Abstract

A suspending frame for a very large scale super-thin display comprises a first frame and a stop sheet. The first frame is capable of being fixed to a wall. The first frame has a left side frame and a right side frame. Each of the left side frame and right side frame has a plurality of holes. A fixing axial rod is installed between the left side frame and the right side frame. Each of two ends of the left side frame and right side frame has a respective connecting frame which are rotatable with respect to the axial rod. A second frame is capable of fixing a large-scale display. The second frame has a left side frame and a right side frame. Each of the left side frame and right side frame has respective suspending slots.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to suspending frames, and particularly to a suspending frame for a very large scale super-thin display, such as plasma televisions, liquid crystal display televisions, so that a large-scale display can be steadily suspended to a wall. Thereby the orientation of the large-scale display is adjustable by using the suspending frame for a very large scale super-thin display.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • With reference to FIG. 1, to suspend a super thin display (for example, a plasma TV, or a LCD TV) to a wall, the suspending frame for large-scale display has a retaining seat 10 capable of being fixed to a wall 30 and a suspending seat 20 capable of fixing to a back of a display 40.
  • Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the retaining seat 10 is made by punching metal plate to have a rectangular seat. A periphery of the rectangular seat has a frame edge which can be adhered to a wall 50 flatly. The edge 11 has a plurality of hole 12. Studs pass through the holes 12 so as to fix the retaining seat 10 to the wall 30. A center of the retaining seat 10 has a forward protruded plane formed by punching. Each of two sides of the plane has a suspending hole 13 having a larger upper end and a smaller lower end.
  • The suspending seat 20 (referring to FIGS. 2 and 3) is a rectangular seat formed by punching a metal plate. A periphery of the suspending seat 20 has a frame edge 21 which exactly adhere to the back of the display 40 flatly. The edge 21 has a plurality of holes 22 for receiving studs so as to fix the suspending seat 20 to the back of the display 40. A center of the suspending seat 20 is punched with a backward protruded plane. Each of two sides of the plane has a respective backward protruded post 23. A rear end of the post 23 is formed with a larger head 24. The post 23 is corresponding to the hole 13 of the retaining seat 10.
  • By above mentioned structure, in use, the retaining seat 10 is fixed to the wall 30 by studs. The suspending seat 20 is fixed to the back of the display 40. The posts 23 of the suspending seat 20 pass through the suspending holes 13 of the retaining seat 10. Then the posts 23 move downwards to a lower end of the suspending holes 13 so that the heads 24 of the posts 23 can be buckled into the suspending holes 13 due to the larger size of the heads 24. Thereby the display 40 is suspended from the wall 30.
  • However due to the improvement of the technology, the large-scale displays (such as plasma TVs, or LCD TVs) are more and more popularly and are widely used in daily life. The prior art display suspending frame only uses the suspending holes 13 of the retaining seat 10 and the posts 23 and the heads 24 of the suspending seat 20 for fixing. Since the holes 13 are directly punched to the penetrating holes of the retaining seat, the holes 13 cannot suffer from sufficient forces. Thereby this prior art is not sufficient to suffer the force of the large-scale display. Thereby the prior art suspending frame cannot be used to adjust the orientations of the display. This also makes a inconvenience to users.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a suspending frame for a very large scale super-thin display, which is used for large-scale display, such as plasma televisions, liquid crystal display televisions, so that a large-scale display can be steadily suspended to a wall. Thereby the orientation of the large-scale display is adjustable by using the suspending frame for a very large scale super-thin display.
  • To achieve above object, the present invention provide a suspending frame for a very large scale super-thin display is illustrated. The present invention has the following elements.
  • A first frame is capable of being fixed to a wall. The first frame has a left side frame and a right side frame. Each of the left side frame and right side frame has a plurality of holes. Thereby studs could fix the first frame to the wall. A fixing axial rod is installed between the left side frame and the right side frame. Each of two ends of the left side frame and right side frame has a respective connecting frame which are rotatable with respect to the axial rod. Each of two end surfaces of the axial rod has a stop sheet.
  • A second frame is capable of fixing a large-scale display. The second frame has a left side frame and a right side frame. Each of the left side frame and right side frame has respective suspending slots. A connecting element (plate) serves to connect the left side frame and the right side frame. Each of the left side frame, right side frame and connecting element (plate) has holes so that the second frame can be fixed to a back of the large-scale display by studs. A transversal rod is further connected between the left side frame and right side frame. Each of two ends of the transversal rod is mounted with a positioning frame which are rotatable with respect to the transversal rod. Each of the positioning frame has a long slot.
  • By above mentioned structure, the first frame of the present invention passes through the holes of the left side frame and the right side frame of the first frame and then is locked to the wall. Furthermore, the second frame passes through the holes of the left side frame, right side frame and connecting element (plate) so as to be locked to the back of the large-scale display. Next, the suspending slots of the left side frame and right side frame, respectively are suspended from the axial rod of the first frame. Then, the two connecting frames at two ends of the axial rod of the first frame are screwed to the left side frame and right side frame of the second frame by using studs. Furthermore, the two positioning frames at two ends of the transversal rod of the second frame are screwed to the left side frame and right side frame of the first frame by using studs so that the second frame is fixed to the first frame. Thereby the large-scale display is suspended to the wall. Moreover, by locking studs to the different positions of the long holes of the positioning frames of the first frame. The orientation of the large-scale display is adjustable so as to have a preferred viewing angle.
  • The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
  • Referring to FIG. 4, the suspending frame for a very large-scale super-thin display of the present invention is illustrated. The present invention has the following elements.
  • A first frame 50 is capable of being fixed to a wall 70. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the first frame 50 has a left side frame 51 a and a right side frame 51 b. Each of the left side frame 51 a and right side frame 51 b has a plurality of holes 52. Thereby studs could fix the first frame 50 to the wall 70. A fixing axial rod 53 is installed between the left side frame 51 a and the right side frame 51 b. Each of two ends of the left side frame 51 a and right side frame 51 b has a respective connecting frame 54 a, 54 b which are rotatable with respect to the axial rod 53. Each of two end surfaces of the axial rod 53 has a stop sheet 55 a, 55 b.
  • A second frame 60 is capable of fixing a large-scale display 80. The second frame 60 has a left side frame 61 a and a right side frame 61 b. Each of the left side frame 61 a and right side frame 61 b has a respective suspending slots 62 a, 62 b. A connecting element (plate) 63 serves to connect the left side frame 61 a and the right side frame 61 b. Each of the left side frame 61 a, right side frame 61 b and connecting element (plate 63) has holes 64 so that the second frame 60 can be fixed to a back of the large-scale display 80 by studs. A transversal rod 65 is further connected between the left side frame 61 a and right side frame 61 b. Each of two ends of the transversal rod 65 is mounted with a positioning frame 66 a, 66 b which are rotatable with respect to the transversal rod 65. Each of the positioning frame 66 a, 66 b has a long slot 67.
  • By above mentioned structure, the first frame 50 of the present invention passes through the holes 52 of the left side frame 51 a and the right side frame 51 b of the first frame 50 and then is locked to the wall 70. Furthermore, the second frame 50 passes through the holes 64 of the left side frame 61 a, right side frame 61 b and connecting element (plate) 63 so as to be locked to the back of the large-scale display 80. Next, the suspending slots 62 a, 62 b of the left side frame 61 a and right side frame 61 b, respectively are suspended from the axial rod 53 of the first frame 50. Then, the two connecting frames 54 a, 54 b at two ends of the axial rod 53 of the first frame 50 are screwed to the left side frame 61 a and right side frame 61 b of the second frame 60 by using studs. Furthermore, the two positioning frames 66 a, 66 b at two end of the transversal rod 65 of the second frame 60 are screwed to the left side frame 51 a and right side frame 51 b of the first frame 50 by using studs so that the second frame 60 is fixed to the first frame 50. Thereby the large-scale display 80 is suspended to the wall 70. Moreover, by locking studs to the different positions of the long holes 67 of the positioning frames 66 a, 66 b of the first frame 60 (referring to FIG. 7), the orientation of the large-scale display 80 is adjustable so as to have a preferred viewing angle.
  • The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.

