  • The third reinforcement ribs (43) in the width direction have a height same as the convex parts (35) at the coupled portion with the outer detachment prevention convex parts (35), and the outer end is coupled by the lower surface to the outwardly downward convex parts (38) of the toilet seat configuring body (30).
  • The fourth reinforcement ribs (44) in the width direction between the inner detachment prevention convex parts (35) and the outer detachment prevention convex parts (36) transverse the first reinforcement rib (41) in the longitudinal direction and have a height same as the first reinforcement rib (41) in the longitudinal direction.
  • Three fifth reinforcement ribs (45) in the width direction are respectively arranged at a predetermined interval at an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction between the sets of the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36) arranged at three locations at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape when seen from a plane, where the fifth reinforcement ribs (45) transverses the first reinforcement rib (41) in the longitudinal direction and has a height same as the first reinforcement rib (41) in the longitudinal direction.
  • The heights of the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36) and the first reinforcement rib (41) to the fifth reinforcement ribs (45) are merely illustrative, and should obviously not be limited thereto.
  • As shown in FIG. 11, the first reinforcement rib (41) in the longitudinal direction arranged over the entire length of the substantially U-shaped toilet structure (30) at a position slightly shifted to the outer side from a central part in the width direction at the back surface of the synthetic resin toilet structure (30) having a substantially U-shape when seen from a plane has both ends (41 a)(41 a) of a height gradually lowering at the portion closer to the ends of the substantially U-shaped toilet seat configuring body (30), where cutout parts (40)(40) are formed on the extended line thereof.
  • When using the portable toilet of the third embodiment of the present invention, the accommodated articles are taken out from the pail can (1), the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) is opened in the emptied pail can (1) and securely placed on the pail can (1) so that most part of the plastic bag (2) is accommodated therein, and the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2) is placed on the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1).
Since the height of the inner detachment prevention convex parts (35) is higher than the height of the outer detachment prevention convex parts (36) of the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (35)(36) arranged at three locations of the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape, when the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape is pulled towards the body, the higher inner detachment prevention convex parts (35) engage from the inner side to the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) by way of the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2), and as a result, the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) is fitted to the cutout parts (40)(40) of the toilet seat configuring body (30), the first reinforcement rib (41) in the longitudinal direction at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) is placed over the entire length of the first reinforcement rib (41) on the opening upper end winding part (3) of the pail can (1) by way of the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2), so that that the opening upper end (2 a) of the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) is securely fixed from above to the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) by the first reinforcement rib (41) in the longitudinal direction at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring body (30) and the toilet seat configuring body (30) having a substantially U-shape is securely fixed to the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), and the setting is completed.
  • The user (M) can sit on the wide width left side seating part (31) and the right side seating part (32) of the toilet seat configuring body (30) of the set portable toilet in this state, and go to stool.
  • Other aspects of the third embodiment are similar to the second embodiment, but similar reference characters are denoted for equivalent components in the figure.
  • FIG. 16 to FIG. 21 show a fourth embodiment of a portable toilet according to the present invention, and correspond to claim 3 to claim 5. The difference with the first embodiment lies in that toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (12) made of synthetic resin have a substantially semicircular shape when seen from a plane along the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1).
  • In other words, the seating part (12) of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the seating part (22) of the right half-body (21) separated from each other respectively have a wide width and a circular arc shape when seen from a plane along the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), where front and back extended parts (18)(19)(28)(29) which width gradually narrows towards the distal end are respectively arranged at both front and back ends of the wide width seating parts (12)(22) of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21), the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) have a substantially semicircular shape when seen from a plane along the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) and, as a whole, the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) form a circular shape when seen from a plane and lie along substantially the entire periphery of the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1).
  • Fit-in concave grooves (13)(23) of a substantially semicircular shape when seen from a bottom surface along the opening upper edge part (3) of the pail can (1) are arranged over the entire length of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21), where the fit-in concave grooves (13)(23) are respectively arranged at positions shifted towards the outer side from the center line in the width direction of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21), respectively, at the lower surface of the wide width seating parts (12)(22) of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21), and the fit-in concave grooves (13)(23) are respectively arranged at positions on substantially the center line in the width direction of the front and back extended parts (18)(19)(28)(29) at the lower surface of the narrow width front and back extended parts (18)(19)(28)(29).
  • Inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (14)(15)(24)(25) projecting downward along an inner side edge and an outer side edge of the corresponding fit-in concave grooves (13)(23) are arranged over the entire length of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half body (21) at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half body (21), where the height of the inner detachment prevention convex parts (14)(24) are higher than the height of the outer detachment prevention convex parts (15)(25) of the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (14)(15)(24)(25).
