It is the intent of the designer that the Mascot Rally be both useful and non-disruptive during normal activities at a sporting event. The Mascot Rally does not enclose the hand. It rather covers the top of the hand and the top of the forearm. This design will allow for the user to freely use his or her hand for other activities such as clapping, cheering and eating. The Mascot Rally will be created from Foam or some foam-like material will then be added to the cavity of the mold, this is pivotal in its use. The Mascot Rally was designed for the purpose of prep rallies and sporting event celebrations. The primary focus is in support of collegiate and professional sports and entertainment during these festivities.
Description
- The Mascot Rally is not a hand puppet. As seen in the following figures, the Mascot Rally does not enclose the hand. It rather covers the top of the hand and the top of the forearm. This design will allow for the user to freely use his or her hand for other activities such as clapping and eating. The mass production of the Mascot Rally will start with a plaster mold of the final prototype. Foam or some foam-like material will then be added to the cavity of the mold.

Claims (4)
- I. The Utility of the Mascot Rally and its close relation and participation to sporting events and sporting subject matter. The Mascot Rally will be utilized primarily at both collegiate and professional sporting events.
- II. The design of the Mascot Rally. Its size, its construction, and intended usage with how it is utilized or worn by the subject matter. For human beings, over the forearms and hand, leaving palms and fingers exposed for other activities.
- III. The Use of Velcro straps to fasten the Mascot Rally to the subject/user's arms, rather than enclosing their entire hand or other body parts. This allows for easy attachment/detachment.
- IV. The choice of materials that is used to construct the Mascot Rally. The construction material allows for flexibility and protection against elemental factors and durability against normal, intended usage.
