  • FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a full length divider of the golf bag of the invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • Referring now to the drawings in detail, as shown in FIGS. 1-4, a golf bag of the invention is mainly consisted of a bottom 1, a bag body 2 and a head frame 3. There are two frames 4 provided on both ends of the bag body 2, which are fixed to the bag body 2 by sewing or rivet jointing. In an embodiment, the frames 4 are made of a kind of elastic material, such as plastic, PU, etc., which can be deformed when being pressed. This is helpful for the frames 4 to be folded with the bag body 2. On each frame 4 there is a rabbet 41 for mounting a stay 5 (structure stay). Both ends of the stay 5 are respectively mounted on the two rabbets 41 of the frames 4 for supporting the bag body 2. When disassembling the golf bag, it only needs to take out the stay 5 from the bag body 2 and then the bag body 2 can be folded.
  • In the present invention, referring to FIGS. 1-4, there are a plurality of protrusions 42 formed on inner sidewall of the frame 4, while a plurality of notches 31 are formed on outer sidewall of the head frame 3 for receiving the protrusions 42 of the frame 4. When the protrusions 42 are received in the notches 31, the head frame 3 and the frame 4 are assembled together. This connection method is very convenient to disassembly and assembly of the head frame 3 and the frame. The connection structure and method of the bottom 1 with the bag body 2 is very similar to the above connection structure and method. Thus, a detailed description thereof is omitted herefrom. Because the head frame 3 is made of hard plastic material so that the golf bag can be kept in its original shape when being used. In addition, at least one Velcro tape 21 can be provided on both inner sidewall of the frame 4 and the end of the bag body 2 for a good appearance of the golf bag. After the head frame 3 is inserted into the frame 4, the head frame 3 and the frame 4 can be enclosed together by binding the Velcro tape on the overturned end of the bag body 2 with the Velcro tape on inner sidewall of the frame 4. The connection structure and method of the bottom 1 with the frame 4 is very similar to the connection structure and method of the head frame 3 with the frame 4. Thus, a detailed description thereof is omitted herefrom. Obviously, a plurality of protrusions on the inner sidewall of the two frames 4 can be substituted by a plurality of notches, and a plurality of notches on the outer sidewalls of the head frame 3 and the bottom 1 can be substituted by a plurality of protrusions on the out sidewalls thereof. The lower end of the head frame 3 can be inserted into the U-shaped slot 43, then the end of the bag body 2 is overturned into the head frame 3, after that, the Velcro tapes 21 on the end of the bag body 2 are bonded with the Velcro tapes 44 on the U-shaped slot 43 so as to fix the head frame 3 and the frame 4. This method can also be applied to connect the bottom 1 and the bag body 2, and the difference is that the bottom of the frame 4 is overturned inwardly to form a U-shaped slot 43 having a downward opening.
  • In addition, the golf bag has a full length divider 7 on which top two Velcro tapes 71 and 72 are provided. The Velcro tape 71 is bonded with the Velcro tape 72 after rounding a divider rail 33 of the head frame 3. Also, a plurality of the Velcro tapes 73 are provided on a bottom surface of a bottom 74 of the full length divider 7, which are bonded with the Velcro tapes 12 of the bottom l so as to divide the bag body 2 into a plurality of individual spaces.
  • The golf bag of the present invention can be assembled as the follows: (A) firstly, connecting the bottom 1 with the frame 4 of the bag body 2; then (B) connecting the lower end of the stand 6 with the bottom 1, and connecting the top end of the stand 6 with the frame 4 of the bag body 2; (C) connecting the head frame 3 with the frame 4 of the bag body 2. Furthermore, the stay 41 can be mounted on the bag body 2 before or after the step A, B or C.
  • After finishing the above steps, the top end of the full length divider 7 is rounded the divider rail 33 of the head frame 3 and bonded therewith. In another embodiment, the top end of the full length divider 7 wraps the head frame divider rail 33 by sewing. Then the Velcro tape 73 on the bottom 74 of the full length divider 7 is bonded with the Velcro tape 12 on the bottom 1.
  • In the present invention, the above assembly steps is reversible, the golf bag can be disassembled in an adverse sequence the above steps.
