Abstract

A foldable toy paper organizer is quickly assembled and dissembled that it is convenient to movie it, and the organizer, since made from recyclable paper, can be manufactured at a low cost. The organizer includes a main body including a rear wall, foldable lateral walls and cutout holes, a partition with protruding portions that can be inserted to the main body, a drawer inserted between the aforementioned partitions for accommodating stuffs, a handle that is inserted along the frontal side of the drawer used to open and close the drawer, a fixation device having an open side for fixing the protruding partition to the outer side of the main body from the left side of the main body, and a reinforcing device for reinforcing the main body and having an open side and an open end so that the reinforcing device may be inserted into the upper and lower ends of the sidewalls. Since the main body is assembled together by folding and bending the paper, and since all partitions are held together by fixation device, it is very convenient to assemble and dissemble the organizer. The lateral walls, and the partitions are folded twice to have double layers, increasing their firmness and robustness. The foldable toy paper organizer is light in weight, lean, and can be easily assembled and dissembled making it convenient to transport to different locations.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to a foldable organizer, and more particularly, to a foldable paper organizer whose volume is minimized and since the assembly and disassembly thereof can be quickly performed, its transportation and maintenance are convenient, and since made of recyclable paper, it can be mass-produced at low cost and it can also reduce environmental pollution.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • Generally, organizers serve to store toys, dolls and other stuffs. As such, drawers have various functions and their necessity is also increasing.
  • The conventional organizers are mainly made of metal, wood, or synthetic resin. However, since the manufacturing procedures of metal or wooden drawer are complicated, such as preparation and processing of raw materials to shipping, costs of raw materials and processing fees thereof are increased so as to increase manufacturing costs. Moreover, the conventional drawer may not be recyclable or may be expensive to dispose of.
  • Although synthetic organizer is cheaper than the metal or wooden drawer in terms of raw materials and is convenient to transport and easier to handle because of its light weight, the synthetic drawer is weak against external shock and may not be recyclable or may be expensive to dispose of given the nature of its raw materials.
  • Furthermore, conventional drawer is made of many components, making it difficult to assemble and disassemble the organizer, and it is very difficult for the consumers to change the structure of the drawer in accordance with the user's wish.
  • DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Technical Problem
  • Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a foldable toy paper organizer whose volume is minimized and since the assembly and disassembly thereof can be quickly performed, its transportation and maintenance are convenient, and since it is made of recyclable paper it can be manufactured at low cost, and minimize environmental pollution, while being able to hold items such as toys and dolls.
  • TECHNICAL SOLUTION
  • In accordance with the aspect of the present invention, above said and other objects can be accomplished by the provision of a foldable toy paper organizer including a main body having a rear wall, a pair of sidewalls folded at both sides of the rear wall, and number of rows of cutout holes formed on the real wall and the side walls, a partition installed on the inner side of the main body having a protruding portion that inserts into cutout holes, a drawer inserted between the aforementioned partition that can accommodate stuffs, a handle that is inserted on frontal side of the drawer to allow the drawer to open and close, a fixation device having an open side for fixing the protruding partition to the outer side of the main body from the left side of the main body, and a reinforcing device for reinforcing the main body and having an open side and an open end so that the reinforcing device may be inserted into the upper and lower ends of the sidewalls.
  • The main body is formed with bending lines and folding lines between the rear wall and the sidewalls and folded inward along the bending lines and the folding lines at a right angle, and the sidewalls are folded outward to closely contact the rear wall.
  • The sidewalls and the partition are folded twice and respectively have dual layers bonded with adhesive.
  • The inner side of drawer has rectangular floor, and from two sides of the floor extends lateral walls, which are folded at right angle, and from the frontal side of the floor extends a frontal wall which is folded at right angle, and the back wall extending from hind side of the floor is also folded at a right angle. Penetrating holes for insertion line along the inner part of the front wall.
  • The lateral walls constitute of lateral section 1 extending from both sides of the floor and folded; lateral section 2 extending from the lateral section 1 and adhered closely to the main body on opposite end of the lateral section 1; lateral section 3 extending from the lateral section 2 folded and adhered to the floor; the inserting portion 1 of the first lateral side extending from both sides of the lateral section 1 and folded and inserted into the frontal and rear walls; the inserting portion 2 of the second lateral side extending from the lateral section 2 and folded and inserted into the inner part of the front and rear walls; front wall is comprise of frontal section 1 which extends from the front side of the floor and folded; frontal section 2 extending from the frontal section 1 adhered and run parallel to the frontal section 1; frontal section 3 extending from the frontal section 2 and folded and adhered closely to the floor; the back wall comprise of rear section 1 extending from the hind side of the floor and folded; rear section 2 extending from the rear section 2 adhered and run parallel to the rear section 1; rear section 3 extending from rear section 2 and folded and adhered tightly to the bottom.
  • The handle of the drawer constitute of hook-able edges that takes on the shape of an arrow head which can be inserted into inserting holes on the front side of the drawer; and hook-able end extending to the roll of paper that forms the bar of the handle.
  • The fixing device includes fixation portions engaged with protrusions of the inserting portions of the protruding partition and tapered inward, cutout recesses formed at both sides of the fixing device and allowing easy insertion of the fixing portions, and penetrating holes formed at opposite to the cutout recesses and allowing easy rotation of the fixing portions.
  • The reinforcing device comprise of main reinforcing body that it placed on upper and lower part of the main body, a main body coupler extending from the both sides of the main reinforcing body and placed on upper part of the main body, main insertion portion extending from the middle of main body coupler and inserted between the double layered cut edges of the main body.

  • BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
  • Hereinafter, the preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating an assembled foldable toy paper organizer according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partially exploded perspective view illustrating the foldable toy paper organizer in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a development view of the main body of the foldable toy paper organizer according to present invention, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the folded main body, FIG. 5 is a development of the drawer, FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the handle for the drawer, FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the fixation device, and FIG. 8 is a perspective view of reinforcing device.
  • As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the foldable toy paper organizer according to the present invention includes a main body (10), a partition (20) formed at the inside of the main body (10), a drawer (30) inserted between the partitions (20), a handle (40) inserted on the frontal side of the drawer that allows the drawer (30) to open and close, a fixation device (50) for fixing the protrusions (21) of the partition (20) situated on the left side of the main body (10), and reinforcing devices (60) inserted into upper and lower parts of the main body (10) for reinforcement.
  • As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the main body (10) includes a rear wall (11), a pair of sidewalls (12) extended and bent from the rear wall (11), and 5 columns of cutout holes (13) along the rear wall (11) and the lateral walls (12).
  • The main body (10) and the partitions (20) are folded twice to respectively have dual layers bonded with adhesive.
  • As shown in FIG. 5, the drawer (30) has a rectangular floor (31), and extending from the both sides of the floor (31) is a pair of lateral walls (32) folded inwards at a right angle, a frontal wall (33) extending from the front part of the floor and folded inwards at right angle, a rear wall (34) extending from the back side of the floor and folded inwards at a right angle, and 4 drilled insertion holes (4) on the inner portion of the frontal wall (33).
  • The lateral wall (32) constitute of lateral section 1 (32 a), which extends from the both sides of the bottom floor (31) and folded; lateral section 2 (32 b), which runs parallel to lateral section 1 and adhered, lateral section 3 (32 c), which extends from the lateral section 2 (32 b) and folded to adhere to the floor; the inserting part of lateral section 1 (32 d), which extends from the both sides of lateral section 1 (32 a) to be bent and inserted to interior of the front (33) and rear (34) walls; the inserting part of the lateral section 2 (33 c), which extends from the both sides of lateral section 2 (32 b) to be bent and inserted into the interior of front (33) and rear (34) walls.
  • The frontal wall (33) constitute of frontal section 1 (33 a) extending from the front side of the floor (34) and bends inward; frontal section 2 (33 b), which faces parallel to frontal section 1 (33 a) and adhered; and frontal section 3 (33 c) which extends from frontal section 2 (33 b) and bends to adhere to the floor.
  • The rear wall (34) constitute of rear section 1 (34 a) which extends from the floor and bends inward; a rear section 2 (34 b) extending from the rear section 1 (34 a) and faces parallel to the rear section 1 (34 a) and adhered; a rear section 3 (34 c) extending from rear section 2 (34 b) bending inward to adhere to the floor.
  • As shown in FIG. 6, the handle (40) for the drawer has arrow head shaped hooks (41) on its two ends, so that insertion of the sharp ends into the inserting holes (35) is easily done, and the wing part of the arrow head prevents the handle from slipping out, so that using the roll of paper (42) that forms the bar of the handle (40), which a user can use to open and close the drawer (50).