Claims (5)

1. A suspending frame for a very large scale super-thin display comprising:
a first frame capable of being fixed to a wall; the first frame having a left side frame and a right side frame; each of the left side frame and right side frame of the first frame having a plurality of holes; studs could fix the first frame to the wall; a fixing axial rod being installed between the left side frame and the right side frame; each of two ends of the left side frame and right side frame of the first frame having a respective connecting frame which are rotatable with respect to the axial rod;
a second frame capable of fixing a large-scale display; the second frame having a left side frame and a right side frame; each of the left side frame and right side frame of the second frame having respective suspending slots; a transversal rod being connected between the left side frame and right side frame of the second frame; each of two ends of the transversal rod being mounted with a positioning frame
wherein the first frame passes through the holes of the left side frame and the right side frame of the first frame and then is locked to the wall; the second frame passes through the holes of the left side frame and right side frame of the second frame; the two connecting frames at two ends of the axial rod of the first frame are screwed to the left side frame and right side frame of the second frame by using studs; the two positioning frames at two end of the transversal rod of the second frame are screwed to the left side frame and right side frame of the first frame so that the second frame is fixed to the first frame; thereby the large-scale display is suspended to the wall.
2. The suspending frame for a very large scale super-thin display as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of two end surfaces of the axial rod of the first frame has a respective stop sheet.
3. The suspending frame for a very large scale super-thin display as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the positioning frame at two ends of the second frame has a long hole; by locking studs to the different positions of the long holes of the positioning frames of the first frame; the orientation of the large-scale display is adjustable so as to have a preferred viewing angle.
4. The suspending frame for a very large scale super-thin display as claimed in claim 1, wherein a connecting element serves to connect the left side frame and the right side frame; each of the left side frame, right side frame and connecting element has holes so that the second frame can be fixed to a back of the large-scale display by using studs.
5. The suspending frame for a very large scale super-thin display as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the connecting element is a connecting plate.
