Abstract
An electrostatic dust-sticky cleaning device comprises a handle; a driving element being a hollow rectangular box body; a pull rod being slidable in a slot of the box body; an interior of the box body being installed with a unidirectional gear; a driving belt winding around the unidirectional gear; a spindle of the unidirectional gear rotatably installed to the driving belt; a cleaning unit including a cylinder roller, a friction pad, and a semi-round cover; a second spindle of the roller being assembled to a third lateral side of the box body of the driving element. When the roller rotates, it will rub the surface of the friction pad so that the surface of the roller will generate static electrons. Thereby the accumulate dusts can be assembled to the gap between the semi-round cover and the roller.
Description
- The present invention relates to cleaning devices, in particular to an electrostatic dust-sticky cleaning device, wherein dusts or dirt on the clothes, chairs, or floors can be accumulated effectively and then a roller is used to adhere these dusts or dirt by static electrons from rubbing. Meanwhile, the dirt or dust can be accumulated to a gap between the roller and a semi-round cover for being further accumulated to a box. Thereby in the present invention, by pulling a pull rod of a driving element, the operation of the present invention can be performed.
- In the current life, some people like to breed pets, such as dogs, or cats. Furthermore, some harmful objects, such as chemical particles or floating particles in the air, will pollute the living environments so as to affect the health of human body. However these dusts and dirt are easily accumulate on chairs, tables, beds, floors, clothes, etc. Thus, they are necessary to be removed. In the prior art, brushes are used to remove the dusts and dirt. The brushes only remove the dusts and dirt, but it can not accumulate them. Thereby the brushes remove the dusts and dirt to other sides, such as from chairs to floors and thus they are not really removed.
- In one prior art, a feather brush is used to clean the dusts and dirt. However the feathers easy adhere the dusts and dirt, but the feathers can not be washed. Thus, when it is used for a long time, the brush will be deserted. In another prior art, a sticky glue tape is used to remove the hairs, but the hairs on the tape can not be removed.
- Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide an electrostatic dust-sticky cleaning device, wherein dusts or dirt on the clothes, chairs, or floors can be accumulated effectively and then a roller is used to adhere these dusts or dirt by static electrons from rubbing. Meanwhile, the dirt or dusts can be accumulated to a gap between the roller and a semi-round cover for being further accumulated to a box. Thereby in the present invention, by pulling a pull rod of a driving element, the operation of the present invention can be performed.
- To achieve above objects, the present invention provides an electrostatic dust-sticky cleaning device which comprises a handle; a driving element being a hollow rectangular box body; the handle being installed to a first lateral side of the box body of the driving element; a second lateral side of the box body having a slot; a pull rod being slidable in the slot; an interior of the box body being installed with a unidirectional gear; a driving belt winding around the unidirectional gear; one end of the driving belt being connected to one end of a spring and another end of the driving belt being connected to the pull rod; another end of the spring being connected to one end of a metal buffer and another end of the metal buffer being connected to an inner wall of the slot; a spindle of the unidirectional gear rotatably installed to the driving belt; the pulling force of the pull rod will drive the driving belt to further drive the unidirectional gear so that the unidirectional gear rotates counterclockwise; a cleaning unit including a cylinder roller, a friction pad, and a semi-round cover; a second spindle of the roller being assembled to a third lateral side of the box body of the driving element; the second spindle being further assembled to a center of the unidirectional gear of the driving element so that when the unidirectional gear rotates, the roller is driven to rotate unidirectionally; the friction pad being fixed to the third lateral side of the box body; one side of the friction pad being assembled to a surface of the roller; when the roller rotates, it will rub the surface of the friction pad so that the surface of the roller will generate static electrons; one lateral side of the semi-round cover being formed with a third spindle which is pivotally installed to an outer side of the box body of the driving element; thereby the accumulate dusts can be assembled to the gap between the semi-round cover and the roller.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

FIG. 5 shows the application of the present invention. - In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
- Referring to
FIGS. 1 and 2 , the electrostatic dust-sticky cleaning device of the present invention is illustrated. The present invention has the following elements - A
handle 10 is pivotally installed to the driving element 20. - A driving element 20 is a hollow
rectangular box body 21. Thehandle 10 is installed to a first lateral side of thebox body 21 of the driving element 20. A second lateral side of thebox body 21 has aslot 26. Apull rod 25 is slidable in theslot 26. An interior of thebox body 21 is installed with aunidirectional gear 24. - A