  • As shown in FIG. 7, the fixation device (50) includes fixing portions (51) on the protruding partition (21) and engages with protrusions of the inserting portions and tapered inward, cutout recesses (52) formed at both sides of the fixation device (50) and allowing easy insertion of the fixing portions, and penetrating holes (53) formed at opposite to the cutout recesses (52) and allowing easy rotation of the fixing portions (51).
  • As shown in FIG. 8, the reinforcing device (60) of the said invention constitute of main reinforcing body (61) placed at the upper and lower portion of the main body (10), a coupler to the main body (62) extending and protruding from the both sides of the main reinforcing body (61) and adhering to the upper portion of the main body (10), a insertion portion to the main body (63) extending and protruding from between the coupler to the main body (62) having 2 layers and inserted into the cross section of the main body (10).
  • The assembly and operation of the foldable toy paper organizer according to the present invention will be described as follows.
  • As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, the assembling of the said foldable toy paper organizer according to instructions provided in the present invention, fold inwards a pair of lateral walls (12) extending from the rear wall (11) of the main body (10). At this juncture, bending lines (14) and folding lines (15) formed along the rear wall (11) and the lateral wall (12) allows the main body (10) to be folded at a right angle.
  • Then, protruding portion of the partition (21) can be inserted into the 5 columns of cutout holes (13) lined in straight line along the rear wall (11) and the lateral wall (12); afterwards the fixation device (50) can be inserted into the protruding portion of the partition (21) projecting out on the back side of the rear wall (11) and out of the lateral wall (12).
  • Main body (10) and the partition (20) are folded twice and bonding their folded inner walls with adhesive increases firmness.
  • Then 4 drawers (30) that will hold toys can be placed between the partitions (20), and afterwards placing the reinforcing devices (60) on upper and lower part of the main body (10) completes the assembly and as can be noted, anyone can easily accomplish the above procedures.
  • As shown in FIG. 5, drawers (30) have a rectangular floor (31) and these drawers can be assembled by folding at right angle the lateral walls (32) which extends from the both ends of the floor (31), and again folding at right angle the frontal wall (33) which extends from the front side of the floor, and then again folding at right angle the rear wall (34) which extends from the hind side of the floor. Thus drawer capable of holding toys or dolls are assembled.
  • As shown in FIG. 6, the handle (40) for the drawer has arrow-shaped hooks (41) on its both sides, so that insertion of sharp ends into the inserting holes (35) is easily done, and the wing part of the arrow head prevents the handle from slipping out, so that using the roll of paper (42) that forms the bar of the handle (40), a user can open and close the drawer (50).
  • As shown in FIG. 7, the fixation portion (51) of the fixation device (50) is made so that it matches perfectly to the protruding portions of the partition (21) on the both ends of the partition (20) so that it adheres tightly; cutout recesses (52) on both sides of fixation device (51) makes fixation portion (51) to be easily inserted, and inserting holes (53) on lateral sides of the fixation portion (51) makes the rotation of the fixation portion (51) smooth and easy.
  • As shown in FIG. 8, the reinforcing device (60) is fixed at upper and lower part of the main body (10); coupler to the main body (62) having extended outward from the both sides of the main reinforcing body (61) adheres to the cut out edges; inserting portion (63) that adheres to the double layered edges fixes securely, so that the edges separated by double layer is securely reinforced and fixed. This prevents the edges from being damaged from shock during transportation, or from water damage due to negligence.
  • Although the preferred embodiment of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions, and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.

