Abstract
Removable blades of fan include a rear base, a front cover corresponding to the rear base, and a plurality of frames covered with a plurality of sponge blades. Each of a plurality of sponge blades is inserted through a frame while a lug is positioned on one end of the frame. A flapper is arranged between the lug and the frame. Each of the frame is mounted between the rear base and the front cover by the lug. The front cover and the rear base, together with the sponge blades extending outward so as to form a casing for the main body of the fan.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to removable blades of fan, especially to a kind of sponge blades that can be assembled. The device includes a pair of rear base and front cover as a center for a plurality of sponge blades inserted with frames arranged annularly. Each of the sponge blades can be replaced respectively and is in different color so as to reduce the cost for repair and improve the appearance.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- The blades of conventional fans are made of hard plastic being shaped integratedly. The conventional fan is composed of a patelliform center with a plurality of arched blades shaped directly and arranged annularly. The shortcomings of the above fans are as followings:
- 1. Insufficient safety: If the baby or young children put their fingers into the fan curiously while the blades made of hard plastic are rotating, they are easy to get trauma. Moreover, a reticular cover is covered on the surface of the fan so as to improve the safety. Yet at the same time the impedance of the wind blowing out is also increased. Thus cause a kind of waste of energy.
- 2. Lacking of variety: the conventional blades made of hard plastic by integrated shaping thus has the same color without any diversity. Thus, another kind of fan is invented which has a blade made of sponge. Due to the softness of the material, even user's finger touched the blade, it's no harm. The safety is improved. However, a new problem raised. Once one of the blades is damaged, the center of gravity for rotation is changed so that the central axle deviates from the original position to cause the worn out or the deviation of the inner mechanical structure. Furthermore, even only one of the blades is damaged, the whole set of blades need to be replaced. Thus cause the increasing of the cost. In addition, after the substitution of the blades, the center of gravity for rotation needs to adjust again. Otherwise the axle of the motor of the fan is easy to wear out. It's not only time-consuming but also reduce the lifetime of the motor axle.
- Therefore it is the primary object of the present invention to provide removable blades of fan. A plurality of frames is mounted between a front cover and a rear base with sponge blades covered thereof so as to improve the safety of the device. If there are some damage, only a few frames need to be changed so as to reduce the cost. The sponge blades can also be changed with a variety of colors. Moreover, the present invention is easy to assemble.
- The accomplishment of the above-mentioned object of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and its accompanying drawings which disclose illustrative an embodiment of the present invention, and are as follows:
- FIG. 1 is an explosive view of the present invention;
- FIG. 2 is a front view of a rear bade with a sponge blade of the present invention;
- FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view of FIG. 2 along the line3-3;
- FIG. 4 is a rear view of the front cover of the present invention;
- FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a frame of the present invention;
- FIG. 6 is a lateral view of the present invention;
- FIG. 7 is an embodiment the present invention.
- Refer to FIG. 1, the present invention is composed of a
rear base 10, afront cover 30, and a plurality offrames 20 covered by a plurality ofsponge blades 40, as shown in FIG. 7. Refer to FIG. 1 & FIG. 2, anaxle bore 11 is positioned on the center of therear base 10. Therear base 10 having a plurality ofbracket frames 12 positioned radially with openings facing outwards. One end of thebracket frame 12 with opening bent inwards to form a blade-intake groove 15 and aslot 14. A locatingplug 13 is disposed on the center of eachbracket frames 12. - Refer to FIG. 1 & FIG. 4, the
front cover 30 having aaxle bore 31 disposed on the center thereof, a plurality ofbracket frames 32, with openings facing outwards, arranged radialized, a blade-intake groove 35 and aslot 34 formed by the inward bend of one end with opening of thebracket frames 32, and ahollow tube base 33 positioned in the center of thebracket frames 32. - Refer to FIG. 2, FIG. 3 & FIG. 7, a
frame 20 is disposed on the center axle of asponge blade 40. Theframe 20, as shown in FIG. 5, is a rectangular plate with a plurality ofholes 25. Theholes 25 are penetrated by thesponge blades 40. Refer to FIG. 5, aventricular end plate 27 is disposed on one end of theframe 20 while alug 21 with amounting hole 22 is positioned on the other end thereof. Between thelug 21 and the main body of theframe 20 is aflapper 23 with a step-like part 24. At least a projectingrib 26 is arranged on each of the lateral side of theframe 20. The projectingrib 26 is tapered from the end of theframe 20 with thelug 21 to the other end with theend plate 27, as shown in FIG. 3, and is inclined in a certain angle −θ to theframe 20. - Refer to FIG. 1 & FIG. 2, the
lug 21 of theframe 20 is mounted on thebracket frame 12 of therear base 10. The locatingplug 13 inserts through themounting hole 22 while the step-like part 24 of theflapper 23 is mounted into theslot 14. One end of thesponge blades 40 is positioned into the blade-intake groove 15. Refer to FIG. 1 & FIG. 6, thefront cover 30 corresponds to therear base 10, and the twobracket frames flapper 23, opposite to the step-like part 24, is mounted into theslot 34 of thefront cover 30. While the locatingplug 13, inserting through themounting hole 22 of theframe 20, interlocks thehollow tube base 33 of thefront cover 30. Thus construct a casing for the main body of the fan. - Refer to FIG. 1 & FIG. 6, and
bolt 61 is positioned on the center of ablock cover 60. A turningaxle 51 of the main body offan 50 inserts through therear base 10 and thefront cover 30 and then screws thebolt 61 so as to construct a whole casing of the fan. - The present invention has the following advantages:
- 1. The blades with sponge of the present invention improve the safety. Due to the design of the present invention, only a single worn-out frame with sponge blade needs to be replaced so that the cost is down. And the color of each of the sponge blades can be different.
- 2. The frames are positioned between the front cover and the rear base. It's easy and convenient to change the damaged frame.
- 3. There must be some inaccuracy during the production of the frame with sponge blade. The present invention can choose and adjust the combination of the frames with sponge blade.
- It should be noted that the above description and accompanying drawings are only used to illustrate some embodiments of the present invention, not intended to limit the scope thereof. Any modification of the embodiments should fall within the scope of the present invention.
