Abstract
This creation is related to safety toe cap for work shoes, especially related to a kind of multi-axial weaving angle, multi-dimensional structure and capable of increasing strength for work shoes with safety toe cap base material structure.
Description
- (1) Field of the Invention
- This creation is related to safety toe cap for work shoes, especially related to a kind of multi-axial weaving angle, multi-dimensional structure and capable of increasing strength for work shoes with safety toe cap base material structure.
- (2) Description of the Prior Art
- According to known work shoes safety toe cap habitually used, it is by using mixed material such as fiber glass or thermoplastic resin etc. and molding by place it in a mold by hot press or thermoform. Because the strength is limited and not enough elongation, it is unable to be made as high strength safety toe cap. Consequently there is a kind of composite
lamination molding material 10 as perFIG. 1 , by means of strengthen fiber weaved cloth and weaved mixthermoplastic resin 11 in the center, the top and bottom face are using roving layer of strengthen short fiber glass mixthermoplastic resin 12, attempt using sandwich lamination to improve its strength, but this strength is also not perfect. - The main objective of this creation is to provide a kind of safety toe cap for work shoes that can provide another kind of molding material for increase safety toe cap strength, to make safety toe cap possess high strength structure.
- To achieve the above mentioned objective, this creates a kind of safety toe cap base material structure for work shoes. It is including at least 3˜5 layers of fiber layer comprised by method of pressing. And, each of these fiber layers is formed by molding materials using strengthen fiber glass or thermoplastics resin filament weaving at four kinds of different angles. To provide a kind of multi-axial and multi-dimensional structure safety toe cap base material structure, results in better strengthen effect and safety.
-
FIG. 1 —The cross sectional diagram for habitually known toe cap base material. -
FIG. 2 —3D exploded diagram for this invention base material layout. -
FIG. 3 —Plan diagram for each layer of base material fiber weaving method under this invention. -
FIG. 4 is an enlarged drawing of area A inFIG. 3 . - As indicated by
FIG. 2 ˜FIG. 4 , this invention provide work shoe safety toe cap base material structure 20, allow different strength requirement by choosing at least 3˜5 layers of fiber, and then use pressing method to bond together such fiber layers by hot press and form a base material structure. This invention in practice is using afirst fiber layer 22, asecond fiber layer 24 and athird fiber layer 26 forming three fiber layers structure, certainly can also rely on using different number of such fiber layers with same method as this invention to form a base material. But we point out clearly that base material apply with and made by same method as this invention is also belong to same technical category as this invention. However, each ofsuch fiber layers - Each of
such fiber layer first filament second filament third filament fourth filament FIG. 3 ,FIG. 4 , it merely provide afiber layer 22 for illustration as below, in whichfirst filament 221 is parallel with the paper's x-axis and is 0 degree horizontal direction arrange in parallel order. Thesecond filament 222 is 90 degree with paper's x-axis, in another word thesecond filament 222 with thefirst filament 221 is cross in a perpendicular state, and at the weaving link, thesecond filament 222 is by ways of one up one down winding through each of thefirst filament 221. - The
third filament 223 is by way of 45 degree to each of thefirst filament 221 andsecond filament 222, during weaving one filament is positioned above first andsecond filament second filament second filament - The
fourth filament 224 is similarly by having 45 degree angle to each of thefirst filament 221 andsecond filament 222, and is cross perpendicular with thethird filament 223. During weaving one filament is similarly positioned above the first andsecond filament second filament second filament third filament 223. From the above safety toe cap base material structure 20, because each ofsuch fiber layer fiber layer fourth filament 221˜224, 241˜244, 261˜264 are weaving by winding through different angle and the links are binding tightly. So the safety toe cap base material structure 20 for this invention has multi-axial and multi-dimensional fiber layer structure. Therefore it has the effect of sustain various reaction force from different angle, in another word, better strengthen effect and better safety can be safety can be produced, thoroughly eliminate the deficiency of habitually used toe cap. - We must provide explanation, that weaving by different angle of filaments, no matter what the angle is between first and second filament, and the angle that the third and fourth filament is winding through the first and second filament, as long as the base material is pile together by multi-layers of fiber layers, and each fiber layer is formed by weaving multiple filament and different angles, having multi-axial direction and multi-dimensional fiber layer structure, providing same effect as the actual invention, they are also belong to same technical category as this invention.
- Sum up the description above, this invention of work shoes safety toe cap base material structure, its entire structure is truly the first invention and posses practical effect, it should have conform to the invention pattern requirement. We earnestly request examining commissioner to examine in detail, and grant us the pattern at the earliest.
