Abstract

A new memo paper structure includes a memo paper seat and multiple memo paper sets. The memo paper seat is formed by connecting one end of two plates and extended to certain angle so that it can stand firmly. Meanwhile, a notch is set at a free end of one of the two plates and the memo paper set is formed by partially pasting and stacking multiple sheets of memo paper and arranged above the plate with a notch, meanwhile, each memo set protrudes to the outside of the notch; therefore, a user can easily rip off single memo paper so that the convenience of usage is enhanced. Moreover, all the memo paper of the memo paper sets can have different colors, or a simple drawing can be printed onto it, so as to enhance not only its look but also its distinguishing function when used in different documents.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention This invention relates to a memo paper structure, it more specifically relates to a new memo paper structure that facilitates the user in taking single memo paper, meanwhile, it has beautiful appearance, bright color, the post-it-pad paper seat provides both decorative function and visional effect.
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art
  • Memo paper is widely used nowadays, it is basically a paper of specific dimension, one side of it is partially pasted with back glue so that the user can use it to attach to the edge of documents of different kinds in order to distinguish different kinds of documents and to achieve document classification effect.
  • The prior art memo paper and paper clip seat comprising of multiple memo paper of a whole stack, they are arranged together into a paper clip seat, the user only rip the topmost paper from the opening of the paper clip seat during the use, and the front side or back side of the memo paper is partially pasted with glue material so that different memo paper are connected together, however, since the weight of the memo paper is so light, user might sometimes take part or a whole stack of memo paper from the paper clip seat during the ripping process, therefore, when someone is using the memo paper, he has to hold it with one hand and rips it off with another hand to separate the post-it-pad, both hands have to be used during the operation, therefore, therefore, the most criticized part of this kind of post-it-pad seat and memo paper is the difficulty in taking single memo paper during the use. Moreover, if the appearance and structure of the prior art memo paper is not changed in response to these problems, profit and competitiveness are negatively affected.
  • Therefore, in order to improve the design in the prior art memo paper seat and memo paper, the current inventor has exerted lots of effort in developing and designing innovative “New memo paper structure” targeting at improving the aforementioned drawbacks.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The major purpose of the current invention is to provide a new, simple and convenient memo paper structure in order to improve the difficulty mentioned above and to further enhance the practical use of memo paper.
  • Another purpose of the current invention is to provide a more beautiful, attractive and newer memo paper structure as compared to the prior art so that it also possesses decorative and visional effect when it is not in use.
  • In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, this new memo paper structure is designed to comprise of: a memo paper seat and multiple memo paper sets located above it; the memo paper seat is formed by connecting each end of two plates, the memo paper seat extends into certain angle and stands firm, meanwhile, a notch is set at one free end of one plate, the memo paper set is formed by partially pasting and stacking multiple sheets of memo paper, the memo paper set is arranged and attached onto the plate with a notch, moreover, each memo paper set is made to protrude to the outside of the notch; therefore, it is easier and more convenient for the user to take a single memo paper during the use.
  • In the following, a better embodiment accompanied with drawings is used to explain the current invention so that your esteemed examiner can have a better understanding on all kinds of functions of the current invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Please refer to FIG. 1, a new memo paper structure of the current invention comprising of a memo paper seat (1) and multiple memo paper sets(2) attached above it, wherein:
  • The memo paper seat (1) is formed by two plates (10) connected at one end of them and forms a certain angle in something like an inverted V shape so that it can stand firm, a notch (11) dents inwards is set at a free end of one of the plate (10), moreover, multiple memo paper sets (2) are arranged above the plate (10) with notch (11) and each memo paper set (2) protrudes to the outside of notch (11);
  • For the multiple memo paper sets (2), each of the memo paper sets (2) is formed by partially pasting and stacking multiple sheets of memo paper (20), moreover, each memo paper set (2) can be made by different color; this not only makes the whole set looks more beautiful and attractive but also enhances the decorative appearance and visional effect of the memo paper seat (1), or the memo paper surface can be printed with simple drawing (21) of a different color. The foregoing is for distinguishing purpose when it is in use. Therefore, it offers multiple purposes for enhanced value to a user.
  • Through the above, an integral and new memo paper structure is thus formed, this is as shown in FIG. 2.
  • Please refer further to FIG. 3, according to the above memo paper and in practical use, memo paper set (2) is selected according to the user's need and favor, a single memo paper (20) is ripped off for use, the operational method is the user uses his hand to flip the selected memo paper set (2) from bottom to top, after the topmost layer of memo paper (20) is taken down, the inherent adhering property of the paper is used to attach it to designated object; similarly, the above actions are repeated until all the memo (20) in the memo paper set (2) is used up completely.
  • Here we emphasize again the features of the current invention including: (1) It is formed by two plates connected at one end and extended to certain angle, therefore, when it is not in use or when it is to be collected for saving space, the two plates can contact each other to form a flat shape; meanwhile, when it is in use, it can extend to certain angle and stand. (2) One notch is set at the free end of a plate, and when all the memo paper sets are attached to it, the memo paper sets can protrude to the outside of the notch, therefore, it is very convenient to use. (3) All the memo paper sets are of different colors or simple drawing of different colors is printed onto each sheet of memo paper for distinguishing purpose when it is in use.
  • To summarize the above, this invention is indeed an innovative product, it is never seen in similar product, therefore, the requirement for patent application is met, we thus submit this application.
  • However, the above-mentioned is just a preferred embodiment of the current invention, any equivalent structure change could be made by the skilled artisan with reference to the content in the specification and drawing of the current invention, this change should be seen as within the scope of the current invention.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • Specific Drawing:
  • (1) The designated diagram for the present invention is FIG. 1.
  • FIG. 1 is a stereo decomposition drawing of a preferred embodiment of the current invention.
  • FIG. 2 is a stereo appearance drawing of a preferred embodiment of the current invention.
  • FIG. 3 is utilization status of a preferred embodiment of the current invention.
