Abstract
An action carrier structure for a toy gun is composed of a seat, a grappler, and an elastic member. A hook end of grappler is assembled with a button end of action, and they are tightly latched through an elastic force of the elastic member, such that the action can drive the action carrier to move, in order to facilitate a dismantlement of toy gun, and to increase a convenience in repairing, maintenance, and replacement of components.
Description
- (a) Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to an action carrier structure for a toy gun, and more particularly to an action carrier structure wherein an improvement is made to an assembly method between the action carrier and the action.
- (b) Description of the Prior Art
- Referring to
FIG. 1 , it shows a conventional ordinary toy gun A, wherein its action carrier A1 and action A2 are fixed as one piece which cannot be separated. Therefore, it is inconvenient to dismantle the toy gun A for repairing, maintenance, and replacement of components. In addition, it is easy to generate a warp and distortion between the action carrier A1 and the action A2 due to an inadequate exertion of force in dismantling, such that the action carrier A1 and the action A2 will not be normally installed back to the toy gun A for use. - Accordingly, how to solve the aforementioned problems is a technical issue to be resolved by the inventor of present invention.
- The present invention is to provide an action carrier structure for a toy gun, wherein an improvement is made to an assembly method between the action carrier and the action, such that the action carrier can be separated from the action, to facilitate an dismantlement to the toy gun and to increase a convenience in repairing, maintenance and replacement of components.
- To enable a further understanding of the said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.
-
FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a conventional application. -
FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 shows a local exploded view of the present invention. -
FIG. 4 shows a schematic view of actions of the present invention. -
FIG. 5 shows a second schematic view of actions of the present invention. -
FIG. 6 shows a third schematic view of actions of the present invention. -
FIG. 7 shows a fourth schematic view of actions of the present invention. - The present invention is to provide an improved structure of action carrier for a toy gun. Referring to
FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 , an action carrier B is composed of a seat C, a grappler D, and an elastic member E. The seat C is provided with a hole C1 which is assembled with the grappler D having a hook end D1 and a bump D2. The bump D2 is connected to an end of the elastic member E, and the other end of elastic member E is pressed against a groove C2 in the seat C. - The hook end D1 of grappler D is latched with the button end F1 of action F, and the hook end D1 and the button end F1 are tightly latched through an elastic force of the elastic member E, such that the action F can drive the action carrier B to move.
- Referring to FIGS. 4 to 7, the action carrier B is emplaced on a sliding carriage G1 of a toy gun G, and next the action F on toy gun G is pushed toward a direction of action carrier B to enable the hook end F1 of action F to enter into the seat C. The grappler D is then opened toward a direction. When the button end F1 of action F moves forward by a proper distance, the hook end D1 will be tightly latched to the button end F1 through an elastic force of the elastic member E, such that the action F can drive the action carrier B to an original position. On the other hand, when performing a dismantling operation, the hook end D1 of grappler D is separated from the button end F1 of action F, next the action carrier B is pushed to a tail end of sliding carriage G1 of the toy gun G, and the action carrier B can be dismantled from the toy gun G.
- To further manifest the advancement and practicability of the present invention, the present invention is compared with a conventional application as below:
- Shortcomings of a Conventional Application
- 1. It is one piece and cannot be separated.
- 2. It is difficult in dismantling.
- 3. It is easy to generate a warp and distortion during dismantling.
- Advantages of the Present Invention
- 1. It is assembled by a latching method.
- 2. It is easy to be dismantled.
- 3. It can effectively prevent from a damage caused by dismantling.
- 4. It is provided with the advancement and practicability.
- 5. It is provided with an industrial competitiveness.
- It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
Claims (2)
1. An action carrier structure for a toy gun comprising a seat which is provided with a hole for being assembled with a grappler having a hook end and a bump; the bump being connected to an elastic member which is pressed against a groove on the seat; the hook end of grappler being connected to a button end of action; the hook end being tightly latched with the button end through an elastic force of the elastic member, such that the action can drive the action carrier to move, thereby facilitating a dismantling of the action and action carrier of a toy gun.
2. The action carrier structure for a toy gun according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic member is further a spring, an elastic leaf, an elastic rubber, and other related device or material having elasticity.
