Abstract

An insole includes a base with a fiber layer connected on a top surface of the base and a mixture of bonding agent, foaming agent and Dravite powder is mixed into the fiber layer. The fiber layer is connected to the base by the bonding agent and a plurality of bosses are formed on a top surface of the fiber layer by heating the mixture.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to an insole attached with a fiber layer attached on a top surface thereof and a plurality of bosses are formed on the fiber layer.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • A conventional insole includes a layer of cotton which includes a cushion function in the direction of thickness. When the wearers walk, air is sucked into the cotton layer and extruded out from the cotton layer repeatedly to achieve the desired cushion feature. There is a Tourmaline layer in the cotton layer which are in form of particles so as to define gaps between the particles. Once the particles are disconnected or loosened, the function of cushion is reduced. Besides, humid air is trapped in the cotton layer and this is not health for the wearers. This is the reason why that the insole is not suitable for use in rainy days.
  • The present invention intends to provide an insole that includes bosses on a top surface of a fiber layer on the base of the insole. The bosses provide ventilation gaps and cushion feature.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to an insole that comprises a base having a fiber layer connected on a top surface thereof and a mixture of bonding agent, foaming agent and Dravite powder is mixed into the fiber layer. A plurality of bosses are formed on a top surface of the fiber layer by heating the mixture.
  • The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings which show, for purposes of illustration only, a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a top view of the insole of the present invention;
  • FIG. 2 is a cross sectional view of the insole of the present invention, and
  • FIG. 3 is an enlarged view to show the bosses on the fiber layer of the insole of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the insole “A” of the present invention comprises a base 1 which is made by EVA by way of injection molding, and a fiber layer 2 is connected on a top surface 1 a of the base 1 by a layer of adhesive 4. The base 1 can also be made by Polyurethan or rubber. A mixture of bonding agent, foaming agent and Dravite powder is mixed into the fiber layer 2. The mixture is spread on the fiber layer 2 by way of printing and heated so that the foaming agent expands and a plurality of bosses 3 formed on a top surface of the fiber layer 2. The fiber layer 2 is a Polyester fiber layer or a Nylon fiber layer.
  • The bosses are firmly connected to the fiber layer 2 and gaps are defined between the bosses 3 so that the insole “A” provides good ventilation for the wearers. The Dravite is one of Tourmaline and is improved to eliminate bad smell in the air so that the insole “A” keeps the wearers' feet away from bad smell.
  • While we have shown and described the embodiment in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
