Description
- The present invention is related to a shooting structure of a paint bullet gun. In the paint bullet gun, a gunlock is controlled to reciprocally move for shooting the paint bullet. A certain amount of compressed air is reserved in a shooting air reserving room of the gunlock and then the air is released for shooting the paint bullet.
- The existent paint bullet gun has a mechanical type of trigger unit for controlling a striker and a gunlock for shooting a paint bullet. Referring to
FIG. 5 , the paint bullet gun 6 has abody section 60 formed with an upper activatingchamber 61 and a lower activatingchamber 62 in parallel to each other. Avent 601 is formed between the upper and lower activatingchambers body section 60 has anintake section 602 for guiding high-pressure air into the upper and lower activatingchambers loading section 603 is disposed on thebody section 60 for loading a paint bullet into the upper activatingchamber 61. Abarrel 604 is connected with one end of the upper activatingchamber 61 near the bullet-loading section 603. Agunlock 63 is slidably disposed at the other end of the upper activatingchamber 61. - A
valve assembly 64 is disposed in thelower activating chamber 62 corresponding to thevent 601. Arear plug body 65 is disposed at one end of the lower activatingchamber 62 distal from theintake section 602. Thebody section 60 is formed with a communicatingtunnel 605 between the upper and lower activatingchambers striker 66 and thegunlock 63. Apin 607 is passed through the communicatingtunnel 605 to drivingly connect thestriker 66 with thegunlock 63. - A
handle 68 is disposed under thebody section 60 near the lower activatingchamber 62. Atrigger unit 69 is disposed in thehandle 68 corresponding to thestriker 66. Thetrigger unit 69 serves to locate and release thestriker 66. Apush spring 661 is disposed between thestriker 66 and therear plug body 65. When thetrigger unit 69 releases thestriker 66, thepush spring 661 pushes thestriker 66 to drive and slide thegunlock 63 for blocking the bullet-loading section 603 so as to avoid leakage of air. Also, it is prevented that a second paint bullet drops into the upper activatingchamber 61 so that clog is avoided. Furthermore, thestriker 66 triggers thevalve assembly 64, permitting high-pressure air to enter the upper and lower activatingchambers barrel 604. Part of the high-pressure air will pass through thevalve assembly 64 to push and restore thestriker 66 back to its home position where thestriker 66 is located by thetrigger unit 69. - In the above structure, the
trigger unit 69 serves to chuck or release thestriker 66 for driving thegunlock 63 and controlling opening/closing of thevalve assembly 64. Therefore, it is necessary to respectively arrange thegunlock 63 for unblocking/blocking the bullet-loading section 603 and thestriker 66 for controlling the high-pressure air. Moreover, it is necessary to arrange thevalve assembly 64 for controlling the air and thepush spring 661 and thepin 607. Accordingly, the structure of the paint bullet gun is complicated. In the paint bullet gun, a gunlock is controlled to reciprocally move for shooting the paint bullet. A certain amount of air is reserved in a shooting air reserving room of the gunlock and then the air is sent into the gunlock for shooting the paint bullet. Only one single gunlock is used to unblock/block the bullet-dropping port and control the intake of the air going into the air duct for shooting the paint bullet. The structure of the present invention is simplified so that the ratio of failure of the paint bullet gun is reduced. Also, the manufacturing cost for the paint bullet gun is greatly lowered.

A trigger unit is disposed in the handle for controlling the shot control unit which controls the gunlock to reciprocally move, whereby a paint bullet can be controllably dropped into the body section and the air of the air source can be controlled to shoot the paint bullet.
- An activating chamber is formed in the body section. One end of the activating chamber is connected with a barrel. The gunlock is slidably disposed in the activating chamber. A bullet-dropping port is disposed on the activating chamber near the barrel. The activating chamber has an intake passage communicating with the air source.
- The gunlock is a bar body. A space is defined between the bar body and inner wall of the activating chamber. The space is movable along with the gunlock to be aligned with the intake passage. The gunlock is formed with an internal shooting air reserving room for reserving a certain amount of air and more than one exhaust passage communicating with the shooting air reserving room. The shooting air reserving room has several intakes communicating with the space. The exhaust passage passes through the gunlock to an end thereof. A controlling valve is disposed between the exhaust passage and the shooting air reserving room. The controlling valve is movable along with the gunlock to control communication between the shooting air reserving room and the exhaust passage.

