circular paper rolls 11 and the secondcircular paper rolls 21 of the present invention can be made by a waste material of the paper rolls by using a secondary manufacturing process, and thus the manufacture of the paper pallet not only complies with the requirements of the environmental protection, but also can allows manufacturers to cut the firstcircular paper rolls 11 and the secondcircular paper rolls 21 according to actual needs, and further change the height of the carryingmembers 10 and thelegs 20. - Referring to
FIGS. 7 and 9 , two adjacent secondcircular paper rolls 21 are engaged with each other by thechannels 22 disposed on the sidewall of the secondcircular paper rolls 21, and thus two adjacent secondcircular paper rolls 21 engaged by using thechannels 22 can be slid along thechannel 22 on the sidewalls to adjust the distance between two adjacent secondcircular paper rolls 21 and further increase or decrease the number of secondcircular paper rolls 21 according to the actual needs. - Referring to
FIGS. 10 and 11 , the firstcircular paper rolls 11 and the secondcircular paper rolls 22 are stacked with each other, and a surface paper material is used for wrapping them, so as to increase the height and structural strength of the carryingmembers 10 and thelegs 20. - Referring to FIGS. 12 to 15, the
legs 20 are made of a circular paper roll of a different height, which is referred to as thirdcircular paper rolls 30 here. The thirdcircular paper rolls 30 include a plurality ofgrooves 31 mutually embedded with each other by using the thirdcircular paper rolls 30 of different heights. The embedment is accomplished by alternately arranging the paper rolls as shown in the figures. - Referring to
FIGS. 14 and 15 , the external diameter of the thirdcircular paper rolls 30 is slightly smaller than the internal diameter of the firstcircular paper rolls 11, so that the firstcircular paper rolls 11 can be sheathed into the taller thirdcircular paper rolls 30. Finally, a surface paper material B is used to wrap thethird paper rolls 30 to form a plurality oflegs 20 with different heights. The carryingboard 10 made of the firstcircular paper rolls 11 can be placed on top of thelegs 20 made of the thirdcircular paper rolls 30, and then the firstcircular paper rolls 11 and the thirdcircular paper rolls 30 constitute a high load-bearing paper pallet. - Referring to
FIG. 16 , the carryingmembers 10 made of the firstcircular paper rolls 11 are placed on thelegs 20 made of the thirdcircular paper rolls 30. Since thelegs 20 are made of the thirdcircular paper rolls 30 of different heights by placing the third circular paper rolls on concentric circles, therefore the firstcircular paper rolls 11 can be sheathed into the thirdcircular paper rolls 30 and the bottom of the firstcircular paper rolls 11 is attached precisely onto the thirdcircular paper rolls 30 having a smaller height, and thus the shorter thirdcircular paper rolls 30 can support the firstcircular paper rolls 11, and the firstcircular paper rolls 11 can be fixed onto the thirdcircular paper rolls 30 to constitute a high load-bearing paper pallet structure. - While the invention has been described by way of example and in terms of a preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited thereto. To the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements and procedures, and the scope of the appended claims therefore should be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar arrangements and procedures.
- In summation of the above description, the present invention herein enhances the performance than the conventional structure and further complies with the patent application requirements and is submitted to the Patent and Trademark Office for review and granting of the commensurate patent rights.
