Abstract
A combined air-conditioning ventilator includes a combining member bored with several through holes. A plurality of faceplates are assembled under the combining member and respectively bored with a wind outlet communicating with the through hole of the combining member. At least one wind-collecting box is assembled on the combining member and bored with wind-exhausting vents communicating with the through holes of the combining member for blowing and sending cold air to the wind outlets of the faceplates. A vaporizer, a motor and a blower are installed on the faceplates, with the vaporizer connected with the wind-collecting box. The combined air-conditioning ventilator can be assembled or dissembled quickly and conveniently, saving cost and exhausting out cold air to distant locations.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- This invention relates to a combined air-conditioning ventilator, particularly to one provided with a combining member bored with several through holes. A plurality of faceplates are assembled under the combining member and respectively bored with a wind outlet communicating with the through hole of the combining member. A wind-collecting box is assembled on the combining member and bored with plural wind vents respectively communicating with the through holes of the combining member for blowing and sending cold air to the wind outlets of the faceplates. A vaporizer, a motor and a blower are disposed on the faceplates, with the vaporizer connected with the wind-collecting box. By so designing, the combined air conditioning ventilator of this invention can be assembled and disassembled quickly and conveniently, saving cost in provision of wind ducts as well as labor and time in assemblage, able to exhaust out cold air in a large amount and enabling cold air to reach to any location in a room.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- A conventional air-conditioning system is generally installed on the flooring of an upper storey and provided with a vaporizer for condensing air into cold air to be blown to wind-exhausting faceplates through wind ducts and then sent out through the wind outlets of the wind-exhausting faceplates. If an indoor space is comparatively large and a large-sized air conditioner has to be installed on a ceiling, it is necessary to dismantle parts of the ceiling framework first and then the air-conditioner is lifted up and installed on the ceiling by several workers, possible to cause danger during dismantling of the ceiling and increasing difficulty in subsequent maintenance work. On the other hand, if a comparatively small-sized air conditioner with a comparatively small wind exhausting amount is installed for use in a large indoor space, it is necessary to have several wind ducts connected with the air conditioner so that cold air can be guided and sent to distant locations, thus consuming much time and labor in assembly of wind ducts.
- The objective of the invention is to offer a combined air-conditioning ventilator able to be assembled and installed quickly and conveniently, saving cost in provision of wind ducts as well as time and labor in assembly, able to exhaust out cold air with a large amount, enabling cold air to reach distant locations and facilitating subsequent maintenance work.
- A first feature of the invention is a combining member bored with several through holes. A plurality of faceplates are assembled under the combining member and respectively bored with a wind outlet. At least one wind-collecting box is assembled on the combining member, installed with a motor and a blower in the interior and bored with plural wind vents for blowing and sending cold air to the wind outlets of the faceplates. A vaporizer is assembled at one side of the wind-collecting box.
- A second feature of the invention is a combining member bored with several through holes. A plurality of faceplates are assembled under the combining member and respectively bored with a wind outlet. At least one wind-collecting box is assembled on the combining member and bored with plural wind vents for blowing and sending cold air to the wind outlets of the faceplates. A vaporizer is assembled at one side of the wind-collecting box. A wind-return box is assembled at the other side of the vaporizer, having a motor and a blower installed in the interior.
- A third feature of the invention is a combining member bored with several through holes. A plurality of faceplates are assembled under the combining member and respectively bored with a wind outlet. A vaporizer, a motor and a blower are disposed on the faceplates. At least one wind-collecting box is assembled on the combining member and connected with the vaporizer and respectively bored with a wind vent for blowing and sending cold air to the wind outlets of the faceplates.
- A fourth feature of the invention is a plurality of faceplates respectively bored with a wind outlet. A plurality of wind-collecting boxes are assembled on the faceplates and secured on the flooring of an upper storey, having wind vents communicating with the wind outlets of the faceplates. A vaporizer, a motor and a blower are disposed on the faceplates.

