Abstract

The Remote Control Case having a frontal view at a thirty-degree angle with five rectangular shape molded plastic grooves the standard shape and size of five remote control units. The grooves are at different levels in the form of steps with the middle groove the highest level; follow by two grooves to each side at a lower level and the other two grooves at the lowest level. At the bottom of each groove is a rubber brace to hold the remote unit in place. The molded plastic grooves are installed with soft rubber. The bottom surface of the remote control case is rectangular in shape with parallel sides. It is made from molded plastic and rubber. It is made to be place on a flat surface such as a center table, television set or any table in the living or bedroom. To avoid it from scratching or damaging the flat surface there are four very small rubber stands at the bottom.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of Invention
  • This invention relates to the storage case for 5 remote control units. This allows you to keep up to five remote units together in a convenient and visible place since they are easily lost or misplaced. This is a great idea since the average home has between three to five remote control units.
  • 2. Description of Prior Art
  • Electronic devices or equipments such as TV's, VCR's, CD players and cable boxes use remote control units to operate them from a distance, therefore; need to be kept in convent and visible place to find when needed.
  • There are several patents with stands and holders to hold remote control units. No patent has similar design and may not guarantee a remote control units will not fall out of the groove.
  • My invention is unique and will guarantee no remote control units will not fall out of the grooves. The remotes will be visible in the grooves, easily place in each grove and taken out.
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The purpose of this invention is to keep together up to five remote control units in one convent and visible place. This is a device manufacture to control the program of TV's set, VCR's, CD players and cable boxes. This invention and design is to hold the remote control units together in five molded plastic grooves. These grooves are of rectangular shape and standard sizes of five remote control units. Each groove will be installed with soft rubber and at the bottom of each groove are rubber brace to hold the remote control units in place.
  • This will allow the consumer to store or easily remove a remote control unit. The storage case has a rectangular bottom surface with a thirty-degree frontal view with five grooves. It can be place on top of a center table, TV sets or any flat surface in the living or bedroom.
  • For a more precise interpretation of the invention, please make references to drawings and illustration of invention.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWING
  • FIG. 1 is an ISOMETRIC VIEW of the invention.
  • FIG. 2 is an ELEVATION VIEW of the invention.
  • FIG. 3 is a PLAN VIEW of the invention.
  • FIG. 4 is a SIDE VIEW of the invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • To make references to the numerical drawings shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4.
  • The Remote Control Case shown in FIG. 1 has a rectangular surface at the bottom. There are five rectangular shape grooves made from molded plastic in the shape of a step where the remote control units are hold in place. The frontal views having a thirty-degree angle with the grooves lean upwards. There are three vertical height of the grooves; the middle groove to hold the center remote in place and is the highest level follow by the next two side by side then the next two grooves at the lowest level. The five-molded groove is the standard size of five remote control units. The arrow to indicate 1, are grooves to hold remote and is installed with soft rubber. The arrow indicates 2, are rubber braces at the bottom of the grooves to cushion and hold the remote control unit in place.
  • The Remote Control Case is made from two parts. The upper surface, shown in FIG. 1 and lower rectangular base. FIG. 1 is made from hollow molded plastic. There are six screw holes and screws to attach the upper surface (used to hold all 5 remote control units) to the lower rectangular base. Two screw holes at both ends and two in the middle (The 6 Screws are tightening from the bottom flat surface).
  • At the bottom of the horizontal flat surface there are four small rubbers stands to prevent the remote control storage unit from scratching or damaging the surface it place on.
