Abstract
A foldable table that comes with a portable stereo system includes foldable supporting frames and a foldable tabletop. There are two mini boom boxes and an audio frequency receiver secured on the foldable tabletop. The two mini boom boxes are connected to each other through an audio frequency wire. With a whole new design idea that the present invention employs, it can increase the added value through lower costs and therefore enhance the market competitiveness.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a foldable table that comes with a portable stereo system.
- 2. Description of the Related Arts
- Foldable tables are very common and useful device for individuals or a group of people to carry for serving food and receiving personal carry-on stuff when they have some outdoor activities, such as having a picnic, fishing at the lakeshore or going to the beach. In order not to lowering the interest of outdoor activity, the main design character of the foldable chair is about foldable and easy to carry around. Conventionally, a foldable table includes a foldable tabletop and foldable supporting frames attached to the underneath of the tabletop which is formed by longitudinal rigid wooden boards connected in parallel, and then it could be folded to minimize its occupying space and easily be carried around.
- Moreover, when people travel around, they would like to carry a portable music player for listening to some music to relieve the tension and pressure from the busy workload. Most of the devices, such as portable CD players and MP3 players, are small and easy to be carried around, but they all have one common disadvantage that they require earphones to play out the music, meanwhile they could not hear sound of the nature, chat with their friends unless taking off the earphone. It is not convenient for people who want to chat and listen to the music at the same time. Therefore, the main purpose is to allow people enjoying the music when they have some outdoor activities without wearing any earphone, to increase the additional value of the product and enhance the market competitiveness.
- The present invention includes foldable supporting frames and a foldable tabletop. Two mini boom boxes are set on the tabletop, and connected to each other through an audio frequency wire. Each mini boom box is also connected to an audio frequency receiver. The foldable tabletop is formed by a plurality of longitudinal rigid wooden boards connected in parallel. Two mini boom boxes are secured across the corner or on two ends of the tabletop edge separately with the speaker sides facing upward. The audio frequency receivers, the power amplifiers and a music-player sack are secured on the outside edge of the tabletop. The audio frequency wire is secured inside and extended along the longitudinal rigid wooden boards. The audio frequency wire can also be secured to the underneath of the foldable tabletop.
- According to the above description, the present invention has the following advantages. First of all, the present foldable table is designed with a totally different idea, increasing the added value by lowering the costs to enhance the market competitiveness. Second, using foldable table while doing outdoor activities allows people to enjoy the sound of nature and chat with friends at the same time. Third, the audio device does not affect neither the weight of the foldable table nor the convenience of using the equipment, all we need to do is to connect the audio frequency wire of the CD player or the MP3 player to the audio frequency receiver and such music playing device can also be put into the music-player sack.
-
FIG. 1 is the perspective view of the present invention in 3-dimensional drawing. -
FIG. 2 is the perspective view of another example of the present invention in 3-dimensional drawing. - Referring to
FIG. 1 , the present invention includes foldable supporting frames (1) and a foldable tabletop (2) which is formed by a plurality of the longitudinal rigid wooden boards connected in parallel. The foldable table can be rolled up into cylinder shape, and then spread onto the foldable supporting frames (1) composing a complete structure for use. The structure of the foldable supporting frame (1) and the connecting way between longitudinal wooden boards of the foldable table (2) are not limited to the ones shown on theFIGS. 1 and 2 of the present invention. - Two mini boom boxes (3&4) with the speaker side facing upward are secured to the opposite corner edges of the longitudinal rigid wooden boards (21&22) of the foldable tabletop (2).
- Two mini boom boxes (3&4) are connected with each other through an audio frequency wire (34) which is extending along inner side of the longitudinal wooden boards or secured to the underneath of the foldable tabletop (2).
- The power amplifier (5) which has batteries be stored inside and the audio frequency receiver (6) which could be a socket for plug or extend wire, are secured to the outside edge of the longitudinal wooden board (21) and connected to each other. The power amplifier (5) also connects with two mini boom boxes (3&4).
- A music-player sack (7) is secured to the outside edge of the longitudinal rigid wooden board (21). It is designed to offer people the convenience to equip a music playing device such as a CD player or a MP3 player of which the audio frequency output end can connect to the audio frequency receiver (6) through the audio frequency wire (34).
- Referring to
FIG. 2 , another example of the present invention, the main difference is the placement area of the mini boom boxes (3&4) which can come out with different sound effect. - Two mini boom boxes (3&4) are respectively secured to both end edges of the longitudinal rigid wooden board (21). Expect for the sound effect, the length of the audio frequency wire is shorter and the way of installation is easier. The audio frequency wire (34) would not easily be affected while the foldable tabletop is rolled up, since it is only secured to the longitudinal rigid wooden board (21).
- With the idea that the present invention employs, it can increase the added value and therefore enhance the market competitiveness.