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the faceplates matched and assembled into a multi-directional wind exhausting structure. - A first preferred embodiment of a combined air-conditioning ventilator in the present invention, as shown in
FIGS. 1 and 2 , includes a combiningmember 1, a plurality offaceplates 2, at least one wind-collectingbox 3, avaporizer 4 and a wind-return box 7 combined together. - The combining
member 1 is bored with several throughholes 10 and threadedholes 11 and has its opposite sides respectively provided with ahang ear 12 to be fitted with the threaded rods secured in advance on the flooring of an upper storey and then locked together by nuts. - The
faceplates 2 assembled under the combiningmember 1 are respectively bored with awind outlet 20 and a wind-return hole 21, with thewind outlets 20 of thefaceplates 2 communicating with the throughholes 10 of the combiningmember 1. Further, thefaceplates 2 are bored with plural threadedholes 22 respectively aligned to the threadedholes 11 of the combiningmember 1, with bolts (N) screwed in the threadedholes member 1 together with thefaceplates 2. - The wind-collecting
box 3 assembled on the combiningmember 1 is installed with amotor 5 and ablower 6 in the interior and bored with a plurality ofwind vents 30 respectively communicating with the throughholes 10 of the combiningmember 1 for blowing and sending cold air to thewind outlets 20 of thefaceplates 2. Further, the wind-collectingbox 3 has the opposite upper ends of one side respectively fixed with ahook 31 and its lower side bored with plural threadedholes 32 respectively aligned to the threadedholes 11 of the combiningmember 1 for bolts (N) to be screwed therein to combine the wind-collectingbox 3 on the combiningmember 1. Furthermore, the wind-collectingbox 3 has its outer wall provided with a heat-preservingmaterial 33 to prevent the outer wall from forming dew. - The
vaporizer 4 assembled at one side of the wind-collecting box 3 has its upper side provided with atop plate 40 having the opposite ends of one side respectively provided with ahanger 41 to be hooked by thehook 31 of the wind-collecting box 3 and the opposite ends of the other side respectively provided with ahook 42. - The wind-
return box 7 is hung and assembled at the other side of thevaporizer 4 and exactly covered on the wind-return holes 21 of thefaceplates 2 and has the opposite upper ends of one side respectively provided with ahanger 70 to be hooked by thehooks 42 of thevaporizer 4. - In assembling, firstly, the
faceplates 2 are arranged and installed on a ceiling and the combiningmember 1 is pivotally assembled on thefaceplates 2. Subsequently, the combiningmember 1 has thehang ears 12 at its opposite sides respectively fitted around the threaded rods secured in advance on the flooring of an upper storey and then locked together by nuts. Next, the wind-collectingbox 3 is threadably combined on the combiningmember 1 and thevaporizer 4 is assembled at one side of the wind-collectingbox 3 by having itshangers 41 hooked by thehooks 31 of the wind-collecting box 3. Lastly, the wind-return box 7 is hung and assembled at the other side of thevaporizer 4 to finish assembly of the combined air-conditioning ventilator. Thus, when the blades of theblower 6 are driven to rotate, air will be sucked inward to be condensed into cold air by thevaporizer 4, and simultaneously the cold air is blown and sent to thewind outlets 20 of thefaceplates 2 by theblower 6 in the wind-collectingbox 3. By so designing, the air-conditioning ventilator of this invention can be assembled and installed quickly arid conveniently, saving cost in provision of wind ducts as well as time and labor in assembly, able to exhaust out cold air in a large amount to reach distant locations and facilitate subsequent maintenance work. - A second preferred embodiment of a combined air-conditioning ventilator in the present invention, as shown in
FIGS. 3 and 4 , includes a combiningmember 1, a plurality offaceplates 2, at least one wind-collectingbox 3, avaporizer 4 and a wind-return box 7 combined together. - The combining
member 1 is bored with several throughholes 10 and threadedholes 11 and has the opposite sides respectively provided with ahang ear 12 to be fitted with the threaded rods secured in advance on the flooring of an upper storey and then locked together by nuts. - The
