Abstract
A colored bathing device of comprises a net strip and at least one positioning sheet. The net strip includes a plurality of continuous sub-strips which have different colors. The different sub-strips are folded so that a part of one sub-strip is overlapped with a part of another adjacent sub-strip. At least one positioning sheet clamps the net strip for positioning all the sub-strips. Then the longitudinal centers of all of the sub-strips are compressed so as to reduce the size of centers. In the present invention, the positioning sheet may be a long positioning sheet so as to form a long colored bathing device, and the positioning sheet can be a short positioning sheet so as to form a ball-shape colored bathing device. Moreover, a rope ties the centers of each sub-strip for replacing the short positioning sheet so as to form a ball shape colored bathing device.
Description
- The present invention relates to a bathing device, and particularly to a colored bathing device comprising a net strip and at least one positioning sheet. The net strip includes a plurality of continuous sub-strips which have different colors. At least one positioning sheet clamps the net strip for positioning all the sub-strips. A long positioning sheet will form a long colored bathing device and a short positioning sheet will form a ball shape colored bathing device.
- With reference to
FIGS. 1 and 2 , a prior art bath device is shown. In the prior art, the bath device includes a plurality ofsub-strips 1 a, 1 b which have different colors (referring toFIG. 1A , the sub-strips are injection-molded by net-shape soft rubber). Then plurality ofsub-strips 1 a, 1 b are expanded and are then positioned to twopositioning rods 2. Parts of thesub-strips 1 a, 1 b of different colors are overlapped one by one (referring toFIG. 1B ). Then a rope serves to tie the longitudinal centers of all the sub-strips (referring toFIG. 1C ). Then thepositioning rods 2 are taken out. Thesub-strips 1 a, 1 b are compressed and twisted so as to form a ball shape body, as shown in FIGS. 2(A) and 2(B). - However, above said prior art has some defects. The sub-strips 1 a, 2 b have different color, which are manufactured in different stages and thus the manufacturing cost is high. Moreover, when the sub-strips are placed around the two
rods 2, thesub-strips 1 a, 1 b must be placed on by one so that time and labor are tedious. The tying process by the rope is performed manually. Moreover, the expansion of the sub-strips induce that the sub-strips have elastic fatigue so that the tying work is difficult. The rope possible loosens so that the colored bathing device will release. The colored bathing device is formed by a plurality ofsub-strips 1 a, 1 b. The dirt will accumulate in thesub-strips 1 a, 1 b. It is difficult to clean the dirt so that the colored bathing device is deserted. A rope serves to tie thesub-strips 1 a, 1 b, however, it can not shape a beautiful outlook. It can not be shaped as a bar which is beneficial to be held by two hands in some bathing operation. - Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a colored bathing device which comprises a net strip and at least one positioning sheet. The net strip includes a plurality of continuous sub-strips which have different colors. The different sub-strips are folded so as a part of one sub-strip being overlapped with a part of another adjacent sub-strip. At least one positioning sheet clamps the net strip for positioning all the sub-strips. Then the longitudinal centers of all of the sub-strips are compressed so as to reduce the size of centers. In the present invention, the positioning sheet may be a long positioning sheet so as to form a long colored bathing device, and the positioning sheet can be a short positioning sheet so as to form a ball-shape colored bathing device. Moreover, a rope ties the centers of each sub-strip for replacing the short positioning sheet to form a ball shape colored bathing device.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
- FIGS. 1(A) to 1(C) show the manufacturing process of the prior art colored bathing device.

FIG. 5 shows the long positioning sheet of the present invention. - FIGS. 6(A) to (D) show the manufacturing process of the present invention.
