- As science and technology advance continuously, novel high-tech products are introduced constantly. Electronic devices, particularly notebooks, personal digital assistants or mobile phones have become indispensable. In view of the diversified electronic products, figuring out a way for the data transmission between different electronic products becomes an important subject to manufacturers in the related industry.
- At present, most data transmissions between electronic products adopt common transmission specifications which were set up by the majority in the field as a standard for data exchanges and transmissions between various kinds electronic products, and these specifications include universal serial bus (USB) interface, storage device transmission interface (USB OTG) or IEEE1394. Although various electronic products come with different transmission interfaces or specifications, transmission units with different connectors are basically used as a bridge for connecting two electronic products.
- Generally, a transmission cable and its peripherals are bundled into a package when the product is sold, but users usually pay very little or no attention to the application of these transmission cables. To simplify people's carry, these transmission cables usually become one of the discarded items, and thus users cannot find the cable when needed. This obstructs live information and causes inconveniences. Besides, most transmission cables do not have a direct protector for installation; it is not easy to carry. An organization for cables is rather troublesome; furthermore, the connectors are affected easily by dusts or liquids which will destroy their functions straightly. Therefore, finding a solution for the foregoing shortcomings becomes a subject to the persons skilled in the art.