faceplates 2 assembled under the combiningmember 1 are respectively bored with awind outlet 20 and a wind-return hole 21, with thewind outlets 20 communicating with the throughholes 10 of the combiningmember 1. Further, thefaceplates 2 are bored with plural threadedholes 22 aligned to the threadedholes 11 of the combiningmember 1 for bolts (N) to be screwed therein. - The wind-collecting
boxes 3 assembled on the combiningmember 1 are respectively bored with awind vent 30 communicating with the throughhole 10 of the combiningmember 1 for blowing and sending cold air to thewind outlets 20 of thefaceplates 2. The wind-collectingbox 3 is further provided with ahook 31 at the opposite upper ends of one side and bored with plural threadedholes 32 aligned to the threadedholes 11 of the combiningmember 1 for bolts (N) to be screwed therein. In addition, the wind-collectingbox 3 has its outer wall provided with a heat-preservingmaterial 33 to prevent the outer wall from forming dew. - The
vaporizer 4 assembled at one side of the wind-collecting box 3 has its upper side provided with atop plate 40 having the opposite ends of one side respectively fixed with ahanger 41 to be hooked by thehooks 31 of the wind-collecting box 3 and the opposite ends of the other side respectively fixed with ahook 42. - The wind-
return box 7 is hung and assembled on the other side of thevaporizer 4 and exactly covered on the wind-return holes 21 of thefaceplates 2, having amotor 5 and ablower 6 installed in the interior. The wind-return box 7 is further fixed with ahanger 70 at the opposite ends of one side to be hooked by thehooks 42 of thevaporizer 4. - In assembling, firstly, the
faceplates 2 are arranged side by side and installed on a ceiling and then the combiningmember 1 is pivotally assembled on thefaceplates 2. Next, the two hangears 12 at the opposite sides of the combiningmember 1 are fitted with two threaded rods secured in advance on the flooring of an upper storey and then locked together by nuts. Subsequently, the wind-collecting box 3 is threadably combined on the combiningmember 1 and thevaporizer 4 has itshangers 41 hooked by thehooks 31 of the wind-collecting box 3. Lastly, the wind-return box 7 has itshangers 70 hooked by thehooks 42 of thevaporizer 4 to finish assemblage of the air-conditioning ventilator. Thus, when theblower 6 is started to operate, air will be sucked inward to be condensed into cold air by thevaporizer 4, and simultaneously the cold air is blown out through the wind vents 30 of the wind-collecting box 3 and sent to thewind outlets 20 of thefaceplates 2. - A third preferred embodiment of a combined air-conditioning ventilator in the present invention, as shown in
FIG. 5 , includes a combiningmember 1, a plurality offaceplates 2, at least one wind-collecting box 3, avaporizer 4, amotor 5 and ablower 6 combined together. - The combining
member 1 is bored with several throughholes 10 and threadedholes 11 and has its opposite sides respectively provided with ahang ear 12 to be fitted with the threaded rods secured in advance on the flooring of an upper storey and then locked together by nuts. - The
faceplates 2 assembled under the combiningmember 1 are respectively bored with awind outlet 20 communicating with the throughhole 10 of the combiningmember 1. - The wind-collecting
boxes 3 assembled on the combiningmember 1 are respectively bored with awind vent 30 communicating with the throughhole 10 of the combiningmember 1 for blowing and sending cold air to thewind outlets 20 of thefaceplates 2. Additionally, the wind-collecting box 3 is provided with ahook 31 at the opposite upper ends of one side and bored with threadedholes 32 aligned to the threadedholes 11 of the combiningmember 1 for bolts (N) to be screwed therein. Moreover, the wind-collecting box 3 has its outer wall provided with a heat-preserving material to prevent the outer wall from forming dew. - The
vaporizer 4 assembled at one side of the wind-collecting box 3 has its upper side provided with atop plate 40 having the opposite ends of one side respectively fixed with ahanger 41 to be hooked by thehooks 41 of the wind-collecting box 4. - The
