Abstract
A roller skate with an adjustable horizontal dimension in accordance with the present invention comprises an adjusting bolt, a buckle plank, an anchor section and a spring. The present invention is to provide adjust horizontal dimension more than move quickly and easy to adjust, and the vertical spring has a reacting force which is used to enhance structure intensity for combining the heel cap with truck.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention is related to a roller skate, and more particularly, to one that provides a mechanism for adjusting the horizontal dimension of the shoe.
- 2. Description of the Related Art
- Whereas U.S. Pat. No. 6,918,602 describes that a roller skate with an adjustable longitudinal dimension for adjusting the dimension of the shoe cap of the roller skate includes an anchor section. The anchor section to enable the cap to move forwards or rearwards when the elastic element is depressed, the two coupling section latched together to anchor shoe cap.
- But in actual use, while adjusting the shoe size to fit us, the two-piece shoe cap needs spending more time for adjusting the shoe size, and while skating, sometime we do some big action, for instance, jump or stop urgently, the big action have a stress concentration phenomenon, if the stress is to large too two coupling section match loose, then endanger the security of the user.
- The present invention intends to provide a roller skate with an adjustable horizontal dimension which is used to adjust horizontal dimension more than move quickly and easy to adjust, and the spring have a reacting force which is used to enhance the structure intensity for combine the heel cap with truck by to mitigate and overcome the above problem.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a roller skate with an adjustable horizontal dimension which includes an adjusting block, a buckle plank and an anchor section. The adjusting block is connected a horizontal spring to having a resilience function for adjusting horizontal dimension.
- The secondary objective of the present invention is to provide a roller skate with an adjustable horizontal dimension which includes an adjusting block, a buckle plank and an anchor section. The buckle plank is anchor an anchor section with the vertical spring which has a reacting force which is used to enhance structure intensity for combine the heel cap with truck.
- Other objectives, advantages and novel features of the invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings.
-
FIG. 1 is a side view of a roller skate with an adjustable horizontal dimension in accordance with a first embodiment of the present invention; -
FIG. 2 is a top view of a roller skate with an adjustable horizontal dimension in accordance with the embodiment of the present invention in an operating condition; -
FIG. 3 is a front view of a roller skate with an adjustable horizontal dimension in accordance with the embodiment of the present invention in an operating condition; -
FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a roller skate with an adjustable horizontal dimension in accordance with the embodiment of the present invention in an operating condition; and -
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a roller skate with an adjustable horizontal dimension in accordance with the embodiment of the present invention in an operating condition - Referring initially to
FIGS. 1 , 2 and 3, aroller skate 1 includes atruck 10, agroove 11, asliding slot 12, ahousing trough 13, aheel cap 20, an anchor section 21 atooling section 22, an adjustingblock 30, ahorizontal spring 31, aspring pillar 32, abuckle plank 40, an acrossbolt 41, and avertical spring 42. - Referring to
FIGS. 1 , 2 and 3, the pattern in accordance with the embodiment of the present invention includes an adjustingblock 30, abuckle plank 40, ananchor section 21 and ahorizontal spring 31, thetruck 10 has agroove 11 and aspring pillar 12. Thehorizontal spring 31 is connected with the adjustingblock 30 in thegroove 11, and thehorizontal spring 31 has a resilience is used for adjusting horizontal distance, thetruck 10 has asliding slot 12, the adjustingblock 30 and thehorizontal spring 31 are used to adjust the position between theheel cap 20 and thetruck 10 on thesliding slot 32. - Referring to
FIG. 4 and 5 , theheel cap 20 has aanchor section 21 on the undersurface, one end of thebuckle plank 40 is fixed on thetruck 10, thebuckle plank 40 is connected with thevertical spring 42 on thespring pillar 32′, and thevertical spring 42 has a reacting force to anchor between thetooling section 22 and the acrossbolt 41. When pressing thebuckle plank 40, thetooling section 22 and acrossbolt 41 are separated to adjust the horizontal dimension between theheel cap 20 and thetruck 10, and when adjusting the best horizontal dimension, thevertical spring 42 has a reacting force which is used to enhance structure intensity for combine theheel cap 20 withtruck 10. - Although the invention has been described in detail with reference to its presently preferred embodiment, it will be understood by one of ordinary skill in the art that various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and the scope of the invention, as set forth in the appended claims.
