Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a fan structure, and more particularly to a light steel frame fan structure capable of reducing friction.
  • 2. Description of Related Art
  • A conventional light steel fan is a fan that the whole body thereof is placed in a space of a light steel frame. Whole space above and below the light steel frame is taken as a convection space for air to flow. This leads to deficits that not only the convection space is large such that energy consumption is more but also dust accumulated always between the light steel frame and a house roof might be blown downward. For improving such kind of deficits, Taiwan patent No. M251939 proposes a light steel frame fan structure. Please refer to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIGS. 1 and 2 respectively are exploded view of a conventional light steel frame fan and a vertical view of a cover thereof. The fan comprises a base 1, fan leaves 2 and a cover 3. A motor 1 is installed on the center of the base 1 and a fixing plate 12 used for fixing the fan on a light steel frame of a ceiling is extended from a circumference thereof. The fan leaves 2 are installed along the axis of the motor 11 and fixed on the base 1 with the cover 3. Furthermore, the cover 3 comprises a cover plate 31, a rotating disc 32 and a fixing ring 33, in witch a circular hole 312 is disposed at the center of a bottom surface 311 of the cover 31, a grid plate 313 is extended vertically from the circumference of the bottom surface 311 and a plurality of limiting slide elements 314 are disposed around the circumference of the circular hole 312, the rotating disk 32 mentioned above is exactly placed in the circular hole 312, positioned by the limiting slide elements 314 disposed around the circumference thereof fixed on the cover plate 31 by the fixing ring 33 and rotated by a transmission element 111 through the motor 11 that is fixed on the based 1. Moreover, six rotating slide elements 315 are disposed between the cover plate 31 and the rotating disc 32 and around the circumference of the circular hole 312 of the bottom surface 311 of the cover plate 31. When the fan is allowed to install on the light steel frame by means of the structure mentioned above, air is caused to convect more smoothly to people staying in a room to feel nice and cool owing to the smooth air convection and a cooler need not to be turned on or the temperature of cool air need not to be set to a very low temperature, the same cooling feeling can then be attained such that the energy saving object can further be attained owing to the convection caused by the fan when the cooler is turned on. However, the conventional rotating disc 32 is placed in the circular hole 312 and is positioned by the limiting slide elements 314 around the circumference thereof, the plastic rotating disc 32 is twisted and deformed easily owing to a long term friction between the rotating disc 32 and the limiting slide elements 314 so that the noise is yielded and the cover is loosen and dropped easily.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • For improving the deficits mentioned above, the present invention proposes a light steel frame fan structure so as to attain to prevent noise from being yielded, stabilize the installment of components and extend the use life.
  • The main object of the present invention is to provide a light steel frame fan structure, allowing a rotating disc to attain to be positioned by fixing the rotating disc pivotally onto a fixing ring without needing to dispose the conventional limiting slide elements mentioned above thereon.
  • Another object of the present invention is to provide a light steel frame fan structure, allowing friction and deformation not to be yielded between a rotating disk and the conventional limiting slide elements so as to prevent noise from being yielded and stabilize components installment because the rotating disk is pivotally connected onto a fixing ring and the limiting slide elements need not to be disposed any more.
  • For attaining to the objects mentioned above, a light steel frame fan structure according to the present invention comprises a base, fan leaves, a rotating disk, a fixing ring and a cover, in which a receiving groove is disposed on the rotating disk, an axial column is disposed in the receiving groove and a locking hole is disposed on the axial column; a pivotal connection seat and a plurality of supporting ribs used for connecting the pivotal connection seat and a rim of the fixing ring are disposed on the fixing ring, a hollow engaging column with a through hole disposed thereon is projected from one surface of the pivotal connection seat, and an indentation portion indented inward is disposed on another surface of the pivotal connection seat, the indentation portion is communicated with the through hole. When the fixing ring is to be folded with the rotating disk, the axial column of the rotating disk is first passed through the through hole on the engaging column of the fixing ring, at least one bearing is then placed in the indentation portion of the fixing ring, and a locking element is finally locked in a locking hole on the axial column to allow the rotating disk to be pivotally fixed onto the fixing ring. Besides, at least one bearing can be further put around the axial column of the rotating disk between the fixing ring and the rotating disk. Furthermore, a shallow groove is further disposed on the cover and a bearing is installed in the shallow groove.

A receiving groove 71 is disposed on the center of the rotating disk 7, an axial column 72 is disposed in the receiving groove 71 and a locking hole 721 is disposed on the axial column 72. A pivotal connection seat 61 and a plurality of supporting ribs 62 used for connecting the pivotal connection seat 61 with a rim of the fixing ring 6 are disposed on the fixing ring 6 a hollow engaging column 611 is projected from one surface of the pivotal connection seat 61 and a through hole 612 is disposed on the engaging column 611. An indentation portion 613 indented inward is disposed on another surface of the pivotal connection seat 61 and the indentation portion 613 is communicated with the through hole 612.
  • When the fixing ring 6 and the rotating disk 7 are to be folded with each other together, the face of the fixing ring 6 projected with the engaging column 611 need to be allowed to face toward the rotating disk 7. At least one bearing 63 is then placed in the indentation portion 613 of the fixing ring 6 after the axial column 72 of the rotating disk 7 is passed through the through hole 612 on the engaging column 611 of the fixing ring 6. Thereafter, a locking element 64 is locked in the locking hole on the axial column 72 positioned in the indentation portion 613 to allow the rotating disk 7 to be able to be pivotally connected onto the fixing ring 6. Furthermore, at least one bearing 73 is put around the axial column 72 of the rotating disk 7 between the fixing ring 6 and the rotating disk 7 to allow the rotating disk 7 to be rotated smoothly.
