Abstract
An assembled device for stationery tools comprises a cover and a receiving mount that can be reciprocally secured to each other wherein the cover has a guiding ringed edge defined by an appropriate-size littering port in the center to correspond to a guide rod protruding in the center of the receiving mount thereon. Besides, the cover also includes an elongated slot, a retaining hole, and elongated and flat insert holes appropriately arranged to surround the outer periphery of the top surface thereon wherein the elongated slot can be applied to snap off an endmost edge blade of a utility knife, while the retaining hole and the insert holes thereof can respectively serve to hold in place various types of stationery tools so that the stationery tools can be neatly stored and positioned in specific locations for further use, achieving the best state of application thereby.
Description
- The present invention relates to an assembled device for stationery tools, comprising a cover reciprocally secured to a receiving mount wherein an elongated slot, a retaining hole, and elongated and flat insert holes are appropriately arranged on the top surface of the cover thereon so that the elongated slot can be applied to snap off an endmost edge blade of a utility knife, and the retaining hole and the insert holes thereof can respectively serve to hold in place various types of stationery tools, facilitating neat and easy storage of the stationery tools to achieve the best application state of the present invention thereby.
- A storage container for holding waste from stationery tools is revealed in a Taiwan patent with the Publication No. 584087 wherein a
cover 40 is equipped with an elongated groove 42 defining thereon that can be applied to snap off the endmost edge blade of a utility knife A thereby. However, the storage container is inflexibly set in one-dimensional function and unable to hold in place various types of stationery tools such as utility knives, staplers, and staple removers, etc. As a result, when not in use, those stationery tools are randomly stored or messed up on the table or some other places, which makes them difficult to be retrieved for further use thereof. - It is, therefore, the primary purpose of the present invention to provide an assembled device for stationery tools, comprising a cover and a receiving mount reciprocally secured to each other wherein an elongated slot, a retaining hole, and insert holes are appropriately disposed on the top surface of the cover thereon so that the elongated slot can be applied to snap off an endmost edge blade of a utility knife. Besides, the utility knife can also be positioned to astride in an angle onto the insert hole, and the retaining hole is molded to fit to the handle portion of different stationery tools so that a press grip of a staple remover can be guided to locate onto the retaining hole for storage thereby. Thus, the present invention can serve to hold in place various types of stationery tools, facilitating neat and easy storage of the stationery tools in specific locations for further use to achieve the best state of application thereby.
-
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 is an assembled cross sectional view of the present invention applied to snap off an endmost edge blade of a utility knife. -
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the utility knife positioned astraddle onto an insert hole of the present invention. -
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing various types of stationery tools like a staple remover and the utility knife thereof positioned and stored onto the present invention. - Please refer to
FIG. 1 showing an exploded perspective view of the present invention. The present invention relates to an assembled device for stationery tools, comprising acover 10 and a receivingmount 20 wherein thecover 10 has an opening edge defined by a stepwise external-threaded section 11, and a middle section integrally concaved downwards from large to small to form an arcuate and conic guidingringed edge 12 with an appropriate-size littering port 13 extending through the center and anannular groove 14 defining the internal surface thereon. Thecover 10 also includes anelongated slot 15, aretaining hole 16, and two elongated andflat insert holes 17 appropriately arranged to surround the outer periphery of the top surface thereon. Theelongated slot 15 and theretaining hole 16 are symmetrically situated around the top surface of thecover 10 to opposite to each other thereon, while the twoinsert holes 17 are likewise positioned in symmetrical opposition thereon. Besides, depending on the handle portion of different stationery tools (e.g. the press grip of a staple remover), theretaining hole 16 can be flexibly shaped into, for example, a T-shaped form, etc. The receivingmount 20 has an opening edge defined by an internal-threadedsection 21, and aconic guide rod 22 protruding from small to large in the center thereof to form a receivinggroove 23 therein. - In assembly (referring to
FIG. 2 ), the external-threaded section 11 of thecover 10 is reciprocally secured to the internal-threadedsection 21 of the receivingmount 20, permitting an appropriate-spaced annular room 30 to form between thelittering port 13 and theprotrusive guide rod 22 thereof. Thus, metallic waste 40 produced from stationery tools can be freely dumped through thelittering port 13 to enter the annular room 30 and slide along theguide rod 22 so as to accommodate into thereceiving groove 23 therein. Meanwhile, to snap off and desert anendmost edge blade 51 of autility knife 50, theendmost edge blade 51 thereof is put into theelongated slot 15 and then bent towards one side so that theendmost edge blade 51 will be segmented to drop into thereceiving groove 23 thereby. In addition, the external-threaded section 11 of thecover 10 can be easily unscrewed from the internal-threadedsection 21 of the receivingmount 20 so that themetallic waste 40 produced from the stationery tools and littered into the receivinggroove 23 can be cleaned out there-from completely at once, achieving convenient and safe application of the present invention thereby. - Please refer to
FIG. 3 . When theutility knife 50 is not in use, theendmost edge blade 51 of theutility knife 50 can be directly guided to accommodate into either one of theinsert hole 17 disposed on the top surface of thecover 10 so that aholder 52 of theutility knife 50 is allowed to contact and rest on a table surface, while theendmost edge blade 51 is precisely tilted into an angle to position astraddle to theinsert hole 17 thereby. Moreover, theretaining hole 16 is designed to fit to the handle portion of different stationery tools so that a staple remover 60 (referring toFIG. 6 ) can have apress grip 61 guided to receive into theretaining hole 17 in abutting location therewith, while theother grip 62 of thestaple remover 60 is stably abutted against the table surface thereof. Therefore, the present invention can also serve to hold in place various types of stationery tools, facilitating neat and easy storage of the stationery tools in specific locations for further use to achieve the best state of application thereby.