Claims (8)

1. A foldable toy paper organizer comprising:
a main body including a rear wall, a pair of lateral walls folded at both sides of the rear wall, and plural rows of cutout holes formed on the rear wall and the lateral walls;
a partition (20) with protruding portions (21) that inserts into cutout holes (13) on the inner part of the main body (10);
a drawer (30) that is placed between the partitions (20) to accommodate things;
a handle (40) that is placed on front side of the drawer (30) to open and close the drawer (30);
fixation device (50) that has an open side to fit into protruding portion (21) of the partitions (20) to secure the partitions from the outer side of the main body (10);
reinforcing devices (60) that is fixed into upper and lower ends of the main body (1θ) to reinforce the main body (1θ).

The foldable toy paper organizer as set forth in claim 1, wherein the main body (1θ) is formed with bending lines (14) and folding lines (15) between the rear wall (11) and lateral walls (12), and folded inward along the bending lines and folding lines at a right angle, and the lateral walls (12) are folded outward to closely contact the rear wall (11).
3. The foldable toy paper organizer as set forth in claim 1, wherein the main body (1θ) and the partitions (20) are folded twice to respectively have dual layers and the layers bonded together with a adhesive.
4. The foldable toy paper organizer as set forth in claim 1, wherein the inner part of the drawer (30) has:
a rectangular floor (31);
lateral walls (32) extending from the both sides of the floor (31) and folded at right angle;
a frontal wall (33) extending from the frontal side of the floor (31) and folded at right angle;
rear wall (34) extending from the hind side of the floor (31) and folded at right angle; and
drawers having number of penetrated inserting holes (35).
5. The foldable toy paper organizer as set forth in claim 4, wherein the lateral walls (32) having:
a lateral section 1 (32 a) extending from floor of the drawer and folded inwards;
a lateral section 2 (32 b) extending from lateral section 1 (32 a) running parallel to the lateral section 1 (32 a) and adhered;
a lateral section 3 (32 c) that extends from lateral section 2 (32 b) and folded to adhere closely to the floor;
inserting portion of the lateral section 1 (32 d) that extends from two end sides of the lateral section 1 (32 a) and folded to be inserted into inner parts of the frontal wall (33) and the rear wall (34);
inserting portion of lateral section 2 (32 e) extending from the lateral section both ends of the lateral section 2 (32 b) and folded to fit into the inner parts of the frontal wall (33) and rear wall (34), wherein the frontal wall (33) constitute of frontal section 1 (33 a) extending from the floor (31) and folded;
a frontal section 2 (33 b) extending from the frontal section 1 (33 a) which runs parallel to the frontal section 1 (33 a) and adhered;
a frontal section 3 (33 c) that extends from frontal section 2 (33 b) and folds to adhere to the floor, wherein the rear wall (34) constitute of rear section 1 (34 a) that extends from the floor and folded;
a rear wall section 2 (34 b) that extends from rear section 1 (34 a) and runs parallel to the rear section 1 (34 a) and adhered; and
a rear section 3 (34 c) that extends from rear section 2 (34 b) and folds to adhere to the floor.

The foldable toy paper organizer as set forth in claim 1, wherein the handle (40) constitute of arrow head shaped ends that has hook-able ends (41) that inserts into the inserting holes (35) of the drawer (30), and hook-able ends (41) connected to the roll of paper (42) that forms the bar of the handle (40).

The foldable toy paper organizer as set forth in claim 1, wherein the fixation device (50) constitute of fixation portion (51) that is tapered inward to match the protrusions on the protruding portion (21) of the partition, cutout recesses (52) on both ends of fixation device (50) to allow for easy insertion of the fixation portion (51), and insertion holes (53) on fixation device to make easy the rotation of the fixation portion (51).

The foldable toy paper organizer as set forth in claim 1, wherein the reinforcing devices (60) comprise of main reinforcing bodies (61) which are placed on upper and lower parts of the main body (10), a coupler (62) that extends and protruding outward from both sides of the main reinforcing body (61) and adheres to the upper part of the main body (1θ), a main body insertion portion (63) that elongates from between the double layer of the main body coupler (62) and inserts into the cut out edges of the main body (10).