  • Inwardly downward convex parts (16)(26) are respectively arranged at the side edge on an inner side of the pail can of at least the wide width seating parts (12)(22) of the entire length of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21), and outwardly downward convex parts (17)(27) are respectively arranged at the side edge on an outer side of the pail can of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) over the entire length of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21).
  • As shown in FIG. 16 and FIG. 17, an outwardly downward extended part (15)(25) is arranged at the side edge on the outer side of the pail can in the front and back extended parts (18)(19)(28)(29) which width gradually narrows towards the distal end of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half body (21), but the inwardly downward convex parts (16)(26) are not arranged at the side edge on the inner side of the pail can particularly at the distal end portion of the front and back extended parts (18)(19)(28)(29). This is because the user (M) does not sit on the front and back extended parts (18)(19)(28)(29) on the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half body (21), and thus the inwardly downward convex parts (16)(26) do not need to be arranged. Therefore, the inwardly downward convex parts (16)(26) merely need to be respectively arranged at the side edge on the inner side of the pail can of at least the wide width seating parts (12)(22) of the entire length of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21).
  • In the fourth embodiment as well, the opening upper end (2 a) of the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) with most part thereof accommodated in the pail can (1) is placed over the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), and the opening upper end (2 a) of the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) is pushed down by the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21), more specifically, by the wide width seating parts (12)(22) of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) as well as the narrow width front and back extended parts (18)(19)(28)(29).
  • When carrying the portable toilet of the present invention of the fourth embodiment when not being used, the aspect of placing the detached toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half body (21) having a substantially semicircular shape when seen from a plane, a plurality of folded stool accommodating plastic bags (2), a required number of toilet papers, and the like in the pail can (1) configuring the toilet body, and placing a pail can lid (not shown) to seal the same are similar to the first embodiment.
  • When using the portable toilet of the present invention, the accommodated articles are taken out from the pail can (1), one stool accommodating plastic bag (2) is then opened and most part of the plastic bag (2) is accommodated in the emptied pail can (1), and the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2) is placed over the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1).
  • The toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) having a substantially semicircular shape when seen from a plane are fitted from above the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2) to the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1), and the opening upper end (2 a) of the plastic bag (2) and the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) are fitted to the fit-in concave grooves (13)(23) of the respective lower surfaces of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21).
  • The opening upper end (2 a) of the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) is pushed down to the opening upper end winding edge part (3) of the pail can (1) from above by the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21), and the setting is completed.
  • The user (M) can sit on the wide width seating parts (12)(22) of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) of the set portable toilet in this state, as shown in FIG. 5, and go to stool.
  • The method of collapsing the portable toilet after going to stool, and the method of disposing the stool accommodating plastic bag (2) with stool are similar to the first embodiment.
  • In the fourth embodiment as well, the user (M) preferably wears a blindfold cape (5) when using the portable toilet of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5. As the blindfold cape (5), that which totally covers the entire body of the user (M) and the portable toilet is preferable, and furthermore, the blindfold cape (5) with hood (6) is preferable so that the face of the user (M) cannot be seen.
  • According to the portable toilet of the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the fit-in concave grooves (13)(23) of a substantially semicircular shape when seen from a bottom surface along the opening upper edge part (3) of the pail can (1) are arranged at the lower surface of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) over the entire length of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21), where the fit-in concave grooves (13)(23) are respectively arranged at positions shifted towards the outer side from the center line in the width direction of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21), respectively, at the lower surface of the wide width seating parts (12)(22) of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21).
  • Therefore, when the user (M) sits on the wide width seating parts (12)(22) of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) to use the portable toilet, an acting force applies such that the seating parts (12)(22) of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) enter towards the inner side of the pail can (1) by a so-called rotation moment, but since the height of the inner detachment prevention convex parts (14)(24) is higher than the height of the outer detachment prevention convex parts (15)(25) of the inner/outer detachment prevention convex parts (14)(15)(24)(25) projecting downward along the inner side edge and the outer side edge of the corresponding fit-in concave grooves (13)(23) of the lower surface of the seating parts (12)(22) of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21), the acting force by the rotation moment is sufficiently received at the inner wall of the pail can (1) by the higher inner detachment prevention convex parts (14)(24), and thus the wide width seating parts (12)(22) of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) will not enter the inner side of the pail can (1), and the user (M) can comfortably sit on the wide width seating parts (12)(22) of the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) and go to stool.
  • The shape of the toilet seat of the portable toilet according to the present invention, that is, the toilet seat configuring left half-body (11) and the right half-body (21) differs from the shape of the normal toilet seat in the entire shape, but the usage performance as the toilet seat is no different from the normal toilet seat since the portion contacting the buttock is substantially the same shape.