driving belt 23 winds around theunidirectional gear 24. One end of thedriving belt 23 is connected to one end of aspring 22 and another end of thedriving belt 23 is connected to thepull rod 25. Another end of thespring 22 is connected to one end of ametal buffer 27 and another end of themetal buffer 27 is connected to an inner wall of theslot 26 by using a screw. - A spindle 251 of the
unidirectional gear 24 is rotatably installed to adriving belt 23. The pulling force of thepull rod 25 will drive thedriving belt 23 to further drive theunidirectional gear 24 so that theunidirectional gear 24 rotates counterclockwise. - A
cleaning unit 30 includes acylinder roller 31, afriction pad 32, aknife 33 and asemi-round cover 34. A second spindle 311 of theroller 31 is assembled to a third lateral side of thebox body 21 of the driving element 20. The second spindle 311 is further assembled to a center of theunidirectional gear 24 of the driving element 20 so that when theunidirectional gear 24 rotates, theroller 31 is driven to rotate unidirectionally. Thefriction pad 32 andknife 33 are fixed to the third lateral side of thebox body 21. A backside of theknife 33 is assembled to one side of thefriction pad 32. The combination of theknife 33 and thefriction pad 32 is formed with a groove 331. Another side of thefriction pad 32 is assembled to a surface of theroller 31. When theroller 31 rotates, it will rub the surface of thefriction pad 32 so that the surface of theroller 31 will generate static electrons. One lateral side of thesemi-round cover 34 is formed with athird spindle 341 which is pivotally installed to an outer side of thebox body 21 of the driving element 20. Another side of thesemi-round cover 34 is connected to a groove 331. Thereby the accumulate dusts can be assembled to the gap between thesemi-round cover 34 and theroller 31. If it is desired to remove the accumulate dusts, thesemi-round cover 34 rotates along thethird spindle 341 clockwise so that thesemi-round cover 34 leaves from the groove 331 between thefriction pad 32 and theknife 33, as shown inFIG. 5 . - In this embodiment, a material of the surface of the
roller 31 is plastics, such as PVC. Thefriction pad 32 is made of leather material, may be natural or manmade leathers. The material of theknife 33 is rubber. - Referring to
FIGS. 3 and 5 , theknife 33 serves to remove the hairs or dusts on an object to be cleaned. Then thepull rod 25 of the driving element 20 is pulled so as to drive thedriving belt 23 to drive theunidirectional gear 24 and theroller 31. In the process, theroller 31 rubs thefriction pad 32 so that the surface of theroller 31 generates static electrons for absorbing dusts. Since theunidirectional gear 24 only rotates unidirectionally, the dusts on the surface of theroller 31 will accumulate in the gap between thesemi-round cover 34 of thecleaning unit 30 and theroller 31. - The present invention not only achieves the object of reusing. When removing the dusts or dirt, it is only necessary to open the
semi-round cover 34 of thecleaning unit 30. - The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
Claims (5)
1. An electrostatic dust-sticky cleaning device comprising:
a handle;
a driving element being a hollow rectangular box body; the handle being installed to a first lateral side of the box body of the driving element; a second lateral side of the box body having a slot;
a pull rod slidably installed in the slot; an interior of the box body being installed with a unidirectional gear;
a driving belt winding around the unidirectional gear; one end of the driving belt being connected to one end of a spring and another end of the driving belt being connected to the pull rod; another end of the spring being connected to one end of a metal buffer and another end of the metal buffer being connected to an inner wall of the slot; a spindle of the unidirectional gear rotatably installed to the driving belt; the pulling force of the pull rod will drive the driving belt to further drive the unidirectional gear so that the unidirectional gear rotates counterclockwise;
a cleaning unit including a cylinder roller, a friction pad, and a semi-round cover; a second spindle of the roller being assembled to a third lateral side of the box body of the driving element; the second spindle being further assembled to a center of the unidirectional gear of the driving element so that when the unidirectional gear rotates, the roller is driven to rotate unidirectionally; the friction pad being fixed to the third lateral side of the box body; one side of the friction pad being assembled to a surface of the roller; when the roller rotates, it will rub the surface of the friction pad so that the surface of the roller will generate static electrons; one lateral side of the semi-round cover being formed with a third spindle which is pivotally installed to an outer side of the box body of the driving element; thereby the accumulate dusts can be assembled to the gap between the semi-round cover and the roller.
2. The electrostatic dust-sticky cleaning device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a knife, a backside of the knife being assembled to one side of the friction pad; the combination of the knife and the friction pad being formed with a groove; another lateral side of the semi-round cover being connected to the groove.
3. The electrostatic dust-sticky cleaning device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the knife is made of rubber.
4. The electrostatic dust-sticky cleaning device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the roller is made of plastics.
5. The electrostatic dust-sticky cleaning device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the friction pad is made of natural leather.
