Abstract
A cup assembly structure includes a cup which is composed of a body, a panel, a fixing device, and a snap ring. Through a plurality of projection members, a latching piece, and a groove on the body to be fitted and connected with a plurality of concaved holes, an extension end, and a bending end located on the fixing device, and then through a plurality of protrusions on the snap ring to be fixed with a plurality of slideways of the body, the panel which is located at an exterior of the body can be firmly assembled, and the panel of different pattern can be exchanged, so as to increase a visual effect of using the cup.
Description
- (a) Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a cup assembly structure, and more particularly to a cup assembly structure wherein a picture can be fixed and assembled on an exterior of cup body with a fixing device or an overlay.
- (b) Description of the Prior Art
- Referring to
FIG. 1 , for a conventional cup A, a pattern A2 at an exterior of a cup body A1 is formed by colored painting or printing in producing the cup body A1; therefore, it is not able to exchange the pattern A2 hereafter. If the pattern A2 needs to be changed, then the required pattern A2 should be painted or printed on an exterior of the cup body A1 in producing the cup body A1, which will cause a waste of cost and an inconvenience in manufacturing. - Accordingly, how to eliminate the aforementioned shortcomings is a technical issue to be solved by the inventor of present invention.
- The primary object of present invention is to provide a cup assembly structure wherein a picture can be fixed and assembled on an exterior of cup body with a fixing device or an overlay, and can be exchanged freely, such that a different visual effect can be generated for the entire cup.
- To enable a further understanding of the said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.
-
FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a conventional cup. -
FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 shows an exploded view of the present invention. -
FIG. 4 shows a schematic view of an operation of the present invention. -
FIG. 5 shows a second schematic view of an operation of the present invention. -
FIG. 6 shows a third schematic view of an operation of the present invention. -
FIG. 7 shows a fourth schematic view of an operation of the present invention. -
FIG. 8 shows a schematic view of a further embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 9 shows a second schematic view of a further embodiment of the present invention. - Referring to
FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 , the present invention is to provide a cup assembly structure, wherein a cup B is constituted by a body C, a panel D, a fixing device E, and a snap ring F. An exterior of the body C is provided with the panel D, an exterior of a side of the body C and panel D is connected with the fixing device E, and an end at an exterior of the body C is connected with the snap ring F. - An interior of the body C is provided with an emplacement chamber C1, and an exterior of the body C is provided with a plurality of projection members C2, a latching piece C3, a groove C4, and a plurality of slideways C5. The plural projection members C2 are fitted and fixed with a plurality of holes D1 located on the panel D, and a plurality of concaved holes E2 on the fixing device E, the latching piece C3 provides a latching and fixing for an extension end E1 at one side of the fixing device E, the groove C4 provides an affixation and connection for a bending end E3 located on the fixing device E, and the plural slideways C5 provides an assembly and fixing for protrusions F1 located on the snap ring F.
- Referring to
FIGS. 4 to 7 , the present invention is to provide a cup assembly structure, wherein a panel D is enclosed on an exterior of a body C, such that a plurality of holes D1 can be fitted and connected with a plurality of projection members C2. Next, a fixing device E is connected on an exterior of the body C and panel D, such that an extension end E1 is latched and fixed with a latching piece C3, a plurality of concaved holes E2 is correspondingly fitted and connected with the plurality of projection members C2, and a bending end E3 is assembled and fixed into a groove C4. Finally, a snap ring F is assembled at a side at an exterior of the body C, and is fixed by rotating a plurality of protrusions F1 inside a plurality of slideways C5. Therefore, the panel D can be firmly assembled at the exterior of body C to accomplish the assembly of cup B. - Moreover, referring to
FIG. 8 , the entire cup B can have a different visual effect through an exchange of panel D of different pattern D2, or through replacing with the panel D having graphs or texts, such as a photo, an advertisement board, or a calendar. In addition, as shown inFIG. 9 , the body C can be further a pencil container G, and an exterior of which is fixed with the panel D through an overlay H, to increase a beauty of using the pencil container G. - To further manifest the advancement and practicability of the present invention, the present invention is compared with a conventional cup as below:
- Shortcomings of a Conventional Cup
- 1. The patterns cannot be exchanged.
- 2. It will waste cost.
- 3. It is not convenient to manufacture.
- Advantages of the Present Invention
- 1. The panel can be exchanged freely.
- 2. It can save cost.
- 3. It is convenient to assembly.
- 4. It can increase the visual effect of cup.
- 5. It is provided with the advancement and practicability.
- 6. It is provided with an industrial competitiveness.
- It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
