Abstract

A device enhancing steadiness of a fan between stator set and rotor thereof comprises a fan stator set and a fan rotor. The hub part of the fan rotor is joined with a magnetic piece to absorb a metal element attached to the coil of the fan stator to reduce the fan rotor swaying during rotating so as to enhance steadiness of the fan and to reduce generated noise.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention is related to a device enhancing steadiness between stator set and rotor and particularly to a device, which is provided with a magnetic piece fixedly attached to the hub part of the fan rotor to absorb a metal element on the coil of the fan stator for enhancing steadiness and reducing noise during rotating.
  • 2. Brief Description of the Related Art
  • The conventional way to dissipate heat generated from the running electronic components mostly is that a cooling fan adopted to speed up heat dissipation. But, airflow and noise produced closely relate to steadiness of fan motor during rotating. Referring to FIG. 1, the cooling fan 1 comprises a fan rotor 11, a coil 12 and a frame 13. The fan rotor 11 has a hub part 111 with a shaft 112 and a magnet 113 is attached to the inner surface of the hub part 111. The coil 12 is joined to a silicon iron 121 and the frame 13 has a bearing sleeve 131 with a bearing is fixedly attached to the bearing sleeve 131. The shaft 112 is movably joined to the bearing 132 such that the fan rotor 11 can rotate by way of interaction between the magnet 113 and the coil 12. However, the fan rotor 11 occurs sway resulting from a clearance between the shaft 112 and the bearing 132 during rotating to influence steadiness of fan rotor and increase noise. In this way, the airflow produced by the cooling fan 1 and the life span of the cooling fan.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • An object of the present invention is to provide a device, which can enhance steadiness of a fan between a stator set and a rotor thereof.
  • Another object of the present invention is to provide a device enhancing steadiness of a fan between a stator and a rotor thereof for attenuating noise generated from the fan.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The detail structure, the applied principle, the function and the effectiveness of the present invention can be more fully understood with reference to the following description and accompanying drawings, in which:
  • FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of a conventional fan with a stator and a rotor;
  • FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the first preferred embodiment according the present invention;
  • FIG. 3 is another exploded perspective view of the first preferred embodiment according to the present invention;
  • FIG. 4 is an assembled perspective view of the first preferred embodiment according to the present invention;
  • FIG. 5 is another assembled perspective view of the first preferred embodiment according to the present invention;

  • FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the second embodiment according to the present invention;
  • FIG. 8 is an assembled perspective view of the second embodiment according to the present invention; and
  • FIG. 9 is a sectional view of the second preferred embodiment according to the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • Referring to FIGS. 2 to 6, the first embodiment of a device enhancing stability between stator set and rotor according to the present invention comprises a fan rotor 21, a fan stator set 22 and a frame 23. The fan rotor 21 is provided with a hub part 211 and the hub part 211 is attached with a plurality of fan blades 212 at the outer annular surface thereof and is provided with a shaft 213 at the inner side thereof. The fan stator set 22 is composed of a coil 221 and a metal element 222. The frame 23 is provided with a bearing sleeve 231.
  • The metal element 222 is attached to the coil 221 and a bearing 232 is fixedly joined to the inner side of the bearing sleeve 231. The coil 221 is joined to the outer side of the bearing sleeve 231. The magnet 214 is arranged at the inner surface of the hub part 211. A preset magnetic piece 24 is disposed at the inner bottom of the hub part 211. The fan rotor 21 is movably attached to the bearing 232 in the baring sleeve 231.
  • Referring to FIG. 6 again, the magnetic piece 24 can absorb the metal element 222 on the fan stator set 22 to eliminate a clearance between the shaft and the bearing when the fan rotor 21 rotates. Thus, sway of the fan rotor 21 in the bearing 232 can reduced to enhance steadiness of the fan in rotation and noise can be attenuated to prolong life span of the cooling fan.
  • Referring to FIGS. 7 to 9, the second preferred embodiment is illustrated. The overall structure and function almost the same as the first preferred embodiment and no detail will be described for the same parts in the two embodiments. The difference of the second embodiment from the first embodiment is in that the fan rotor 21 of the hub part 311 has a fixing part 31 la at the outer circular surface thereof for being fixedly joined with a magnetic piece 34. In this way, the magnetic piece 34 can absorb the metal element 222 to allow the fan rotor 21 running steadily with attenuated noise.
  • Further, the hub part 211 can be made of magnetic material to intensify the absorbing force of the hub part 211 exerting to the metal element 222 on the fan stator set 22. Hence, the steadiness of the cooling fan during rotating can be enhanced and noise during rotating can be attenuated effectively.
  • While the invention has been described with referencing to preferred embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that modifications or variations may be easily made without departing from the spirit of this invention, which is defined by the appended claims.