Several O-rings 27 are inlaid in outer circumference of thelarge diameter section 25 of thegunlock 2 to airtight abut against inner wall of the activatingchamber 11 for avoiding leakage of air. - The
handle 17 is arranged near thehandle pressure regulator 121. Atrigger unit 18 is disposed in thehandle 17 corresponding to theshot control unit 3 for controlling the same. In this embodiment, thetrigger unit 18 includes atrigger 181, a linkingplate 182 and aspring 183. Thetrigger 181 can drive the linkingplate 182 to control theshot control unit 3. - The
shot control unit 3 has avalve body 30 and apiston body 40. In this embodiment, the body section 1 is formed with apassage 19 between the activatingchamber 11 and theair reservoir 12 in parallel thereto. Thevalve body 30 and the linkingplate 182 are accommodated in thepassage 19. Thevalve body 30 is formed with aninternal cavity 32 in which ashift bar 31 is mounted. A middle section of thevalve body 30 is formed withseveral cuts 34 communicating with thecavity 32. Theair reservoir 12 is formed with anair duct 122 communicating with thecuts 34, whereby part of the air in theair reservoir 12 can enter thecavity 32. Two ends of thecavity 32 are respectively formed with afirst ventiduct 33 and asecond ventiduct 35 communicating with the interior of thepiston body 40. Theshift bar 31 is formed with afirst plug section 311 and asecond plug section 312 respectively corresponding to the first andsecond ventiducts shift bar 31 is connected with the linkingplate 182 of thetrigger unit 18. Thetrigger 181 of thetrigger unit 18 can drive theshift bar 31 to reciprocally move within thecavity 32, whereby thefirst plug section 311 or thesecond plug section 312 unblocks/blocks thefirst ventiduct 33 orsecond ventiduct 35. Accordingly, the air in theair reservoir 12 is controllable to enter thepiston body 40, making thepiston body 40 drive thegunlock 2 to reciprocally move. - The
piston body 40 is fixed at one end of the activatingchamber 11 of the body section 1 opposite to thebarrel 13. Arear plug body 16 seals the activatingchamber 11. Thepiston body 40 is formed with aninternal receiving passage 41 in which apiston rod 42 with apiston block 421 is accommodated. A front end and a rear end of the receivingpassage 41 respectively communicate with the first andsecond ventiducts valve body 30. One end of thepiston rod 42 opposite to thepiston block 421 is connected with thegunlock 2. By means of controlling intake of thefirst ventiduct 33 orsecond ventiduct 35 of thevalve body 30, thepiston rod 42 is controllable to move forward or backward. Accordingly, thegunlock 2 is drivable to move back and forth. - In normal state, that is, a ready state, as shown in
FIG. 2 , theshift bar 31 of thevalve body 30 of theshot control unit 3 is controlled by thetrigger unit 18 to move backward. At this time, thefirst plug section 311 of theshift bar 31 unblocks thefirst ventiduct 33 of thecavity 32, while thesecond plug section 312 of theshift bar 31 blocks thesecond ventiduct 35 of thecavity 32. After the air of the air source goes through thehandle pressure regulator 121 into theair reservoir 12, part of the air will go through theair duct 122 and thecuts 34 into thecavity 32 and then go through the unblockedfirst ventiduct 33 into the receivingpassage 41 of thepiston body 40 for pushing and retreating thepiston block 421 of thepiston rod 42. At this time, thepiston rod 42 will drive thegunlock 2 to retreat, whereby front end of thegunlock 2 will move backward away from the bullet-droppingport 111. Under such circumstance, apaint bullet 5 is dropped to the front end of thegunlock 2 into a ready state. At the same time, thespace 21 a defined between theannular groove 21 of thegunlock 2 and the inner wall of the activatingchamber 11 will be moved along with thegunlock 2 to theintake passage 15, whereby the air in theair reservoir 12 will go through theintake passage 15 into thespace 21 a and then go through theintake 221 into the shootingair reserving room 22 for shooting thepaint bullet 5. - When pulling the
trigger 181, as shown inFIGS. 3 and 4 , thetrigger 181 drives the linkingplate 182 to pull theshift bar 31 in thevalve body 30 forward. At this time, thefirst plug section 311 of theshift bar 31 blocks thefirst ventiduct 33 of thecavity 32, while thesecond plug section 312 of theshift bar 31 unblocks thesecond ventiduct 35 of thecavity 32. At this time, the air goes through the unblockedsecond ventiduct 35 into the receivingpassage 41 of thepiston body 40 to push thepiston block 421 of thepiston rod 42 forward. Accordingly, thegunlock 2 is driven by thepiston rod 42 to move forward, whereby the front end of thegunlock 2 blocks the bullet-droppingport 111 to avoid leakage of air and prevent asecond paint bullet 5 from dropping so as to avoid clog. When thegunlock 2 moves forward, thespace 21 a will be moved along with thegunlock 2 away from theintake passage 15, whereby the air in theair reservoir 12 is prevented from further going into the shootingair reserving room 22. Therefore, a certain amount of air is kept in the shootingair reserving room 22. At this time, the controllingvalve 24 will be moved forward along with thegunlock 2, making thevalve rod 241 collide thetouch rod 264 to drive and displace theplug body 242. At this time, theexhaust passage 23 is unblocked and the certain amount of air reserved in the shootingair reserving room 22 will go through theexhaust passage 23 into thetunnel 261 of thesmall diameter section 26 of thegunlock 2 to shoot thepaint bullet 5 at front end of thegunlock 2. The capacity of the air reserved in the shootingair reserving room 22 has been calculated so that the speed of theshot paint bullet 5 is controllable as required. - After shooting the
paint bullet 5, thetrigger 181 is released. Thespring 183 resiliently drives the linkingplate 182 backward. Accordingly, theshift bar 31 of thevalve body 30 is moved backward and restored to the original ready state for next shooting. - According to the above arrangement, by means of moving the gunlock, a certain amount of air is reserved in the shooting air reserving room. The air is then sent into the gunlock for shooting the paint bullet.
- The above embodiment is only used to illustrate the present invention, not intended to limit the scope thereof. Many modifications of the above embodiment can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