- In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
- With reference to
FIGS. 3 and 4 , the colored bathing device of the present invention is illustrated. The colored bathing device of the present invention can be made as a rod shape or aball shape 200. The colored bathing device includes anet strip 21. Thenet strip 21 includes a plurality of continuous sub-strips which can have different colors. In this embodiment, the sub-strips are formed by two kinds ofsub-strips sub-strips FIG. 3 (b), in thenet strip 21, different sub-strips are folded so as a part of one sub-strip is overlapped with a part of another adjacent sub-strip. Apositioning sheet net strip 21. - Referring to
FIGS. 5 and 3 C, along positioning sheet 30 is used. One half of thepositioning sheet 30 has a plurality ofstuds 31, and the other half of thepositioning sheet 30 has a plurality of throughholes 32 with a number corresponding to the studs. Thepositioning sheet 30 is folded by halves so that thestuds 31 are inserted into the throughholes 32 for fixing thenet strip 21. - Referring to
FIG. 6 (C), twoshort positioning sheets 301 are used. One has a plurality ofstuds 31, and the other has a plurality of throughholes 32. Thestuds 31 are inserted into the throughholes 32 so as to fix thenet strip 21. - Referring to
FIGS. 3, 4 and 5,FIG. 3A shows that thenet strip 21 being formed by a plurality ofsub-strips net strip 21 is expanded by twopositioning rods 2 and is folded (referring toFIG. 3B ). Then along positioning sheet 30 serves to fix the net strip 21 (referring toFIG. 3C ) so as to form a colored bathing device. Then the colored bathing device is taken out of the twopositioning rods 2. A center of thenet strip 21 is compressed so as to form as a long colored bathingdevice 20. - Referring to
FIGS. 200 ,FIG. 6A shows that thenet strip 21 being formed by a plurality of sub-strips 21 a, 21 b. Then thenet strip 21 is expanded by twopositioning rods 2 and is folded (referring toFIG. 6B ). Then ashort positioning sheet 301 serves to fix the net strip 21 (referring toFIG. 6C ) so as to form a colored bathing device. Then the colored bathing device is taken out of the twopositioning rods 2. A center of thenet strip 21 is compressed so as to form as a ball shape colored bathing device 20 (referring toFIG. 6D ). - The present invention has the following advantages. Since the
net strip 21 is a continuous body, i.e., the sub-strips 21 a and 21 b are continuous instead of the separated sub-strips 1 a, 1 b, the assembly work is easy and time and labor are saved. The sub-strips 21 a, 21 b are continuous bodies and thus the structure is firmly so that the colored bathing device of the present invention does not separate into pieces. Furthermore, the positioning sheet may be along positioning sheet 30 so as to form a long colored bathing device, or ashort positioning sheet 301 so as to form a short colored bathing device. Thepositioning sheets positioning sheet 30 andpositioning sheet 301 are buckled so that the positioning effect is preferred. - In the present invention, a rope can be used to replace the
positioning sheet 301 and the rope ties the centers of each sub-strips 21 a, 21 b so as to form a ball shape colored bathing device. - The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
Claims (4)
1. A colored bathing device of comprising
a net strip; the net strip including a plurality of continuous sub-strips which have different colors; different sub-strips being folded so that a part of one sub-strip is overlapped with a part of another adjacent sub-strip;
at least one positioning sheet clamping the net strip through the longitudinal center of each sub-strip for positioning all the sub-strips, then the longitudinal centers of all of the sub-strips are compressed to reduce the size of centers of the net strip.
2. The colored bathing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a long positioning sheet is use; one half of the positioning sheet has a plurality of studs, and the other half of the positioning sheet has a plurality of through holes corresponding to the studs; the positioning sheet is folded by halves so that the studs are inserted into the through holes for fixing the net strip, thus a long colored bathing device is formed.
3. The colored bathing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the two short positioning sheets are used; one has a plurality of studs, and the other has a plurality of through holes; the studs are inserted into the through holes to fix the net strip and thus a ball shape colored bathing device is formed.
4. A colored bathing device of comprising
a net strip; the net strip including a plurality of continuous sub-strips which have different colors; different sub-strips being folded so that a part of one sub-strip being overlapped with a part of another adjacent sub-strip;
a rope tying centers of each sub-strips so as to form a ball shape colored bathing device.