motor 5 and theblower 6 are installed on thefaceplates 2 or in the wind-collecting box 3. Thus, when theblower 6 is driven to operate, air will be sucked inward to be condensed into cold air by thevaporizer 4, and in the meantime the cold air is blown and sent to thewind outlets 20 of thefaceplates 2 through the wind vents 30 of thewind collecting box 3. - A fourth preferred embodiment of a combined air-conditioning ventilator in the present invention, as shown in
FIGS. 6 and 7 , has the same structure as that described in the third preferred embodiment, except that thevaporizer 4 has one side provided with aside plate 43 bored with at least one wind-return hole 430 for connectingwind ducts 8. - In addition, the
faceplates 2 withwind outlet 20 can be arranged and installed on a ceiling, and the wind-collecting box 3 having wind-exhaustingvents 30 communicating with thewind outlets 20 of thefaceplates 2 for blowing and sending cold air out can be assembled on thefaceplates 2 and locked with the threaded rods secured in advance on flooring of an upper. Thevaporize 4, themotor 5 and theblower 6 can be disposed on thefaceplates 2. - Moreover, the
faceplates 2 of this invention can be matched and combined into a multi-directional wind exhausting structure, as shown inFIG. 8 . - To sum up, this invention has the following advantages.
- 1. It can be assembled and installed quickly and conveniently, saving cost in provision of wind ducts and time and labor in assemblage.
- 2. It is able to exhaust out cold air in a large amount, enabling cold air to be blown and sent to distant places.
- 3. It can easily be assembled and disassembled, able to save labor and time in assembly and in subsequent maintenance work.
- While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (9)
1. A combined air-conditioning ventilator comprising:
a combining member bored with several through holes;
a plurality of faceplates assembled under said combining member, said faceplates respectively bored with a wind outlet;
at least one wind-collecting box assembled on said combining member, each said wind-collecting box bored with a wind vent for blowing and sending cold air to said wind outlets of said faceplates; and,
a vaporizer assembled at one side of said wind-collecting box.
2. The combined air-conditioning ventilator as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each said faceplate can be bored with one or more wind outlets and one or more wind-return holes.
3. The combined air-conditioning ventilator as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each said wind-collecting box is provided with a motor and a blower in the interior.
4. The combined air-conditioning ventilator as claimed in claim 1 , a wind-return box capable of being assembled at the other side of said vaporizer is installed with a motor and a blower in the interior.
5. A combined air-conditioning ventilator comprising:
a combining member bored with several through holes;
a plurality of faceplates assembled under said combining member, each said faceplate bored with a wind outlet, said faceplates installed thereon with a vaporizer, a motor and a blower; and,
at least one wind-collecting box assembled on said combining member and connected with said vaporizer, each said wind-collecting box bored with a wind vent for blowing and sending cold air to said wind outlets of said faceplates.
6. The combined air-conditioning ventilator as claimed in claim 5 , wherein said vaporizer has one side provided with a side plate bored with at least one wind-return hole.
7. The combined air-conditioning ventilator as claimed in claim 6 , wherein said wind-return vent bored in said side plate of said vaporizer is for connecting wind ducts.
8. The combined air-conditioning ventilator as claimed in claim 5 , wherein said vaporizer, said motor and said blower are installed on said combining member.
9. A combined air-conditioning ventilator comprising:
a plurality of faceplates respectively bored with a wind outlet;
a wind-collecting box assembled on said faceplates and secured on the flooring of an upper storey, said wind-collecting box bored with plural wind-exhausting vents for blowing and sending out cold air; and,
a vaporizer, a motor and a blower installed on said faceplates.
