Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1) Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to hair brushes, referring to a kind of hair brush having an improved structure, specifically regarding the arrangement of the combing bristles and vegetable bristle section.
  • 2) Description of the Prior Art
  • As known, prior art hair brushes having vegetable bristle section combing bristles in a radial columnar shape all utilize a common-axis design and, furthermore, the combing bristles are disposed symmetrically along the axis. Therefore, when used to brush hair, only a single surface is groomed and the hair appears in a flattened state. In this type of hair brush, to solve such problems, each combing bristle is of unequal length and combined into an arrangement. However, the effectiveness is limited.
  • As indicated in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 2-1, which discloses this type of prior art hair brush 1, the prior art is comprised of a grip handle section 12 that provides for the embedding of a vegetable bristle section 10 and combing bristles 11; FIG. 1 is an isometric drawing of this type of prior hair brush, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional drawing of FIG. 1, wherein the vegetable bristle section 10 combing bristles 11 are of a radial columnar shape and the length of each combing bristle 11 are nominally equal, as shown in the drawings, such that when said structure brushes the hair, only a single surface is groomed and it is not possible to simultaneously brush the surface layer, middle layer, and inner layer; the length of each combing bristle 11 in the vegetable bristle section 10 can be unequal and combined into an arrangement, as indicated in FIG. 2-1, but the effect is extremely limited and it is still not possible to effectively brush the surface layer, middle layer, and inner layer of the hair.
  • FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional drawing of another prior art hair brush of this type, wherein the vegetable bristle section 10 combing bristles 11 and 11′ are of a radial columnar shape; since the long combing bristles 11 and the short combing bristles 11′ are in an equally crossed over arrangement and simply because the long and short combing bristles 11 and 11′ are consist of an equally crossed over arrangement illustrated by the invisible line, when said structure is utilized to brush the hair, the short combing bristles 11′ still merely brush the single surface layer of the hair such that only said single surface of the hair is groomed as the simultaneous brushing of the surface layer, middle layer, and inner layer of the hair is not possible; in other words, although the combing bristles 11 and 11′ are long and short, the short combing bristles 11′ portion only provides for the forced temporary application of the long combing bristles 11 against the hair and are incapable, when the hair is brushed, of respectively brushing the surface layer, middle layer, and inner layer of the hair.
  • As a result, how to address a suitable improvement of such hair brushes such that when the hair is brushed, they are capable of simultaneously brushing inclusively the surface layer, middle layer, and inner layer of the hair and no longer limited to bringing a single layer of hair or any one layer into a flattened state, thereby ensuring hair brushing and grooming effectiveness such that the hair is even more attractive, which a major theme of the present invention.
  • OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
  • It is an object of the present invention to provide a hair brush in which the design of vegetable bristle section and the combing bristles differs from that of the prior art round columnar shape, the vegetable bristle section consisting of a multi-petal flower petal shape by design; in said multi-petal flower petal shape, the vegetable bristle section is divided into a plurality of zones and the combing bristles are embedded in each zone, since the embedded vegetable bristle section utilizes high- and low-point as well as long and short combing bristles, the embedded combing bristles produce a stepped shaped arrangement for multi-level hair brushing effectiveness, they are capable of the inclusive brushing of the surface layer, middle layer, and inner layer of the hair and no longer only limited to brushing a single layer of hair or any one layer into a flattened state, thereby ensuring hair brushing and grooming effectiveness such that the hair is even more attractive.
  • It is another object of the present invention to provide a hair brush in which the vegetable bristle section is of an irregular design and similarly, the vegetable bristle section is divided into a plurality of zones and the combing bristles are embedded in each zone, since the embedded vegetable bristle section utilizes high- and low-point as well as long and short combing bristles, the embedded combing bristles produce a stepped shaped arrangement for multi-level hair brushing effectiveness, they are capable of the inclusive brushing of the surface layer, middle layer, and inner layer of the hair and no longer only limited to a single layer of hair or any one layer.
  • It is a further object of the present invention to provide a hair brush in which the vegetable bristle section is of a semicircular shaped or straight shaped arrangement with the vegetable bristle section still divided into a plurality of zones, each small zonal unit having combing bristles a, b, and c respectively embedded that are of differing length, the differences in height manifesting a stepped, multilevel profile.
  • It is a further object of the present invention to provide a hair brush in which the vegetable bristle section is of a round columnar shape, but the vegetable bristle section is divided into a plurality of zones, each small zonal unit having combing bristles of differing length respectively embedded therein, the differences in height manifesting a stepped, multilevel profile.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The hair brush of the present invention is comprised of a grip handle section that provides for the embedding of a vegetable bristle section and combing bristles, wherein said vegetable bristle section is not a round columnar shape but a multisided five-petal, plum blossom in shape, the unique feature of which is: Due to the plum flower-shaped exterior structure, the vegetable bristle section is divided into a plurality of zones, each protruding plum flower petal nominally constituting a small zonal unit, with combing bristles embedded in the trough floor, near waist section, and far waist section or ridge section of each small zonal unit, and each combing bristle projects at an unequal height, thereby manifesting a stepped, multilevel profile; in other words, the vegetable bristle section combing bristles are divided into a plurality of zones such that after the combing bristles are respectively embedded in each zone consisting of a trough floor, near waist section, and far waist section or ridge section, they are disposed at differing high and low intervals.
  • When the hair brush of the present invention is utilized to comb the hair, since the longest combing bristles a along each far waist section or ridge section are separated by a certain distance and, furthermore, the combing bristles along the near waist sections and far waist sections or ridge sections are according to height in a stepped, multilevel arrangement, when hair is combed, it is not brought into a flat state but a tapered shovel-like state consisting of a surface layer, middle layer, and inner layer respectively achieved by the combing bristles disposed at differing high and low points which in addition to grooming hair at the surface layer also brushes hair at the middle layer and the inner layer to effectively achieve hair management tasks.
  • Furthermore, the combing bristle quantity of the present invention can be appropriately increased or decreased, the quantity of plum flower blossom petals can be as few as five or more than six, and the step orientation can be either of a counter-clockwise or clockwise arrangement.
  • Additionally, the present invention is not limited to a round columnar shape but can be of a semicircular shaped or straight shaped arrangement, and it is only necessary that the combing bristles be of differing height to manifest a stepped, multilevel arrangement to respectively brush the surface layer, middle layer, and inner layer of the hair, thereby achieving the requirements of the present invention.
  • Additionally, the vegetable bristle section flower petals of the hair brush of the present invention are not identically curved to the left and the right, but are in an unequally curved left and right arrangement that retains the unique features of the present invention: The vegetable bristle section is still divided into a plurality of zones, each protruding plum flower petal nominally constituting a small zonal unit, and each small zonal unit having combing bristles respectively embedded in its trough floor, near waist section, and far waist section or ridge section, with each combing bristle projecting at an unequal height of thereby manifesting a stepped, multilevel profile; in other words, the vegetable bristle section combing bristles are divided into a plurality of zones such that after the combing bristles are respectively embedded, they are disposed at differing high and low intervals.
  • Furthermore, based on the present invention, the vegetable bristle section of the hair brush can also be of a round columnar shape that is not a flower petal shape and the combing bristles each disposed at different lengths in the vegetable bristle section such that the individual combing bristle intervals form a stepped, multilevel, wave-shaped profile in a graduated arrangement to respectively brush the surface layer, middle layer, and inner layer of the hair.
